Dawson was a great help with ordering a banner I needed for Sunday. Even though the store was busy and the print area was short staffed he kept his cool and never made me feel rushed. I appreciate the quality customer service he gave me. In these times, that can be hard to find. Great Job Dawson!! Because of you I will remain a repeat loyal customer.

I ordered several 2” d-shaped heavy duty binders online for store pickup. Even though I’m vaccinated, I’m still very high risk. So my husband picked the order up for me yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the 2” binders are actually 3” wide so I needed to return them today and get smaller ones. Because I wasn’t able to go inside the store, employee Deshondre helped me. It was pouring rain at the time. In spite of the rain, Deshondre came out to my car to pickup and return the large binders then brought out a refund. Afterwards he brought out several for me to choose just the right size. Then Deshondre helped me order the correct size online (with my phone) for store pickup so he could bring them out to me. He went above and beyond to help me in the pouring rain. I’m very impressed with the customer service here. I will definitely shop here again.

So i went to this location to make some copies..i had about 30 copies to make .. All the machines were out of order so i ask the attendant if he could make the copies for me...the attendant told me it would take 3hours because he was the only one working there today and he needed to take care of the customers that came in also....i declined and drove all the way to the office depot in la vista ... Dakota the only person that was working the counter at the copy center told me that he would make the copies for me..i tell you this guy is amazing he made my copies it took him about 20 to 25 min ...he also took care of every customer that walked up to that counter with no problem and a huge smile on his face...please give this person a raise and keep him in your store i have never seen such customer servise such attentiveness to detail like i have seen today...So please go to this office max in La vista you wont regret it

I wanted to buy an advertised online sale item (a box of printer paper) in person. The paper was available and they wouldnt sell it to me!!? Why advertise and its not available! 😞

Jim, the Store Manager, is absolutely wonderful. I was in need of a new printer and he took the time to not only print test sheets for me from the printers I was interested in, but also went online and walked me through additional options. His patience, kindness and knowledge was definitely something you cant find on the internet. After spending a week researching for the best printer, all it took was an hour with him to narrow down to the right purchase. Thank you again, Jim!

I have been charged for an item I didnt purchase and have yet to be refunded by the store. The cashier did not do her job properly and Im very upset and the store owes me $88.99.

Great place to get paper

These guys really bailed me out one day. I needed a 100 page analysis report printed & bound w/in the hour. Another group member had volunteered to take care of it (but didnt) & I thought we were finished. Thankfully, the guy behind the counter was incredibly helpful & formatted, collated, printed, & bound everything kn about 35 minutes. Awesome experience!

I visited this store 06/21/18 and every employee I encountered was bright, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. The manager there must be doing his job very well. I dealt with several other nearby businesses that probably pay about the same and in every way this store and its employees were clearly superior.

I needed a color copy from my e mail. They were open on Sunday, the line was short. They printed my pdf file quickly and cheaply. Although they didnt ask for my office depot rewards number. Still all in all a great job.

Was scrambling for a poe switch yesterday morning and none of the best buys had it. This place had one managed switch left at a good price. I was feeling stressed but the cashier was very nice and helped me out a lot in grabbing other items. Good experience.

Surprisingly more expensive to make business cards than I thought it should be $10 for 50 cards when you can go. I ordered standard business card just to see comparatively what the prices would be and I found it to be a unnecessarily more expensive for far fewer cards. I give it two stars 4 convenience and same-day service

Not much to say about office Max.....office and school supplies. Convenient location. Usually not too busy. Fairly good selection, but nothing really special. Their copy center seems to have better pricing than Kinkos.

I dont really have anything to say about this store, positive or negative. Its fine I guess- just an office supplies store. Ive never had a bad experience. Its my go to place because its conveniently located. The parking lot has always been a little challenging but whatevs.

A much needed item i had to have. No one carried it let alone knew what it was. Office Max not only knew what grease pencils were they were special ordered for me with out a great expense.

I shop here a great deal, and have for 6 years, for the many supplies my office uses. At present, the quality of the staff here is the best it has ever been. Tim and John are always extremely helpful and pleasant, and they always take time to ask if I need anything even though they know I am in there all the time.Employees like these two gentlmen are the reasons clients stay loyal to businesses, and they have certainly secred my business here.

Tim in the print center is fantastic. Efficient, polite and know what I need as soon as I walk in the door.

Print side has the worst service ever. They guarantee, twice, that my single product would be completed on time. I get here 10 mins later than the guaranteed time and Aaron (who I spoke with hours earlier to confirm) had to go find someone to make my item because he forgot how to. U knew at 6 hours ago that u didnt know how! Took the guy they pulled from a meeting less than a minute. There is no reason Aaron couldnt have asked earlier! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Office Max is great!!! I walked thru the front door and luckily an employee approached me. I asked her for several items and she knew exactly where each item was! As I walked thru the store I was amazed at how much stuff they had, almost like being in a candy store! I was pressed for time, however, tomorrow I am going back with more time and a longer list!!!

Love this location and so glad it has survived all of the other store closings!! Will go to CopyMax instead of Kinkos any day and my parents have been loyal for years. I love to walk around and peruse the office supplies and school items. Brings me back. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great setup for a supplies store and no issues here.

Nick the store manager was very rude and unprofessional. One of the co-workers ask for help running a check he came tried running it once and said there was nothing he could do and walked away. I do not recommend going to that Office Max

Was greeted right away upon entering the store, and after purchasing a new office chair, Jose offered to take it out and put it in my car. He was very friendly and helpful.

Well stocked store, but the employees there are merely warm bodies. If you shop there, you’ll see what I mean.

The store is geared to online component that needs some correlation between stores. Online info is inconsistent with actual store merchandise. I prefer to shop in store verses online and suggest stores offer perks for inside store purchases.

Had one of those experiences where they could have lost a customer due to management being impersonal, and questioning me about their signing error. Dont question me, Im just asking for what was signed. But I will go back because of the friendly associate who actually took care of me and didnt question me when I asked for what was signed.

Would have enjoyed it more if people had taken time to talk with me.

The store sits on Dodge street which makes it a hassle to get in and out of. I liked their location on 72nd street better when it was open, but the Dodge street store is bigger. I went in to buy a computer for the church and was surprised at the lack of choice but, oh well, we didnt need anything but the basics so it worked out for us.The staff was helpful, but slow to offer help. In fact I had to go ask for help.One week later.Downgraded rating because I wanted to check to see if they had software on a disk in the store. The software we were interested in was only available in a downloadable form on line. When I called the store to check I was left on hold for seconds short of 12 minutes. In my opinion this is 9 minutes too long.Downgraded one Star.

There are fewer and fewer office supply stores in Omaha these days. One the positive side, this Office Max seems to have plenty of friendly staff. That said, the merchandising in this location seems pretty bad. Things seem to have been place haphazardly across the aisles. Finding where different items are stocked isnt intuitive. Theres clearance junk everywhere. The copy center seems empty, but they are actually still there.The store on 125th and L is a much nicer place to shop.

The copy shop employee told me she was WAY too busy to make copies despite the fact that not a single printer was actually printing and the other employees were all just standing around chatting. She was totally unwilling to take a minute away from browsing the internet to make a handful of copies.I would have to leave a file and pick up my order the next week. Im not sure how a print job that takes a few minutes would need to take several days. Ive printed at this location and others several times and this has never been the case.I went to the Fedex Kinkos down the street and they were more than willing to take the 5 minutes necessary to make my copies.

45 minutes and about $13 later I have the ten copies I needed... terrible equipment that ran out of paper and toner when all I needed was ten copies. Woman behind the counter wouldn’t even stand up to look at the copier when I said it “requested assistance” on the screen. Still charged me 59 cents for EACH SIDE even though one side was black and white...

This print shop messed up/ruined all four jobs that I had them process. (Business supplies) When I contacted them to get it sorted out, I was placed on hold four times, then I was eventually told I could have them reprint everything and I would be given 20% off on the reprint. WORST customer service I have EVER had at a print shop, or elsewhere for that matter. Ridiculous.
