Let me just start off with — the only reason I ever booked here to begin with is because my usual barber was not available. I was referred here by one of my buddy’s. Unfortunately the only person available was Brook. Sorry to say I was absolutely disappointed in the outcome of my haircut. I was even more upset about the customer service. I honestly have never felt more uncomfortable with someone cutting my hair. She didn’t even offer to put product in my hair, I was just so glad I had brought my hat and put it on as soon as I walked out of the shop. I have tried quite a few barber shops in Omaha and this was so bad I just had to write a review. Usually I leave positive reviews, but I just wanted to make others aware of my experience. The only reason I did give the 3 stars because right next to my seat there was Tre (I think his name is) cutting hair, he did such an amazing job and kept his conversation going with his client. That to me is an excellent barber and how I expected to be treated by Brook. All in all, I just hope she learns a little from this experience and gets better, maybe it was just an off day but I sincerely hope the next person in that seat gets better service. Very very nice shop however.

Tremaine is the real deal. These hair cuts, fades, hard parts... all of it is top notch! I have been coming to this barbershop for many years. I love the atmosphere of the shop too! These people get to know their clients. This isn’t a shop you’re gonna go to for just a basic, ordinary cut just like the five guys before you.Tremaine is very professional and he listens to what the customer wants! He is very knowledgeable and talented! I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a stylish cut, shave, or both!

I, 100% would recommend this place!! I walked in with a butchered head of hair (destroyed by another barber shop). With no hope of it getting saved. These Professionals worked there magic and I left looking better than I couldve ever hoped for. Im an active duty service member, and while they thanked ME for my service. Husband came out looking classically handsome and smelling fantastic. Victory has the high standard of a traditional barber down pat. Straight razor shaves, elegant styles, and staff that actually specialize in mens hair. Definitely going again.

Solid historic barbershop located in the mid-downtown area. The smaller shop makes the barbershop experience so much more personal. Tremaine is an excellent & consistent barber. Offers good conversations and makes sure that you’re fully satisfied before leaving his chair. Ownership seems very caring of its clientele as well. Overall a great spot to get your grooming needs!

Trey was great! I couldnt be happier with my haircut. Hes very experienced and his attention to detail is remarkable. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He even took the time to answer my questions and explain all the decisions he made cutting my hair. He accounted for my hair type, head shape, and all sorts of other factors. He really knows his stuff. On top of that, he was very nice and made great conversation. Ill definitely be coming back if I ever need a haircut in Omaha again.

Was in here a few weeks ago, wanted to go with a differnt style, Im not for sure who did my cut, it was a African- American guy, But he was amazing, he was on point with my shaved sides and #1 on top, Classic military cut, will be going to him again, so if anyone can tell me his name, that will be good, Overall very good place to get your hair cut

Was looking for a straight razor shave for my wedding. My brother and I arrived early, and started talking with Trey.He explained the many hoops that barbers must jump through to provide their services.He gave us his history in this profession, and explained step by step as he was performing his craft.I am extremely impressed by his presentation, professionalism, and results.I believe this has become a lost art that many men are missing out on, and personally reccomend that everyone should experience at least once. Tre was able to get me in same day. I called 3 or 4 hours before my cut and he set me up with an appointment. When I showed up I didnt even have to wait. Tre was super nice and very professional.

Ross is a true professional. His store might not have the glitz of a more modern barbershop, but he keeps it clean and kept. He is meticulous with his work and does a great job. I was surprised at how affordable such great service downtown could be, and also that I could get in as a walk in.

Dont find barbers like this anymore. Ross is a true artist. I came into town from Oregon and found him online. He has been in the same location for 40 years. That wont be a shock to you once you see his shop but do not judge a book by it cover here. Great service, great value and a great guy. If you are looking for an old school barber look know further.

Amateur hour at the B.S. Barbershop in downtown Omaha...lousy barber charged 30 bucks to trim my hair with a Wahl trimmer. Not a scissor in sight.

No frills, nothing fancy, just a good inexpensive haircut. I stopped in over my lunch and got right in. He did a good job, everything looks consistent, and he even straight bladed my neckline. I will be a repeat customer!
