This is the second time Ive used Blue Ribbon and they exceed my expectations each time! This time Dave did the service and he did a fabulous job! Although our carpets are 15 yeas old it feels like we have new carpets! The carpet nap is pulled up, they are clean, and they smell fresh. Smelling fresh is important as we used to have a dog. $169 to have what feels like new carpets is a deal!

Blue Ribbon Carpet is amazing! They were in and out within 90 minutes, cleaned three common rooms and the hallway, and their prices were extremely reasonable. They also moved some smaller furniture for no extra charge. Excellent work all around! (Any footprints in photos are ours, of course.) 🙂

Gary came and cleaned our carpet and it looks great! A family member referred them to us and I willmake sure to refer them to anyone I know! I just wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to call them. I will definitely be getting my carpet cleaned more often!

Had my carpets cleaned last week. I was super excited because the reviews were great & I was able to get an appointment so soon. I was bummed to hear there was no special cleaning for pet stains or odors like most steam cleaning services have. It was a pretty large area to be cleaned & he was in & out in 20 minutes, if that. All of the stains have resurfaced & now I feel like I just wasted my money. ):

Guy asked to postpone 8-9 o’clock appointment to 10-11. Then showed up at 12. Spent 2 hrs doing the upholstery at my house. And charged me $420.00. I realize that cleaning cat urine can be difficult, but I expected to at least be able to smell a difference and to then be able to treat the furniture with deodorizer and baking soda to keep it under control. When I called Bob, who I assume is the owner. He said there was no warranty on pet odors. I can’t believe I paid $420for basically nothing. I’ll never use them again, and I recommend steering clear of them as well.

Got my carpets cleaned for our move out today and they look brand new!! We even had a big, red stain they were able to get out for us!! The price was way less than what we were anticipating too! Quality work, great price and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

They were more than on time for my appointment....they were early! To cap it off the work they did and for the price was phenomenal!

My cleaning the carpet after the puppy is potty trained appointment went great. Rory was on time, pleasant, took time to look at areas of concern, and most importantly did a great job.

Did an awesome job cleaning our carpets! They look good as new and that is saying a lot because the carpets were stained and trashed all over the place in the whole rental home before we moved into it. There has been loss of fiber as well and with the way they cleaned it, the carpet looks SO much fuller even with a lot of fiber loss. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I called on a Saturday and they had our whole house done the following Monday by 1pm. Amazing service and absolutely no complaints! Our floors had stains all over and they got most up and it smells so much better. They drove a long way to get to us and werent expensive at all. They saved us so much compared to tearing the carpets out. Very respectful and professional people.

Called the day after christmas. they managed to make time to come clean our carpets. the guy showed up at the begining for the window of time, that they gave us. it only took him about an hour and a few minutes. he was polite, and professional. we will deffinetly be calling them again if we need the carpets done again. they left the carpets very clean and lemony fresh.

They have been cleaning the carpets at our high traffic vacation rental for 4 years and we will never use anyone else. SUPER friendly, they leave our very light colored carpets SPOTLESS in no time, no harsh odors left behind, just a really nice, locally owned business.
