Our new home has a vented gas fireplace insert that we could not figure out how to light. Thinking it was a defect with the line, we left a message for Steven. He called me and walked me through my whole house, asking questions and guiding me to figure out the issue. He truly went above and beyond, reaching out on a Saturday to help me find the problem without the cost of a guy coming out to service it. Highly, highly recommend!
