Worst customer service EVER! I ordered a pair of 1 1/2 ct diamond studs for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. When I received them I was disappointed to say the least. The color was H but maybe, and thats a big fat maybe, one was H but the other was as yellow as someone who smoked for 80 years-horrible! The clarity was just as bad- literally a huge crack right through one of them. So we took them back and instead of offering us any options to replace them or any explanation as to why they were hideous, he was very accusatory towards us as if we did something to them. l get they are going out of business but that does not give them a right to take it out on their customers. Im guessing their business practice of attempting to sell below grade diamonds at a high cost then advertising them on sale, mixed with their subpar service, and belittling the customers has something to do with them going out of business.... just saying. Definitely not worth your time.

Great customer service all the way up until I sold the ring after getting divorced! They let me meet the seller in store so I felt safe and even transferred warranty to them!

Ordered a personalized princess cut mother’s ring for Christmas in November. I received the item and it was oval. I returned it and worked with Aaron who was very accommodating and re ordered the item and made sure it would be delivered by Christmas. Received the item on 12/23 and it was an oval cut again. When I returned this ring, I worked with a different employee. She did not offer any compensation, etc. On my return receipt it stated that the reason for return was “customer changed mind” when the wrong item was sent. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My favorite jewelry store is closing at the Olympia Mall. Super bummed, really enjoyed the manager & her employees.

Got my first beautiful bridal set here yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Dory was wonderful, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I got what I needed and was happy. Didn’t get the name of the other lady there, but she was a pleasure to speak with, as well. Very professional store and beautiful, quality jewelry. Will recommend highly and keep coming back when we decide to upgrade our wedding jewelry.

I spent about $300 on a watch here 6 months ago. It was a good looking and functioning watch, and I think it was a fair price.I ended up leaving it on while I had to unexpectedly move some furniture, and I broke one of the pins. I took in for an estimate, and they said they would call me in a week with an estimated repair cost, probably about $15 or so.Two weeks later I had to call *them* and they informed me that they had just recieved the estimate. The cost ended up being $130 plus tax and the repair is going to take an additional 2 to 3 weeks.Poor front end expectation fulfillment, and extremely slow customer service.

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from here and had the best experience! Dory was the employee who helped me. I gave her my budget and she went above and beyond to help find options within my budget and what I was looking for and was very communicative when things came into the store and had me come in to look and see if any worked for me. It was such an easy experience and my fiancé loved the ring!!

Zales has the most helpful and educated staff! Wonderful events and prices. I came in with a strict budget and was shown many beautiful pieces in that range! Never put pressure to purchase more. If youre looking for gorgeous jeweley and great customer service, I would recommend this Zales location!

FRAUD ALERT! ZALES DOUBLE CHARGED ME! I used the convenient short term leasing to finance around $1200 of the rings cost. After having multiple issues with the ring (loose stones, bent prongs) I had the ring replaced under warranty. Zales decided to charge me FULL PRICE for the first ring (even though they took the physical property back) and then charged me an ADDITIONAL $1200 for the replacement ring (which ALSO had to be repaired and was out for over a month) I paid the first account in full and noticed I was still being charged for the other account. When I brought my concern to Zales, nobody seemed to care how serious that a FRAUDULENT transaction like that is and offered no support other than a phone call the next day Not only did I make 4 different contact attempts to Zales by phone and 2 physical visits in a 2 day span, but I received a voicemail several days later stating that Zales will not do anything even though they are at fault and it is up to me to sort it out. ZALES ADMITTED TO BEING AT FAULT FOR THE F*CK UP YET REFUSE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. I have made multiple purchases at this store, after this I WILL NO LONGER be a patron nor will I ever recommend this store and its CLEARLY undertrained and unmotivated staff. This issue is moving forward with an attorney over the fraud and damage. LOW QUALITY JEWELRY AT PREMIUM PRICES, SCAMMER EMPLOYEES OUT FOR COMMISSION AND BAD ATTITUDES WITH ZERO RELATIVE KNOWLEDGE TO THEIR RESPECTIVE JOBS.

Exceptional customer service received from Zales in the capital mall. The staff at this location are some of the most helpful, educated and most understanding folk I’ve ever done business with and went above and beyond any and all of my personal expectations when making purchases for gifts. Very imformative about all of the services they offer, their financing options and the warranties that they provide and are very fair when it comes to their prices. I have not had a single bad experience at this location. They don’t treat you like just a regular customer here. Trust that when you go to Zales, you are treated with understanding and like a member of their family, whether you purchase anything or not. Thank you for great service! I will be returning!

Bait and switch kings. Twice in one year I have brought my wife and told her I was buying a ring for her and both had great prices and when the ring up were more than double the price. She had already tried them on and loved them and I told her I was purchasing them. First ring went from 4800 to over 12000 the second went from 499 to 1700. I am then left to pay the mismarked price because unlike Zales I honored my word

The staff at this Zales location never fails to impress me. I’ve had terrible experiences at other zales including the Tacoma mall, but here in Olympia I feel like family! I drive the extra 45 minutes just to come to this amazing crew.

Have always had the nicest greeting, the warmest conversations, and the best of help at this jeweler. I am always treated like the boss, and all my needs are met. I will never shop anywhere else.

Robert and Aaron are always my Go-to guys for anything related in jewerly. They are always welcoming no matter what day and time. Aaron always goes above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met and i wouldnt want to talk to any other workers besides those two.

I was looking to upgrade my wifes ring for our anniversary. Every associate was very happy and friendly. They were not pushy at all and gave me space to just browse but they were still very attentive. All I had to do was look up from the case I was at and the sales associate, Dory, came over with a big smile to assist me. She was very personable and very friendly. She never onces tried to sell me on the rings. Instead she asked how I met my wife and how long we weve been together. She actually took the time to get to know me and my wifes story. I ended up getting a ring from her.Months later I went in to get matching earrings and there was Dory. She greeted me by name which blew me away. I could only imagine how many people she deals with in a day but she remembered me from months prior.Needless to say every time I go into Zales, she is the one I ask for.

The two older ladies (above 30) who work here are absolutely terrible. They are rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They don’t care about the customers and aren’t interested in making sales or even entertaining possible buyers although that’s their job. So avoid them or take your money somewhere else! The two gentleman (one is the manager) and younger girl who work there are this stores only saving grace so if able speak with them about any questions or purchases. Didn’t have the best experience purchasing and engagement ring set due them making a mistake and sizing it wrong. So we had to send it back and wait another 10 days. When we finally got the set back with the correct size my fiancé loved it and was happy.I understand mistakes happen no biggie but the experience with the two rude employees killed it for me.

My dad recently passed away and my mother had an earring that he gave her and the match was lost. To match it was going to be a small fortune so the little sales clerk named Nikole suggested making it into a pendant. It turned out beautifully and it’s definitely her favorite piece of jewelry now. My mom really enjoyed her experience with no pressure at all and Nikole was extremely helpful in helping her create the perfect setting for her pendant. My family will shop nowhere else for this reason. Thank you Zales for hiring great people and for the quality and standards that anyone would expect with such a keepsake.

Dropped of vintage divers watch to have a crown and stem repaired. Zales had the watch for 3 and 1/2 weeks broke the band and never emailed me or called to tell me that there master jewler could not fix the watch. No parts available. I called another jewler they gave me Seiko of america they have parts and service this watch.I purchased this watch new from Zales in 1984. Very unacceptable service from a well known jewler I will never be a return customer.

Rude staff!! Picked up an online order, was the only customer in the store and 2 ladies acted like I was an inconvenience for even coming in. Will never come back to this location again. Felt extremely uncomfortable.

My husband had bought my engagement ring in Kansas and when we moved to WA this was the nearest Zales. I found a wedding band that I liked out of a pretty slim selection and an unhelpful sales lady-she kept acting like I was annoying for not already being a jewelry expert and hurried to make a decision. We mailed them off to get soldered and I get a call about putting them flush together. To me flush means no gap which is what I wanted and originally had been quoted $60-75. Imagine my surprise when I get there, pay $210 for it to be soldered flush and IT WASNT. Theyd been attached but there was still a gap. I brought this up to the lady working the counter and each time after a little back and forth not understanding shed end it by saying ok swipe your card also not caring. I am so upset with paying hundreds of dollars and still not getting what I want, leaving unhappy and they dont care. Buyer beware if youre wanting the same thing in a ring like I was!

Went in today to get my ring sized up that Id purchased from Zales a few weeks ago. I walked in and after waiting for a while to be helped (no one in the store besides the two lady workers) after patiently waiting for them to finish talking. As the lady walked over to me as of I was bothering her and the whole time i was there she gave me a dirty looks and nasty attitude. I dont recommend to anyone and honestly i will not be back or ever shop with Zales
