They balanced my tires and now it doesnt shake
Nice clean store. Clean bathrooms. Good gas pumps.
We have taken all of our cars to Millard Sinclair for about ten years now. I recommend them to everyone who has a car. Need an oil change? Go to Millard Sinclairs. You can make an appointment and get in and out in 20 minutes. No, I dont think they are the cheapest in town, but they also dont do annoying and unnecessary upsells. We had one of our older cars break down on the side of the road. We knew exactly who to call. They had a truck out to us within half an hour. They got to our car as soon as they could, gave us the diagnosis. It needed a new clutch, but had close to 100,000 miles and was over 10 years old. Was it really worth fixing? They knew we would ask this and were prepared with the answer. By going to Millard Sinclairs I feel like I am working with people that know and understand cars, give a fair price to fix ones car and get it done on time or in a timely manner. Anyone looking for a reliable car repair shop in Millard should head to this service station.
From out of town and took car here for repair. Was told my car would be fixed same day and it wasnt. Picked up my car after I was told it was fixed. Drove to my home 2 hours away to find that a defective part was installed by Pauls Sinclair. Had to have the same repair done again by a different repair shop within 3 days. Called Pauls Sinclair to ask them to honor their warranty on the defective part. Was told they could not do so without receiving the defective part back. I offered to mail my detailed invoice from the dealership who repaired my car a second time showing the same part was repaired and was told they couldnt honor warranty without actual broken part being brought back to them. Poor service. Doesnt honor warranty as stated. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is a no frills gas station / mechanic shop. Totally trust these guys to take care of my vehicles
The mechanics were a bit rude. It appears they did a decent job fixing my car but Im not sure if the pricing was good. I feel like I got over charged a bit.
I believe they owned it back in 1977 I believe it was my AMC Javelin dealer we can work on it but they did we move down to Millard from 90th Avenue and there they were next to the ice I used to be nice Hut next to where you can drive through get beer and nice and they were the best there wasnt Millard theyre the best Darrell ever be in Millard go there hope to God those guys never die true honest not the cheapest but theyre the best dressed if you can get your car in there
I gave them one star because I had to or it wouldnt post but I really give them ZERO stars. I have taken my vehicles to Pauls Sinclair for years. And the business I used to work for took their fleet to Pauls. When the original owner owned it I could not say anything bad about them. Now is a different story - they did not do the work they said they did on our truck (I have proof) and in fact, told us we needed a new motor. The charges BEFORE we needed a new motor were close to $1,700 for the 4 times we had to take our truck in and keep taking it back ($1,100 of that was just a tune-up). After the 4th time and it still was acting the same and not working properly we went to a different mechanic and found out they had not really done a tune-up, nor did we need a new motor. The new mechanic did a tune-up for $395, not $1,100, and the truck runs fine! The saddest part of all of this is that the owners reply was Do you think I care? He said that 10, if not 20, times during our conversation to try to get this resolved. Evidently he is not interested in caring for his customers and made it point blank. Remember this is a new owner within the last couple of years.
Mechanics are extremely rude. Screamed in my Fiances face after we politely asked him to repeat himself because we could not hear what he was asking, and then was completely rude the entire time. If it wasnt for our car being stuck there we would have said screw it and gone somewhere else.
This is from about half a year ago, in the winter -- I had them replace a headlight that I would have had difficulty dealing with myself. The job was fine. More complex jobs, I do not know. It seems difficult to find knowledgeable mechanics anywhere.
The guys there are super nice. I feel they did an amazing job. I was referred by family and I see why they trusted them.
They fixed my flat in less than 15 minutes for $17! I’m very happy with how quick and easy it was to get this done, I have terrible anxiety and even backing the car up to the garage had me nervous, but these guys had me in and out and at ease in no time at all! Everyone was friendly, he had the tire aired up and the car jacked up without even waking my baby! I had my preschooler, baby and dog in the car, and they took care of us with no fuss or hassle. This Sinclair’s location also fixed my husband’s flat tire 2 months ago free of charge because they didn’t think it would hold. The nail they pulled out of his tire was huge! It must have been from the crib since we recently moved. But, his tire is still holding up fine for his 9 mile commute to work!
Excellent service very knowledgeable and friendly also prices are reasonable
Went in to have a tire patched. They broke the band that holds the air pressure sensor in place. They said they fixed it. I was getting a wierd vibration in the steering wheel when driving. Took it to discount tire and they revealed that the band and senor broke apart and shredded the in side of the tire. Had to buy two new tires. A 17 dollar patch turned into 200 dollars worth of tires. Will never go Sinclair in Millard ever again.
Took my wifes car here to get it fixed they were super helpful and fixed it for a great price
Excellent for purchasing Propane refills
Pretty helpful, upfront and honest with reasonable mechanical work.
