The staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable and helpful with any type of special occasion or requests. Laurie helped me turn my dated family heirloom into three pieces that I will wear with love for years to come. When I turned 21, my grandfather gave me my deceased grandmother’s ring - it was a platinum band with a number of embedded small diamonds, one large diamond in the middle, and one smaller one on each side. I’ve never worn much jewelry and the ring was far too big for my finger and just too much for me. My grandfather told me I could sell it to help pay for college or put it toward a down payment on a house. Neither of those things seemed like the right thing for me. I put it in a safe deposit box until I could make a decision. That was 16 years ago.With my grandfather now gone and with a heightened sentimentality toward heirlooms, I just decided one day that I wanted to transform the ring into something I would actually wear. With loads of help and enthusiasm from Laurie and the wonderful jewelers at Panowicz, I now have a set of earrings, a necklace, and a unique tasteful ring. I had no idea I would be so happy to bring new life to these pieces and remember my family every time I look at them.

Through Google I found the Panowicz site and chatted online with Celina about their watch selection, and she was super helpful. Since it would be a few days until it was ready, and since I love 30min from the store, Celina actually hand delivered it to me wrapped and boxed, since she was going to be in my town, once it was done being engraved. I will definitely be coming to Panowicz Jewelers again! They took great care in engraving and item for me. The work was beautifully done. And, all of the employees there were kind, professional, and absolutely wonderful to work with.

My husband and I took my wedding ring to get sized. They reassured me they could size it from a 7 to a 5.25 with absolutely no issues. They also said that if we bought something with them they could put the order in front of others but otherwise it would be close to a month till it was completed. We of course said we would wait the month till it was completed because we didn’t need to purchase anything. It was ready three days later. We find it a little silly they tried to use that tactic and lied.Fast forward to pickup - my $6K ring is ruined! Not sized correctly at all and still falling off my finger. Not symmetrical or round whatsoever. We asked twice for it to be fixed and were told it was done that way because of integrity for the diamonds and it looks round according to them. I now have a ring I can’t wear. I should have been told the truth - that they couldn’t do it without ruing my ring.

What an incredible place! So warm and welcoming. I came in to pick up an item donated to my daughters school and although I was in my hobby farm boots, and stay at home mom pants, they ushered me in showing me around while I waited, they even cleaned my ring;) Beautiful pieces!! Panowicz did a fantastic job resizing my ring! I was told it would take two weeks for the repair to be completed. When I got the text that the repair was done, a few days before the completion date, I was SO excited to go pick it up! As small jewerlers with higher quality jewelry than you would find at the mall retail jewelry stores. They dont has as large of a selection, as the chain stores, but if you want quality and customer service you cant beat them.

When I tell people about the awful experience we had here, people respond over and over that it used to be a great place to do business and has really gone downhill. I wish I would have listened. We ended up buying my ring here through an estate sale. After multiple delays with no communication, we finally got the ring. We took it to another local jeweler since I was sized wrong and we refused to go back to Panowicz for any reason whatsoever. The other local jewelry was friendly and found a crack in my ring after Panowicz resent it back twice to their out of house repair place who reviewed it. I feel better that we paid another store for additional work than ever going back to Panowicz. Im ultimately unhappy we gave them any money. The only good thing to come out of Panowicz was the free engagement shoot with the purchase of the engagement ring.
