Awesome service. Had them come grab my toolbox from my previous job and take it to another location. Not only was Dillon very well versed in actually strapping down a toolbox; they actually put it up in the area I needed it to be after the move. Super awesome guy too

The brake fluid completely drained out of my car and I literally was left without a way to stop my car. I called my insurance company and they dispatched this company for me. This company is absolutely incredible! Customer Service was kind and patient with me over the phone, as I explained where my car had broken down. They had someone come help me in under an hour, even though I was in the middle of nowhere, it was late at night and pouring rain! They offer an amazing service so dont think twice, I highly recommend them!

When returning my rental car after hours, I locked my phone in the rental and had already put the keys in the dropbox when I realized I left my phone in the car. I immediately contacted Dillon to see if he was working, he wasnt but referred me to Rob. I called the company and they arranged for Rob to meet me. He got to me fast and into the car in well under 5 minutes. He was very kind and polite. Ive had other companies who scratched the car and didnt really care about any damage caused while unlocking a vehicle but Rob was very careful in all of his actions as to not cause any damage. I absolutely recommend Jakes, theyll be my number 1 choice if Im ever in need of their services while in the area again.

Called to get a tow from Jake and his guys after hitting a pothole on Broadway one morning. They were there to get me towed with in 15 minutes with no hassles. Everyone was very helpful and even able to take care of tracking down and getting new tires on the same day! Great service all around!

Amazing Service, I was headed on a long road trip and had a flat, not only did they tow me they called around and found a tire shop open on Sunday with my tire size for me. Took all the stress away from having to handle all that. The driver was excellent, friendly and professional.

Did a great job getting our Audi home. I didnt get the drivers name but he did such a great job. The car was on the flatbed safely in no time and the driver perfectly positioned his truck to roll off the car in our garage in the exact place I wanted it. He was a really skilled operator.

Robert J was AMAZING! My car was completely dead in our garage, and wouldn’t take a jump. Robert got to our house in about 30 minutes (thanks for helping me be not so late to work!) and was able to get my car (everything is electric) into neutral manually and slip it out of my garage (which is a tight fit) and get it on the truck in literally 10 minutes. Got in a car accident and used Jakes towing to get my car to the body shop. Tow truck driver was amazing and friendly.

I meant to leave this weeks ago, but my car was stuck in the snow and I had someone from left lane recovery come out at 7pm. He was afraid to pull my car out at night (because it was dark and he had to go down a back alley that had a little ice) and barely tried at all and told me I should call someone in the morning. So I did. Dillan from your company was amazing. Got my car out with no issues. It was simple and didn’t take that much time. He was professional and well deserves this review!

Got the goal of moving it a few feet accomplished, but gave up only after a couple tries. Then customer and his dad and myself got it started because we did it the correct way. Just wish would have given it more try and been more social and actually done it right instead of giving up. Changed it to 3 stars from 2 for you guys cause still wasn’t happy with the results.

Other tow provider didnt show after 90 minutes. Got Sulleys out through my roadside assistance. They showed up within 15 minutes because they heard Id been waiting. Thats absolutely 5-star service! Much appreciated!

Our towing expert, Cody, was friendly and fast at picking up our car and taking it to where we wanted it to be. The car was not in an easy place to tow from, but he was diligent in making sure it was safe for us all and the property it was on. We will request them the next time we need a tow.

Roadside Assistnce Rep immediately contacted their designated vendor [Jakes Towing]. At 5:28 Jakes dispatch [Tiffany] phoned me with their estimated timeline. Their dispatched driver was on another call but would contact me when en route. At 6:40 Ron phoned. Thru the years Ive experienced several unfortunate episodes. Given the timeline, expertise & resolution of my automotive breakdowns, Jakes service response was exceptional. Should I ever require similar service in the future, I will absolutely request Roadside Assistance to dispatch Jakes Towing. Many thanks!!

A motorcycle can be difficult but he was very careful with loading and unloading, and also followed my suggestion on where to apply the straps. He was very professional and personable and we talked about motorcycles as he delivered the bike to my house. I would recommend Sulleys Towing to any of my fellow bikers.

I called for a tow and let the folks know at the other end of the phone I was in heavy traffic and they came and got me right away, guy was great, he wanted me to be safe and said I should stay in the car as he hooked my car to take it for service, and since I had my kids with the fast tow, I was able to spend quality time with my kids since the tow was so fast, so thanks Sullys you were amazing !!!

My vehicle was parked in an area that was not marked as no parking, I was moving and didnt want to be disrespectful to the complex by parking in their grass like everyone else. The guy that towed it, seen it was loaded, so he was fully aware I was either moving in or moving out. He stated he took photos of the vehicle after we found that it was towed and not stolen! I literally left the vehicle long enough to use the bathroom, out, didnt even lock ethe vehicle, had towed it that fast we had thought it was stolen. Spoke to a Bellevue police officer who suggested I went to the news. Spoke to my complex where I lived, they stated they would ask to have the $200 returned. That was over a week ago. Maybe its time to go with what the officer suggested.

Car crashed needed a tow first place gave us an hour wait time 3 times after every hour we called. Then called jacks towing the person who answered the phone was polite, professional and able to give me a solid time line the driver Robert Long was friendly, professional, and offered to take car of everything over the phone so my son and i could finish dinner because he had arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. After meeting with Robert was able to take care of the bill on the spot including emailed receipt. Apon arriving with the car to the house Robert unloaded and parked the vehicle exactly where i requested. Jacks towing is now in my contacts list.

Belt broke on 114th and dodge in Omaha, called and basil their driver was sent out. 30 minutes later he showed up and towed the car, myself, and two passengers 70 miles. Great drive considering and professional the entire time. Would recommend to everyone and will use again should the need arise.
