This morning our very unhelpful roadside assistance company sent LTR towing to help us with our Semi hauling it approximately 32 miles. I was so impressed with LTR and the service we received. After all of the issues we have had with our truck and dealing with multiple different warranties I was prepared to have another less than par experience and they seriously impressed me with their professionalism, and timeliness (maybe an hour they were on site). Next time we need a tow I will skip the roadside assistance and call them directly. Highly recommend. Thank you LTR, you were a ray of hope in our experience thus far!
