We listed our business with Sunbelt. We had a terrible experience. The first public listing they published had terrible grammar and words misspelled which I had to bring to my brokers attention. The listing description was a cut and paste from another business which, again I had to bring to his attention as our listing was describing whatever that other business was. During the year we listed our company, they did not stay up to date on our business numbers so when potential buyers were interested they were not prepared with the most accurate numbers. Never once during the entire listing was their every a conversation on adjusting pricing, or changing the listing. Never once when we had an interested buyer was their any actual attempted selling. We had no responses to emails and calls when trying to follow up after potential interested buyers or advice to adjust. After every potential buyer my gut feeling because of the extreme lack of everything I would expect from a sales person was that they had fake buyers to make us think they were doing something. At the tail end of our contract we actually worked with a different person at the company and were so excited thinking we would have a different experience than what we had previously and unfortunately it was the same experience. As a business owner, if we ran our business like Sunbelt, we would have put ourselves out of business in under 3 months. I am not at all surprised they were unable to sell our business as I could have done a better job on Craig List, unfortunately for us we were locked into a year contract with them and now have wasted an entire year. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy, well maybe...
