Matthew was very kind at ringing me up. Kyle, Bryan, & Cody were superb also at drying off the vehicle.

The lady working at the front was very good at her job. She explained all of the different services in a fast and easy to understand way. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the wash itself did a pretty good job but was a little pricey considering the final result. Ill need to wash it again before I can wax.

I tried to go in and buy a membership and sat in line for 10 minutes while they helped everyone in the other lanes and just decided to completely ignore me. I had to back my SUV out of the lane while other people were trying to come in around me to leave because I couldnt get help. When I tried to call, no one answered and I was prompted to leave a message. There were ţwo employees that saw my car and made eye contact with me and no one ever came over.

Im totally in on monthly prices like a subscription but when its busy and part of the cost is have dry and there are windows and areas that are obviously wet when pulling away gets me pretty ready to switch to another company so 4 stars

When I first became a member of a rocket car wash more than five years ago, it was great. The last two years it has gone downhill as far as quality. I drive out of town a lot and I also Drive Lyft and Uber. Because of this I like to have a clean car. The last several years they didnt get the bugs off my windshield, and other areas of my car were not clean. The young people that dry off the cars routinely used dirty towels and hardly ever dried the top or the bottom sides of my car. My windshield and side mirrors always were smeary from using dirty towels. I just cancelled my membership.

This location has old equipment left from previous Stacys Car wash and the drive and parking lot badly need to be replaced. Joseph was the attendant and he assured me with confidence that my new car would be safe going through the wash. Excellent attention to customer service which is refreshingly rare in the current days we are living in today!

Purchased a yearly service washing for my automobile, this was my third time using Rocket carwash. I am pleased with the purchase of the yearly service. I think its a good value.

Quick, simple and I gotta say if you havent had your car washed in awhile its well worth the lil wait, considering there really wasnt one! Had no problems!

I really like this place. They seem genuinely focused on getting your car clean. Only complaint is the potholes, but it isnt any worse than the rest of 90th street... kinda comes with the territory

The worst customer service ever. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a week. I have gone in to cancel it and they assured me the only way I could cancel it is over the phone. I have called the phone number daily for the past week and gotten the same automated response. Not only was I charged because I couldnt get ahold of anyone to cancel it, it was for the $29.99 premium month and not the cheapest one which I applied for. Huge scam and just a super lazy business plan.

They need to be a better job when drying cars. The money I spend monthly they could do a better job.

Huge scam. Went for a one time wash and they charged me with a premium membership. Have tried calling multiple times to cancel and have submitted numerous online cancellations (never been contacted) and even GONE IN TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP and STILL have been being charged a monthly membership charge without ever going for services. Will continue to tell everyone about this fraudulent company until amends are made. Can’t wait for a class action lawsuit on these frauds and will take matters into my own hands soon.

In January 2021. I purchased 10.00 car wash cc.Little did i know. Employee push a button for my cc to be charge for a monthly fee of 21.39. I find this poor business practice. Now i have to have my cc replace. Because Rocket 3 has not return my phone calls.I will not be returning to any of the Rocket car washes.

They even have a guy working the wand in the wash? The guy drying my truck could have said, we better run you through again. I will never waste my time here again. Very disappointed.

This wash isnt as good as russell speeders. sometimes I have soap still left on my vehicle and I have to wait for a staff member to scan my barcode. the parking lot is bumpy and full of potholes. I also wish they would invest in a better drying system instead of a hand dry. overall I will be canceling my wash pass with them and sticking with russell speeders.

I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased brand new just a few months ago. I have had a membership with Tommys Express for a long time (off 132nd and L) and they do a wonderful job. Since its getting into the summer and the Jeep will go topless more often than not, I decided to temporarily suspend my membership and took my Jeep through Rocket Wash one day over lunch (near my work). It was AWFUL. I am pretty sure my Jeep was dirtier when it came out than when it went in. It took extensive detailing on my part to get the grime off that was left by the carwash. I seriously dont even know what I was scrubbing off of it, it wasnt really dirt, I dont know how to describe it except GRIME! It was caked in the door hinges, on the windows, etc. The kids drying barely made an effort, I dont know how they didnt notice this! It was slightly dusty with rain spots when I went in and came out looking like I had driven through thick mud puddles!Most importantly, I have several scratches down my doors and sides of the Jeep. Im not talking carwash swirls, Im talking SCRATCHES. I hand dry / quick wax my Jeep after every wash and know what swirls are there when Im done with a wash, especially since it is a black vehicle. These were new and a result of Rocket Wash and are far beyond a typical swirl. They are straight scratches. Im not sure I can even claybar them out! I will NOT be going back.I was too angry to address the carwash when I left and was running short on time and they were very busy, I wish I would had taken a breath and addressed it with them immediately. Having read other reviews, it doesnt seem as though customer service is accommodating even if you point out damage upon exiting the wash so not sure it would have been worth the effort. I wish I had read reviews BEFORE they caused damage to my previously beautiful Jeep. :(

Warning!! They bought Dolphins Car Wash on 144th and Center.. If you had an unlimited plan with Dolphins you were charged around $42 a month for that plan.. Rockets plans are cheaper, but they will continue to charge you the $42 rate until you complain. These are horrible business practices..

Do not get talked into buying a monthly wash pass! I canceled mine in May 2020 and they still are charging me monthly and it’s December! I went in 3 weeks ago to get a refund and have them cancel my membership. They stated they would have this done but they had to have the General Manager refund that amount. Horrible service since they still haven’t refunded me and I still have recurring monthly payments!

They have the best deals in the town, first month under $10 and then $14 a month. Friendly staff, and their vacuums are strong not like other carwash places.

Was in for a simple car wash in February this year (2020) and their entire car wash malfunctioned!!! The lady behind me hit me, which was not her fault, it was the car wash. The manager AT THE TIME, Brian, said he would handle everything and no need to worry. I got an estimate for the damage at silver hammer carstar and keep following up on it only to find there is a new manager everytime I call or go in. The previous is always fired or quit. They say they will contact me, but its August and still have not had any progress with ANYONE! HORRIBLE location to go to. Will never give them my business again!

Decent car wash, but theyre under carriage wash does not get the full extent of underneath your car. We had to hose spray our car after going through the wash twice. It missed near the doors and under the wheel wells. Not worth really paying all that money when it misses..Also, vacs discontinued for now because of Covid so, again, not really worth it.

All I will say, make sure your car is in NEUTRAL.

The price is fair I like it when you can go there 10 times a day when theyre when theyre playing and card comes clean and take good care of it on trying it and they give you rides to dry the inside and wipe the inside of your car and when the employees are great and that Tyler is the best great place to get your car washed

Dont have them wash your truck. Took the truck in today. Mind you... It was not muddy, just gravel road dirt. After the wash I got out to look at it. They never dryed the back of the truck, the front window, hood and mirrors were still covered in bugs and the wheel wells were still very dirty/dusty. I drove back around and they offered to run it through again, but said they dont do wheel wells. I can understand on a little car, but on a big full size truck, that is ridiculous! Thats where the dirt is! Got my money back and went and washed it myself across the street.

Always short staffed on North 90th location, and the tires look dry every visit before leaving. The air freshener spray never noticed after told it enters through the vents from car wash. The concept is great, staff is great and will accommodate to redoing tires in the detail area if staff is available.

Dont go here, I bought a months worth of car washes was never told I have to opt out. Needless to say my account was overdrawn after several attempts to cancel the service still am having issues with them.

I was signed up for a monthly car wash without my knowledge. I was asked if i wanted to pay a certain amount for the month because it was cheaper than the one time wash. I said yes of course who doesnt want to save a few bucks. I signed my signature on the credit card receipt and the attendant then said you can cancel anytime.I was like had i known it was going to be a recurring monthly fee then i would of never agreed. Smh .Never again. My guess??? They must work off commission .Update!!!! I have been charged again for an entire month!!! I canceled this over a week ago! Almost two weeks!!! This is becoming a nightmare.. Contacting BBB

You cant find a better place in Omaha to get your car cleaned these people actually care whether you got a good service or not. The employees take ownership of the place and that makes all the difference. This is the only place Ill have my car cleaned in Omaha

Went to this car wash for the first time and got the works wash. The employees out in the lot only dried the front of my vehicle not the back. My tire and wheels were not clean. An most important there were areas on my vehicle that was not clean. Plus the water that was not dried.😡

Absolutely the best car wash in town! Even on their busiest days, they get you in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Their customer service is impeccable!! They do an excellent job, Theyre professional and they have your vehicle looking sparkling clean and brand new, Inside and out. The prices are great, they always have competitive deals going on. 0 stars would be more appropriate.Had an interior detail done and am disturbed that they thought it was acceptable.First off they never answer the phone... when we paid for a detail and were told to call anytime to schedule the detail. It took 3 days and calling a different location before we could schedule our detail, (which shouldve been our first clue).We bought a $200 interior detail and literally all they did was spread cheap armor all all over the leather seats and dash AND the instrument cluster, and do quick vacuum. Our 1 year old car is now smelly, covered in grease and hardly any cleaner than when we took it to them.Russ thought it was a good idea to use water based products on leather seats, which anyone whos taken car of leather seats knows that water based products dry leather in the long run.Have pictures to prove what a terrible job it was.

Staff was highly professional and gave me many options in choosing the perfect wash for my little car. Even at times when it is full, they make sure I am satisfied with my wash. A young man helped me, Gustavo & he answered every question I had regarding wash. Overall great experienceand will return soon.

They are under new management, although I did not purchase anything from the other owners. But my experience was very good. I purchased the special full detail card, took 2 of our cars there and they looked like new when we picked them up. Website states Sunday open 8 am - 7 pm. I go on a Sunday at 8:16 am. They tell me sorry, not til 9 am. Also, a truck that didnt have his gear in neutral hit me 2xs while in car wash stall! Its been hell trying to get my minor repair. They want me to call my insurance company and have them find the guy via license plate number. No!! Thats not how that should work. They should use their insurance and go after the man! I use to like that place. I actually have a membership that I will soon cancel!

The professionalism of the employees, Along with better background checks, better billing ways and smoother operations equals too a better business than it ever was. I love the unlimited car washes per month for 9.99. You really cant beat that deal anywhere one car wash will cost you that.

Im really impressed with this location. I bought a full detail at sales price and was expected a sales price job. The job was done at an impressive level. There was a minor mistake but Conrad took care of that quickly and beyond expectations I will be going back to Conrad. Any work you need done go see Conrad and his staff.

Bought the $15 wash and it didn’t clean my windshield at all. They let me go through again and still wasn’t clean. No thanks.

Wash good hand dryers horrible, manager Told me there was nothing they can do but after requesting it be dried again he accommodated by drying himself. So that helped.

I was given a free trial because I bought a new car and the young lady was super nice. This review does not reflect her.I am a salesman. I drive hundreds of miles a week, if not a couple of thousand. So my car is washed often. During my free trial the guy who directs you into the wash had the nastiest attitude. During my last couple of visits he refused to use the bug cleaner and refused to fully pressure wash before going thru the cycle and just kept shaking his head every time he saw my car. Like sir, how are you that rude? On my last wash, i took the car around for a second time because my windshield literally still had all of the bug juice on it. As I drove up he yelled to the other guys as he shaked his head this guy is a free trial!. Evidently, he takes it personal when customers are offered a free trial. I would have gladly stayed on my plan because I wash my car often but not to constantly receive a nasty attitude from an employee who has no right to take it personal. He was so inappropriate - I dont understand how he still works there. I complained about his attitude and he still gave me an attitude. Never again. I would suggest going down the road to the other wash. it cleans better and better service.

Got a car wash and detail only including shampooing my carpets and wiping the inside down but this team (especially the assistant manager of detail) went above and beyond to make it look perfect! Super affordable - will definitely be back!
