The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and cordial. They helped me by quickly and professionally wrapping computer monitor and cables that needed to be returned for examination. I have used them before, great place for me.

I often come here for Amazon returns. Sadly, theyre usually rude. They hired a new girl to work here who says something rude every single time I come in, so much so that Im afraid to shop at Amazon for fear Ill be stuck coming here to return something. The other staff also have bad days and even though Amazon says you dont need the original packaging, they always insist you package your return or they charge you for an envelope or box. I really wish Amazon came up with a different alternative or the staff here changed. If you can go to a different store, Id recommend it. Unfortunately this is the only one near me and I work from home.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! They made it easy to repackage my shipments, print a return label, and even noticed the return label instructions more than I did! They saved my bacon and made shipments affordable and easy. I might never go to a post office again. They’re the best here!

May was great help today! As unexpectedly confused I was with a package I had to send out, she walked me through smoothly. Store is immaculate! Seriously, I had driven past it many times and never noticed it, so it wouldnt be difficult to convince me the store had just popped up this afternoon.

I opened a mailbox with them and frequently use their shipping and free Amazon return services. They always provide excellent customer service. I truly feel they care about their customers.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with this new UPS location. The Manager and Staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Service was very quick, even with a waiting line. On top of it all, the location is very convenient with easy and unlimited parking spaces and it is located in a less traffic-able area.

Staff are very friendly, but you can’t believe a word they say. To mail a 5x7” envelope under 2 oz to FL, it would cost over $12 via UPS. I mail things all the time and that seemed high, so asked if they could send it by USPS. “Yes, but it will be over $20 through the post office.” Knowing that could not be true, I asked her to double-check, and she said, “Yes, that’s what the computer says for USPS. After all, it has to go all the way to Florida!” I took the envelope to Lacey Pack and Ship, who sent it by USPS for $5.15.I was very glad when the UPS Store opened so close to my house, but I’ll only use them now for free Amazon returns. They are either liars, or too stupid to know how to use the USPS website.
