I used Steam-A-Way several times now for my homes carpet. I have a couple of dogs and unfortunately have had pet urine issues. The technicians from Steam-A-Way showed up on time, and then took their time to ensure that all the problem areas were taken care of. Polite, efficient and did a great job. I trust them in my home and to do the job right.

If you want amazing customer service then this is definitely the place for you! Every time I call to make an appointment the same person answers the phone and she is so pleasant! Plus the techs that they send out to actually do the work are always professional! If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I wish I knew their names so I could give them a personal shout out but all I can remember is their hair. Both gentlemen have long hair. Just know if you see either one of them you will be met with amazing customer service and great work!

Nate was sent out to a house my wife and I just bought and thanks to him I can enjoy walking around barefoot. Carpet feels great and smells amazing.Top notch service, craftsmanship and expertise of knowledge. Highly recommended. And the repairs he did including power stretching on the master bedroom is unmatched!

We have always gotten very good service from Steam-A-Way of Nebraska, but today they went above and beyond. Our dog passed away at home over the weekend, and so we needed the carpets cleaned where he had been ill prior to passing away. They were very caring and compassionate, they were able to send a team right away, and they did a great job. We really appreciate their kindness and great service!

I moved into a 3 bedroom house with a finished basement and the guy came and did the entire place in 30-45mins, with only 2 of their 12 step process being used. Needless to say, my carpets werent cleaned and Im very disappointed in the service that I received. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
