I had a great experience!! I was able to set up an appointment on-line to repair my cracked Iphone screen. The system offered me a 10 dollar coupon for booking on-line. The repair man was great. He offered to fixed in an hr. We came back about 2 hrs later and so far so good.

Fast with excellent service and results! Much better than those people down the road. And BatteriesPlus is cheaper with a service warranty. I’m was very pleased to have found out they do phone repairs!!!

Called about 3:30 PM with a broken phone. Took it in at 4:00 PM. Had it back at 5:30 PM. Great service. Good communication. Did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this store to you.

Repair went well. Original estimate for repairs was 2 hours, it was completed in 1.5 hours. Battery used was Empire battery that appears to be sold only by Batteries Plus. I was told that it is a brand new battery. One concern that you should remember. is that batteries begin to deteriorate after they are manufactured. I was told that this battery should be brand new. When buying batteries on the internet you do not know their actual age.

The staff was very helpful regarding my battery replacement. My phone has a glass back, which they didnt have in stock and they couldnt guarantee they wouldnt break it while replacing the battery, so they sent me to another nearby shop that didnt have the battery in stock. I returnedto Fix-It and they replaced my battery without breaking the glass and I left satisfied with using them again. Why Samsung uses a fragile glass back is a mystery to me.

Got my phone screen fixed. It was easy-peasy. Great job, great service. Only took an hour.But then..... I got home and discovered that the speaker on the phone was not functioning. The only way I could hear calls was if I put the call on speaker-phone.It took them a couple of days and a couple of tries to get the phone functioning properly again. But they worked the problem, found the solution, got me fixed up and on my way.

I got my screen fixed there, but the back of my phone is glass and they had to repair that too. But they didnt use the same type of glass and I set my phone on the counter and it smashed the glass. I was being gentle and everything. Poor quality glass.

They replaced the battery on my cell phone. They were helpful and friendly and shared with me how the process worked. I would definitely recommend going to Batteries +Bulbs and more!

I brought two I phones in to be repaired. One would not turn on, the other was locked on the iTunes screen also both had screens that were cracked. I asked that if they could be repaired to please fix the screen, but not if fix the screen if the other issues could not be fixed. The man was very polite and said that was no problem. About a half hour after I dropped them off he call me to tell me one phone had a software issue that wouldn’t be able to fixed and the other needed to be reset and that he thought they could do that for me. When I went to pick up the phones the only service that was done was the screen replaced and the man who helped me before was not there. I asked why the screen was replaced and nothing else done. He (Jason) was extremely rude, and condensing. He offered no explanation and talked down to my daughter and I. I work in customer service and am very understanding but the treatment I received was uncalled for. I have no problem paying for the screen even though it wasn’t needed but the treatment from Jason blew my mind.

Outstanding service. Phone battery replacement. Good price and let me know up front of potential issues with the replacement (warping of the back and potential circuit board issues). Unfortunately, the battery was not the problem. Went back the next day and they gave me a full refund. Theyve got a new customer from now on.

Shattered my screen to the point where it the phone became almost completely useless. They were able to fit me in the day that it happened and fixed it within an hour while being very friendly and professional. When I returned home, the screen was just going crazy, clicking on apps all on its own and trying to message people random letters. It was too late to go back but I went the next day and they were extremely apologetic, even know it was not their fault in the least. They told me it was called phantom touching and happens sometimes with a defective screen. They had it fixed in less than twenty minutes no questions asked. Highly recommend. They were all very kind and professional on both occasions.

I took my iPhone seven plus to this place and they couldn’t replace my screen because some screws were stripped. This was after I waited an hour for them to not do anything to it. I then took my phone to a different place and they were able to replace my screen and bolts for the same price it would have been here. Overall not very happy with this place..

I like the gentleman that originally waited on us at 10:00, he was extremely helpful and pleasant. the man the took the money when we went back around 11:30 to pick up the phone was rather on the rude/ sarcastic side. I think he was having a bad day. We asked about getting the battery that came out of the phone and he said NO!. kind of rude. Finally he said the battery is destroyed when it comes out of the phone. I am not sure that is exactly true.

Dropped my iPhone 6 Plus today at work around 2pm and shattered my screen. First time in 8 years. Made an online appt for 5:30 and got there about 45 minutes early. The tech did a great job of explaining the repair and the expectations. Saif it would take up to an hour. He was done in half that time. Everything worked GREAT. Thank you for a job well done.

This review is split. The actual repair went well however the appointment schedule and timing of the repair leave a lot to be desired. I made an appointment online and showed up on time only to be told I had to come back (100 mile drive) because they did not have enough time to accomplish the task. When I rescheduled I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Actual repair was 5 hours because of their backlog. If they have a backlog why did they take the appointment? If they are going to put walk ins in front of appointments what is the point in making the appointment at all?

Told her what I needed, but we had to go through her protocol to determine that I was correct... Scheduled me for a new battery for 11/07/2018 at 1255 in Tacoma, WA.Called Batteries Plus Blubs and had a new battery in less than two hours including travel both ways.

Is it normal to ask for a phone’s passcode when doing a screen repair? Asking for the passcode to a phone which could have a wallet and other sensitive information should not be a part of a simple screen replacement. I did have my phone screen repaired after being ask for this “key to the safe,” however I didn’t provide it and felt that the customer service representative responded defensively and perhaps slightly aggressively when I inquired why it was needed. The only response was that if I didn’t provide it then I would to wait longer for the tech to finish the work as the tother ch would not be able to check the phone after repair to make sure the phone was functioning. The rep checked the phone before I left, but did not secure the phone after the check and I felt the need to reach across the counter to secure the phone. At which point the rep responded, “I would have done that.” My point for the review is to sure that it doesn’t seem that this particular person did not seem to respect the need for security of my phone’s data and caused more suspicion than confidence in his customer when he replied defensively. All other work appears to have been quality work though I’ve only had my phone back for a couple hours.

The guys were helpful, and efficient. They were able to fix my LED screen, and save my data.

I bought a new battery and it was installed and it is working great fixed all of my problems Im a happy camper.

I crushed my screen today and drove it straight here. They had me back up and working within 40 min! I also got a phone case since the glass repair was cheaper than I expected and my husband got a charger for his phone. Make sure you book an appointment online to save $10! I will be back for any glass repairs in the future because the 6 month warranty is worth it.
