Steam Table was not working properly and ended up being charged for 4 trips because it is impossible to carry every part. Cost of trips alone $363 which was almost same price as labor. First trip was $575 to replace high limit switch. A few weeks later we had issues with different well, $1005 to replace another High Limit switch and 3 infinite switches. Ended up costing us twice as much as a new steam table to repair ($1580 to replace 3 infinite switches and 2 high limit switches). Contact at General Parts said they only repair equipment so they have no idea how much new equipment costs. When I asked about the $875 to fix fryer (close to cost of replacing with new) he asked if we purchased the cheaper ones. Knows price of new equipment when its convenient I guess. First time ever writing review as first time I have truly been taken advantage of in this capacity. I would recommend finding every alternative before contacting General Parts for any repair, even replacing with new.

Multi discipline parts and service business; has repaired ovens, mixers and dushwasher for the company. Seem very competent and good communication regards problem and cost and time to repair.

Our church was ripped off. This company was contacted when our exhaust fan at our church was no longer operating correctly. We agreed to $100 trip charge and informed that the cost for labor was $100 per hour plus parts. The first tech came out and after 30 minutes he had no clue what was wrong. He said it would be too dangerous to continue on his own as he said it was probably a belt and the large hood had to be removed. He brought a second technician with him a week later and found a simple disconnect switch, on the outside of the building, was in the wrong position. Our church was charged $500 for this. The tech was accusatory in that he claimed one of our volunteers had to have done it. I dont suggest using this company as their practices of demanding a credit card up front are sketchy as best. After they rack up the charges, without getting full approval first, they hit that credit card and then you are stuck. We tried to resolve this with both the service and general manager but to no avail. Our video shows that the tech was not even working in the correct area of the issue to start with. Both managers failed to answer the question as to why a disconnect switch was not first checked. The statements of service are not even filled out indicating what they worked on. Not a trustworthy company.

I call and they are there quickly regardless of day or time. Always very easy to deal with! Very upset about Sunny being gone though

I had the greatest experience with this company! Had an emergency at one of our restaurants they were on the spot taking care of the issue. I highly recommend this company!

Called emergency hotline about a week ago. Still no response from them. Not a reliable company for your service needs and are expensive.

Had a service call placed for over a week. Didnt hear from them. Finally got a call on my cellphone not business phone, while I was working so I missed it by 2 minutes. Call back and the tech has been rerouted and they want to put me on the overtime schedule so they can charge me double the price. Also, to make matters worse the service manager was rude and unwilling to help! Do not use this company!
