We have used many carpet cleaners and Big Red is by far the best EVER!Extremely professional and they do exceptional work.We had a pipe break in our basement that created water damage that we thought stained our carpet but Big Red came out 3 times until the stain was gone. I would highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned.

I used Big Reds to clean carpet that had some pet odors. After the first treatment, there were still some lingering odors but the techs came back and did another treatment with no questions asked. They also offered to patch the carpet at no cost if the stain wouldnt come up. All the techs who came out were on time and friendly. The owner Rex was so kind and you could tell he really cared about the customers and making sure they were satisfied. I would absolutely call them again in the future and have zero complaints!

We are getting ready to sell our house so we needed our carpet cleaned and one room re-stretched. They were super efficient at scheduling as I didnt have to leave a message, spoke directly to a gent that scheduled our service. Due to travel and timing, we had to push it off for a week and they handled that without any hassle.The two person team texted first and arrived well on time. They were pleasant, explained their work as they did it, were very professional and worked quickly.I could not be happier with their service from first phone call to the clean booties they left for us to use as the floor dried! It was easy to schedule my carpet cleaning (for my apartment) online, and I received timely text notifications on the day of the cleaning job to keep me updated. The employer, Trevor, was good-humored and professional, and he got the job done in just under an hour. The carpets look great (he even got a couple of stubborn coffee stains out!), and the cost was affordable, especially given the value of the service.

I needed the carpet stretched in 2 rooms. They were really fast and responsive to the job, called and was even able to come early. Travis finished the job quickly and did a great job. The price and quality of work was unbelievably good. I would highly recommend.

David was a great help in cleaning my carpets. He was able to get some of the set in stains out, worked very professionally and was very thorough in his process. David not only took out his mask but also wore it while he was speaking with me, I appreciate his understanding in keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. Ive had several services from Big Reds now and they all have been stellar. 1. I had my carpet cleaned by 2 other companies, one of which said it was a green solution. But both times the stains in my carpet came back within a few days or weeks. When Big Reds cleaned it, it STAYED clean! They got rid of all my spots and stains and made my carpet look almost new.2. I had some upholstery cleaned. It was an old chair, unfortunately a beige color, so it showed every spot. My dogs used to lick the chair and I was ready to just throw it out because it was so horribly stained. Big Reds came in and did an amazing job getting rid of almost all the spots. I was able to keep the chair.3. I had some water come into my basement. They came out to do water extraction on a Sunday - they mean it when they say 24x7 service! They pulled up the carpet, threw away the pads, pulled all the base boards away from the walls, did a water extraction (more than once) and put in dehumidifiers. They have equipment to measure the amount of water still in the drywall and, when the entire thing was dry and clean, they put the whole room back together again (except the carpet, which I had already planned to replace). They were knowledgeable and thorough and had real attention to detail.I highly recommend them!

Trevor showed up right on time. He reviewed the project and gave us the price right away. Price was very reasonable and Trevor finished the work in a very short time and it looked great. Trevor was very nice and respectful and I would have them do work again.

Really helped us in a pinch regarding carpet cleaning. Very responsive and caring. Our liquid shoe polish accident happened Friday morning and they had Matt arrive to clean the stain early Saturday morning. Matt is a good guy. The whole process was very professional and thorough & reasonably priced.

Everything was very good. Matthew was very friendly and informed us of what was going to happen. The carpet looks fine. One problem though, we were told that it should only take about 4 hours to dry because we had ceiling fans in each room cleaned. It is now 23 hours after the cleaning and I feel that the carpet is dry to the touch.

We are hosting my husband’s staff Christmas party. Absolute Carpet Care was scheduled to clean at 9 am. I was left hanging when they canceled abruptly that morning. Thankfully, Big Red Carpet Care was able to send a crew out an hour later to get the job done. They were very reasonable and kind. I got all three rooms done for $121 and was treated with kindness and respect. I will definitely call them the next time I need my carpets cleaned!

I have used different carpet cleaning place and this place is the best my carpet feels soft and not sticky unlike the last place I used and they are very friendly and in and out as long as you have the area ready for them even though you could have them vacuum it as well they are really nice too !
