Ive used NEI twice now and appreciate everything they did to help with both relocations. They advocate for you and simplify the immense process of moving to a new location.

Twice my husbands company used them to move us. 1st time they really screwed us over to the tune of losing 50,000.00 on our house. The second time we were much smarter and when we didnt fall for their tactics they threw us out of their relocation program and was going to collect the money for providing zero services and my husband called the company declined the promotion and they got nothing. Jokes on them.Id never use this company they profit off ripping off others during their relocation.

I have had 3 experiences with NEI and every time they manage to make the experience worse and worse. They use horrible vendors and their account reps are extremely incompetent and un responsive. They over charge you and your company for Dunbar services or services you don’t receive and don’t acknowledge their fault or poor service. NEI has greatly increased the stress level of my moves. There are other relocation vendors out there and I hope that my company will consider switching vendors in the future.

My company used NEI services for relocation from Germany to Austin, TX.Excellent customer service and support.Evan and Susan rock! They were always there for us when we needed their help.They were always willing to go the extra mile for us whether it was air shipment, temporary accommodation or car rentals.Highly recommended!

My husband’s employer uses NEI for relocation. I honestly can’t say enough about the great customer relationship fostered by B. Richards and N. Ritz-Woller. They’ve been helpful every step of the way and are prompt, professional and courteous with even the most redundant questions. The team is committed to resolving any issues that arise and make the stressful process of relocation an easier pill to swallow and were compassionate and helpful in understanding my special needs due to a disability . We have relocated twice before and this by far has been the best transition thus far. Kudos to NEI and I can’t wait to post pictures in the near future once we’re all settled in!!!

This company does not provide the benefit to employees that the company thinks it is purchasing. They instead try to reduce the promised services to maximizes their profit. I would have rather my company just have given me what they paid NEI. I would have been way better off stress wise and financially. Companies look elsewhere!

NEI had an inspector that missed several thousands of dollars worth of issues that my Buyer now has to fix and they claim no responsibility. The agent they hired to sell the home also concealed facts. There is no integrity in either one of them. Stay far away.

Great experience with NEI handling a 3-month temp. relocation.

Would not recommend using this company. My husband’s new company assigned them to handle our relocation. Sub par customer service, challenging to reach someone after hours, even though there is a line, as a trailing spouse don’t expect too much support. Passes the buck back when issues arise, and did not show concern with our did satisfaction of service. Their vendor made a mistake, we had to pay for. One small moment of customer service could have saved a future customer.

What a great place for my company to go thru for relocation. The company is very customer focused.

My wife took a job in Wisconsin NEI was assigned to us for the relocation service. To move us from Arkansas, out of all the people we had to deal with Jesica Hewit and her team were the only ones who were truly on top of what was going on I can’t say enough good things about her. Jesica and NEI backed us up with shipping claims almost 4 months after the move too. Again great customer service even when emotions Got involved they never lost their cool Now if Atlas Vanlines and Nelson Westenburg where on the ball everyone would be happy
