I like to be pampered. After getting a targeted Facebook ad for their other location I found this place in West O. It was easy to book on their website, and the haircut was top notch. The extras are what make the experience the best though. The scalp massage was great along with the facial. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed, and that was before my complimentary drink after my haircut.The prices are higher then you will find at other barber shops but if you want a high end experience this is the way to go. I will be back.

Wow! Where do I begin. When I walked through the door I was met with friendly smiles from the staff.Came in early to grab a drink before my haircut. Every haircut receives one free drink! The bar tender Madi was made an excellent old fashion. She had amazing conversation and was very attentive to all of the customers. Will be back!

Although I confused my appointment time and was late, everyone there was extremely accommodating and fit me in anyway. I asked my stylist advice for a new hairstyle and she gladly gave me ideas and the new style was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and the place is quite unique. Although I’m only here a few months out of the year, how are use this place every time I need a haircut or my beard trimmed.

I had the Fifteen-year treatment with the eye brow, ear, and nose waxing. Ive never had all of these things done, ever. But Hannah was awesome! For the first time in years, I got the haircut I want, and did a few grooming things I didnt know I needed, but definitely did. Its also nice to have a drink after. I can see why this place is amazing.

I was having trouble finding a good place to get a haircut since moving back here 3 years ago. Now, I wont go anywhere else. The staff is fun and does an amazing job. Tamara did exactly what I was asking for and provided helpful tips throughout the cut. The razor work on my facial hair was fantastic! I will be a lifelong customer here.

One of the best haircuts Ive ever had! Came from Texas to visit my brother Donnie and was instructed by him to not get a haircut until I got there. The shop is very modern, all of the staff are friendly, informative, and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Did I mention the drinks?!?! Its in the name! I love scotch! 10 out of 10!

Manager is a joke! She was very rude and didn’t even bother asking if I wanted a drink. When I did get it, it was subpar at best. Hardly any bourbon and slopped all over. Been to both locations and Aksarben is a little better but not much. Bartenders are great and enjoyable to talk to and most stylists are good, but last one trimmed one side of my beard too short as she was talking too much. I noticed it when I got home and had to shave my beard off. Wasn’t going to waste my time to go back to fix it and with them.

I absolutely love this place! A chill and relaxing ambiance; friendly and professional staff and a bar with a variety of top shelf liquor. When Im in Nebraska I always stop in, sure it helps that California is currently shutdown, and even when its open, Ive never come across a place with a bar in it, what a treat. If you can see the positives of this place then the price shouldnt push you away - and now that I think about it, its reasonably priced, its not excessive whatsoever. If youre ever in town swing by and enjoy an absolutely delightful experience like I have and will continue to do.

I have been looking for a great barber in Omaha for 5 years now. I friend has been going to S&S for years, and I finally decided to take the plunge. I have never been happier with a hair cut.My cut was great and my stylist was amazing. The atmosphere is great, very relaxing and the selection of Scotch and Whiskey is amazing as well. After 1 visit, I have signed up for a membership and wont be going anywhere else.

Great place to get your haircut. You dont come here because its cheap, though. I recently became a member and they offer every 2-4 week appointments with one monthly price. Free drink with each cut. Touch ups are free. Non member cuts range from 38-70ish dollars.

I am giving four stars because through no fault of S&S, I was unable to stay for the drink.I called with 2 hrs notice before the requested appt time and was quickly accommodated.Melanie is a confident perfectionist at her craft. While in her chair just relax and be prepared to enjoy a good shave. The benefits of the hot towels, oil and after shave lingers and is a pleasant feeling.This visit was my first shave after a month of wilderness camping and hunting. If i have to rejoin civilization, this is a good first step.

Braxton did an amazing job on my hair. Gave me a killer mullet and I was getting complements on it all evening at the store when I left. Scissors and scotch has an inviting atmosphere and the bartenders were very nice and enjoyable. Will definitely be back.And they serve busch light which is the best part 🙂

I stopped in today to get a haircut. I’ve had the same barber for 2 years but he hasn’t had availability the last 2 weeks so decided to go here. Emily not only did a great job but was very personable and attentive to what I wanted. Because of her I will be going here instead of my old barber even though it is more money per haircut, but it is worth every penny. Emily is awesome.

The atmosphere and the people are great!I dont know how the elite and master stylists/barbers work and charge, Im just speaking about the women with no label under their name on their website. But if youre charging $50 dollars for the most average haircut, I dont think its worth it.I wont mention any names because they are the nicest people. But, I called in ahead of time asking for a pretty complex military looking textured fringe. And when i explained it to the woman, she said my hair wont look like that and just gave me a standard fade and sent me off lol.

1st time here. It definitely will not be my last. And next time Ill be grabbing a scotch on the rocks after my beard trim!!

Coming from a first time customer, Scissors and Scotch was the best experience I have had at a hair salon/barbershop. I went with the 15 year cut, which included a scalp massage and face scrub + moisturizer. I got a modern mullet haircut (something I’ve never done before) from Hannah who did a spectacular job. The whole experience was excellent and professional and they definitely have a repeat customer with me!
