My VW Jetta had damage to the trunk/rear bumper. I took it for the repair work and it was completed on time. About a month later I noticed a crack in the paint of the trunk area. I called they got me in right away and redid the paint. Unfortunately, about a month later the same area cracked again. When I took it back they kept it for a few days to discover that the trunk panel needed replaced. They ordered the part, called the insurance company, and replced it. I was very happy with the willingness to keep working on it and get the job done. Great customer sevice. I would take my vehicle there every time.

I would not recommend getting your car repaired here. Do yourself a favor and go some where else. Dont let the 90 dollar diagnostic fool you. Go get a real diagnostic. Go somewhere else for an oil change also. Just pathetic! Save yourself.

Good communication and fast service

Florence Body ShopI have known Bob Soukup for years now, my family did business with them and I decided to stick around, well in the last fifteen years I have work done to my vehicles because of accidents and for comprehensive damage. The last go around, the secretary that was working for Florence Body Shop was very rude and very nasty. I wrote a letter that was sent in certified mail, and I have not heard back from Bob Soukup, because of the way I was treated by this secretary, and Bob Soukup did not return my communication to him, and my complaint about this nasty secretary, i will be taking my business elsewhere. The last two times I have had work done by them was not the best work that I know that they are capable of. And for the secretary to act this way, is beyond me why she is still there, but I will not deal with her or the treatment I went through, I have decided to take my auto body repairs elsewhere. I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. Florence made me feel safe in my car again! Back in August of 2016, a tree fell on my car during a bad storm. I didnt have power or internet to do my own search, so I went with a local body shop that was recommended by my insurance company (Searl) and it was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a body shop. I was afraid to even drive my car because I could hear and feel glass still in it! After giving them a couple of opportunities to fix their mistakes, I decided a professional needed to look at my car. I was told about Florence Auto Body and decided to give them a chance. I am SO glad to have found them! They not only fixed my car the right way and confirmed that I wasnt crazy about the glass in the dash, they took the time to explain what they were doing and were even my advocate with the insurance company! Because the other body shop received the majority of the money for doing substandard work, Florence wasnt even paid as well as they should have been for the stellar job they did! The very LEAST I can do is write this review and tell others so they can gain some business and another 5-star review. I was about to give up on finding an honest place to work on my car when I found Florence. By the way, they are more than just auto body shop, so you can go there for maintenance, etc.

Great customer service

Had a soon to be flat tire when I reached my job site. Looked for the closest tire shop and found Florence auto body. They were nice enough to take my truck and give me a ride back to my jobsite that was five min away. Made a day that could have went bad turn great! Thank you!
