Don’t waste your time going to the store and dealing with this staff.

Average sized location with friendly staff. Clean store but in need of updates to the building

Store is dated. The staff was very polite and professional. Was able to get in and out quickly.

The online order process was very unorganized. I ordered a small item online for 1hr curbside pickup from a different store initially. I was not notified until the hour was up that they in fact were out of stock on that item. I then ordered the item for the 1hr curbside pickup from this store, which is farther away. This time my order ready within 20 minutes, when I arrived I parked where I was told to park and checked in. I waited and waited but no one brought the items out. I tried calling the store as I had my small children with me, but there was no way to get ahold of anyone. I ended up just running inside. My items were on a self for normal online order pickups. I grabbed my things and left. If curbside pickup is offered this really needs to happen or there needs to be a better check-in system. This whole thing from the first store and their poor inventory tracking took over 2 hours. This was not a 1hr pickup service, nor was it a curbside pickup service.

Print department here has been on a steady decline. Print quality is dicy at best. Wait time is VERY unreasonable when it comes to simple questions or prints. They will just continuously refer you to the self help station, even when you need something that station doesnt offer. Department is understaffed. Ive left this store on more then one occasion not being helped. Use to come here exclusively for quick prints. Now its just not worth the hassle.

Waited a solid 10 min in line for a simple laminationwhile 1 employee mopped a 3 ft area and 2 employees chatted at the register with no customers there. Havent used this location before, wont do it again.

The worst costumer service !! I waited 2 hours and at the end she said she can’t help .

Every time I have gone here for copies they have been so rude and unhelpful.(I have attempted 3x over the past 2-3 years) I sent a friend to copy some things for a homeschool class I’m teaching and she gave the guy her discount card that should have brought the total to $40 ish...but he refused to use it and charged her over $200. She left crying.I’m not sure why they hire such rude people at this store. All the other stores have been amazing! Super personable kind and helpful. Just stay away from this one.

Matt was a tremendous help! I had called this store once and then I tried and another office Depot. Tried back at this office Depot again and got Matt. I was seriously such an airhead so Im glad he was super helpful and actually wanted to help me. Whatever he told me to do worked. Compared to what the others had told me to do..which was buy something of course. Matt was not quick to jump to that and or sending me off to anyone else! Great help!

Been here twice and both times it took us 45 mins to get a print of 2 papers we had already emailed them in advance. And this is 45 mins at the counter, not waiting in line.

This location has the worse customer service. Asked several times for help on printing an email. They directed me to the place and walked away. Multiple times

I own a small chiropractic business. I come up with ideas to help market my business and the print center always brings it to life. I recommend David and Katy. Its always affordable and they get the job done quickly.

I had a defective printer ink cartridge and I was able to exchange it for a good one. Jaylen was the gentleman that assisted me and took care of me. Hats off to a store that does whatever it takes to make things right.ThanksTerry

I think these days Office Depot is the only store in West Omaha where you can buy office supplies. Even with that being the case is easy to get in and out of it without consuming too much time. They have a large store with a big inventory but at the same time it seems often and I go there looking for something and they dont have it.

I went to the Office Depot because my HP printer is not printing good. I had some questions because I only print something about once a month. There was no one on the floor to help. I finally went to customer service. The person there showed me where the replacement ink was. He asked me what colors were low. I asked, how do you know that? He didnt answer me. I said can I just replace the black ink cartridge since I dont do pictures etc. He said, you can try it. He then handed me a black cartridge and said if you replace all the colors it will be $83 and walked away. There were no packages with all the colors in stock. Are they going out of business. I left without buying anything, since I was unable to get answers to my basic questions.

All I wanted was to get help finding what I needed. I asked nicely with a please and after asking multiple times the one guy came back after 20 minutes. When I got what I need and at the register the price wasnt what was marked on the shelf and I got told I was being rude when all I wanted was to be respected as any customer wants to be respected. I didnt raise my voice or make a scene. Not what anyone would call good customer service. Do not shop here if you need help. Thank you Amazon!

They have a very good variety and selection of items, but I feel that overall prices are a little high. I was looking for something specific in the furniture area and didnt find it, and nobody asked if I needed help. About 4 out of 5 items I looked at had no price, which is frustrating, and makes it seem theyre not interested in selling. The location is very convenient and easy to get out of back to the main street.

Only thing nice about this store is the woman cashier and location. Definitely not cost effective. Plus if you have a large amount of paper that you are PAYING to be shredded dont expect any help from David M. at the counter. Just a grunt to take it off the scale and take it to the bin. As though anyone knows where said bin is. I suppose I should hit they gym more if im going lift that much!I will definitely be taking my business everywhere where customer service is a priority.

Called to ask if they had this calculator in stock they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up. Called again put me on hold for another 5 minutes just to transfer me to another person for them to just to say no they don’t have it in stock. Trash

This place is just great, they are very helpful and curtious to us and have what we need most of the time. I will always use them.

I would give them 0 star if there was such an option! I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up in store, the staff there just told me my order was cancelled. no reason, no explanation. the thing is I didnt even receive an cancellation email prior. Ridiculous! Definitely wont go any more! Amazon, Best Buy, a lot of other choices other than Office Depot!

I usually have a good experience here.The past 3 or 4 times Ive been here have been exceptional And I wish I remember the name of the gentleman who went above and beyond for me.Today I received some of the worst customer service I have ever been given. David M. Was grumpy, impolite, and very rude. He refused to get his manager when I asked for one, he was unpleasant and should NOT be working in the customer service industry.You can bet I wont be back to this location and I may even switch my business to office max instead of office depot.

I remember why I liked to shop...well, anywhere, but here. Staples...Office Max..They would not match the $5 price difference to Amazon. I left. I’ll go to Target. Sadly, everything you buy here is probably $5 Over every other retailer.Going to order a back up now. Meh. Lesson learned.

It was easy to order online & pickup @ the store but took forever to get it. They have you go to the copy center & the busy with people copy order so it was 20 minutes wait.

The location on 69th & Dodge didnt have anything I needed in stock. I had to travel to their sister store on 125th & Center. To give them the benefit of the doubt, they said they were doing inventory so I assume theyre trying to get rid of current items to make room for new items. The staff member that helped me was very friendly and checked inventory at their sister store for the item I was looking for. The location on 125th & Center was good. Staff was friendly and they had everything I needed.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Please spend like 40 bucks to repair/clean these.

They were very helpful in finding an office chair. They helped me get it to my car. They have always been responsive to my needs. I will be back.

Service was good until I reached the register. The red headed idiot at the counter berated me for standing close to another customer who I had just let ahead of me and the guy stood close to me. Dont buy anything at this store.

I had to get copies for my Wolf den for Cub Scouts. This was the least expensive place I found, and it is right around the corner from work.

Went in for address labels which were made quickly at a good price. Courteous, helpful staff.

The only electric cart is never plugged in & so the battery needs charging. When I asked a worker he said sometimes it is. He sincerely apologized & walked away & did not plug it in. The other employees were helpful in showing me what I was looking for.P.S. The store on L is closed

The store always has what I need. On my visit today, two employees check with me separately to make sure that I was Finding everything I was looking for.

A small newsletter....two pages....six copies....4 hours wait. No print and wait services anymore. (Ive been printing there for months.) Because you cannot accommodate my small jobs my business office supplies purchases will be placed somewhere else.

Very painful experience. All I wanted was something I printed enlarged 200% and printed on drafting paper. Thirty five minutes later and they still didnt have I figured out. Walked out empty handed.

Cashier barely ackowledged me, and instead had a conversation with the next person in line. Multiple customers standing around with no one available to help. Bad customer service!

They have a good supply of things but the story was messy and gives the appearance of being quite run down. It is also hard to get into.

I used to do all my business with Office Max on K Plaza. Since it was bought out by Office Depot I have had nothing but problems. Even when it’s a ghost town in there service is so slow you almost forget what you were shopping for.I will take my business elsewhere.
