Poor service. Ive been working to communicate with this company for over a year and even my lawyer is getting nowhere with them.

Terrible service, unreliable means of connecting with anyone who works here. After giving them unbridled access to my personal medical records I still, 5 MONTHS LATER have not received any word on a disability claim. Who in the hell can survive without a paycheck for 5 MONTHS!!! This place is a disgrace and I can’t believe anyone gives them business. I would love to talk to someone in management about my horrible experience but can get ahold of no one! Stay far away from this company, they do not help in a timely manner.

Worst experience ever. Stay away from any policy. 5 transferred phone calls later and no one call tell me why my moms claim check hasn’t been sent. Looks like they intentionally set up their system to discourage you from ever get an answer. Buyer beware.
