I love Cost Cutters at Eagle Run because when they took over Hair Masters it seemed, as a consumer, like a seamless transition. My favorite hair stylists were still there and the shop still has a great atmosphere, the only big change I noticed was the big cut in cost. I was unsure at first with the change but knowing that my stylist was still there I was ready to take the plunge or razor with my summer cut. Thank you Monet for the great cut and shave! I look forward next time!!!

Wont go back there. Stylist was very nice... But he argued with me about my hair. The computer was not working and I didnt get the product I wanted to buy cause of the computer.

Ive gone to this HairMasters and to the same stylist there for many, many years and I cant even imagine going elsewhere. The salon is professional, friendly, clean, and my stylist really listens to what I want and offers suggestions when I need them. All the other stylists are friendly and great at what they do and from time to time, theyve filled in when my regular stylist has been out for whatever reason and Ive been very happy with their work on my hair. I get my hair cut and colored on a regular basis and Im always happy with the results and I purchase my hair care products there as well (they have great sales!).

Awful experience. When I went there it was 5:30pm and the entire place was dead. I just got a shampoo and cut and I was there till 6:20pm and only one person had walked in in that entire time. I have never been to a salon with that lack of business, so I knew when I walked in and I was the only person there that this couldnt be good. The man that cut my hair was older and I think he said 2 words to me total. Each time he needed my head moved he didnt say a word, he grabbed it and jerked it where he needed it. When he was blowdrying my hair he was smacking my head with the brush each time he went to brush my hair, my head was sore. After it was done, since I was so far from the mirror I couldnt tell if everything was even but as far as I could see it looked fine. I got home and looked and OH MY GOD. one side of my hair had about 7 layers and the other side had 2. It was so obvious and so so awful. There was also a strip in the back of my head that wasnt layers at all it was just a 3 inch wide strip of hair that was all one length while the rest of the back of my head was layerd. This was a nightmare. I dont recommend this place.

I got my hair styles by Greg, who didnt need a lot of instruction to perfect the hair style and color I was looking for! It was a long trip, but it was worth it in the end.
