Chris was a very easy to talk to and knowledgeable sales person. He was flexible in letting me come in at 7pm when they close at 8pm. Answered all my questions and made the selling process super fast and easy. Mike did the financing/paperwork and was also very nice and efficient. I would definitely come back here as this was my best dealership experience.
Ralph was great, not pushy, gave us space to look and test drive, answered our questions, and was friendly. We ended up buying an Armada and the process was fairly painless. When we went into financing with Mike he was efficient and didnt pressure us for all the extras. We ended up getting a few things added on that we typically havent in the past but that was our decision and had nothing to do with being pressured. Overall it was a great experience and were loving our new Armada!
Recently bought a used vehicle and after 2 weeks it appeared to need a new battery. I was a walk-in, no appointment. Brandon who sold me the car called while I was waiting, came over to service to talk to the mechanic. Between him and another girl working in service I was in constant communication about what was going on. Yes I had a little wait time which is fine since I was a walk-in. They were clear and concise, kept me informed of the status, replaced my battery and even washed my car! Thanks guys you rock! Brandon is great. Their finance guy as well! Hes so informative and supportive of helping you if you have bad credit with ways to fix it with HIS support. Thanks guys! Great customer service!

Took my car here a couple months later after buying it at this dealership. I told them I had a hole in my tire because the air pressure was reading 17 psi. They didnt bother to do a dunk test and put air in it and said it was fine. I left and the same day my air pressure was low again. I am now sitting with a flat tire waiting for les schwab. Wow, thank you. Only wasted about 3 hours at this dealership too for that.
I much appreciate the good will and team effort shown to me by Olympia Nissan in arranging a trade and sale I thought might be impossible…at least that is how two other dealerships regarded it. I was in a real bind with my car which was well maintained but had broken the flywheel and due to being upside down in my loan I was stuck unable to fix or trade it. But James found me the perfect vehicle and worked things to take my car with a down payment I could afford and send me off in a car I like so much I would choose it even without my difficult circumstances. Calm, friendly and helpful is how I describe this dealership down to every person I encountered and they completely alleviated all the stress I was under giving me a solution I could not be happier with. It was truly a win/win arrangement.
Chet and Terry were absolutely amazing. As a younger lady I have got taken advantage of and never get good help, especially at car lots. But this was not the case here.. they were amazing and gave me the best service and help ever. I had an easier experience than I anticipated. I have anxiety, and going in made me panic. But the second I walked in, Austin called me over and made me feel welcome. He was so nice, and kept me updated with everything until my car was done. I definitely feel better about going in there now and likely wont have any anxiety there again.
Flood went above and beyond on the phone and then in person at the dealership walking us through our 1st commercial vehicle. He initially reserved the vehicle without a deposit (who does that?), then got us in and out, with a brand new company van, within a few hours.Terry helped us understand financing, wheel/tire coverage & gap insurance and shopped around to land an unbelievable rate at 4.24% with BofA, where I used to be a teller, over 20 years ago.Flood called back a few days later to check on things and this is probably the best investment into a vehicle weve ever made in 30 years!THANK YOU Olympia Nissan!

If you got a Nissan or any other make or model you need to take it to Olympia Nissan service department, the guys are great the techs are amazing and theyll get your vehicle completed and repaired and back on the road again, the go to guy is Bruce go see Bruce and hell make sure you get in and out.
I put down yes but the answer should be maybe, the brakes that were replaced seem a little spongy i am taking it back into be checked but it maybe just my imagination. The other note is that it is grate that you wash the cars but if you do not have time to do it write I would rather the car come back dirty then have a bunch of missed spots
Hi there! Oh My Gosh!! Please see Dan McClain, he is awesome! We had worked over the phone about my wants, he took all the stress off me and when i showed up he had 2 for me. Not only that, he worked very hard to get me the best rate and trade in. I might have been there all day, it was worth it! Everyone was so nice and they were all doing their part as well as going above and beyond to insure I was going to walk out happy. Yes, car dealers are stereotyped as pushy, not at all! Mostly pleasant, patient, respectful, not pushy. So, if you had experienced that at other places believe me it will be worth your time going out there to Olympia. You will walk out feeling that you made the best decision and will not have any regrets.

BEWARE: Do not trust the service center, they are liars. I took my car in for a battery related issue (which was fixed), they said my car was leaking oil and needed a $1,800 fix. I took my car to Gary’s Point S shop and they checked the “problem”…and it doesn’t exist. There is no oil leak, I was blatantly lied too so they could make extra money. I wouldn’t trust a word they say.
Forgive me if there has been a couple of theses reviews posted. I think this is #3 now and pushed the wrong button and losses them before finishing. This sales lady is worth another try.Shopping for my daughter a few days prior to being in town for also only a few days I needed ti trust and believe in a sales person.I found the warm hearted customer oriented person I was looking for. I found Trish.This lady never let me down. She NEVER let me or my daughter down. She returned and initiated calls, texts and sent videos of trks made by her in the lot. WHO DOES THAT...? Well let me tell you, she did all that and more for us. Then I referred a friend and she if course deserved all the praise my friend and referral had for her as well. Believe it or not I am in the middle of another referral and it looks great so far. I say that with 100 percent complete confidence!.The sales person I trust is Trush and will refer my mom to her and will be back for another trk if shes there. Thank you Trish

Found a car I was interested in online at this location. Talked with salesperson James G over the phone. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions, and was very open and transparent about the car, features, and if/when he would need to check further on something for me. After some more discussion I made the drive up from Vancouver (90 minutes away) and test drove the car. After some negotiating we were able to make a deal and I agreed to purchase the car. I was then working with Mike A in the finance department who quickly and efficiently worked through the finance process. Both James and Mike were absolutely fantastic to work with. I did not feel pressured during my visit, they were both very easy going and seemed genuinely interested in helping me through the process of purchasing the car. I would highly recommend Olympia Nissan to someone looking for a vehicle.

I bought my first Nissan car in 2013-14. It was a 2009 Nissan Cube and I loved it. I needed a family car since my husband and I are planning to start a family. I fell in love with the Rogue and decided to test drive one. I knew Nissan was a reliable brand and I loved the Olympia Nissan crew last time I went. I loved them this time too. Chet was amazing at helping me get a brand new 2021 Rogue at a price I could afford. He was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Terry, my financial guy, was incredible as well. Overall, I am so pleased with my experience and you should expect to see me back when I am looking for an upgrade!

When I came in to have my oil changed the lady that was handling my paperwork came out to let me know that my engine filter needed to be replaced and when I told her please replace it she thought I said no so she did not listen to me so I had to return back the next week to have that done. And the guys that worked on my car took a picture of another car and put it on my paperwork saying there was a crack in my tail light and it was not even my car. they should pay closer attention to what they are doing.
I immediately was mistrustful of them because my car sat until I finally called then supposedly they are scrambling at closing time because I called just to make it look like they did something. Then I was told two different stories as to how they were handling the problem.(Clearly these people are use to making random excuses and do not communicate with each other.) But they did claim to have done a general checklist and check the tire pressure. My tires are a month old. I did not request either of these items but I guess they needed to put something on the form to explain the car even being there in the first place. I don’t recall even seeing the original problem on the paperwork, but I guess that would have been hard for them to explain right?

Last year I purchased a 7 pack of oil changes for my 2018 Nissan Titan at Olympia Nissan. In December 2020 I traded up for a 2021 Titan. Came in for an oil change June 2021 to find out that my 6 remaining oil change credits are no good since I have a new Nissan vehicle. I had to pay another $90 for an oil change. Bruce Titus stealerships should be avoided. I’ll drive to Puyallup from now on.
Chet Thompson is not family. Legally or biologically.But, before I even walked into the dealership, he answered my call with warmth and encouraged me to come in so he’d be able to take care of my Husband & I like we were family.We were initially met with another sales men who maintained that friendly and family focused mentality.We had some pretty specific asks for our potential new car (the husbands 6’4 and obviously being in the Military we don’t make more than a few shiny nickels) and were up front with Chet that we were car shopping and had other appointments to look around the local “Car Mall” to which, he was understanding and patient about.Chet is not your “typical” salesman who is aggressive and pushy and I cannot tell you how much that was appreciated. My husband had just gotten into a car accident while moving across country from NC & we had what felt like a million things to do.Chet made buying a car too easy. I’m sure I’m not the only person who doesn’t particularly enjoy spending an excessive amount of time in car dealerships; Chet made sure I didn’t have to. I will always encourage everybody I know and even people I don’t know to go to Nissan and ask for Chet. The service department did not thoroughly check their work resulting in me having to take my Rouge back yet again the same day for the same issue with the clock not working properly. They are now ordering a complete new media system to replace the one not working. The front desk service was excellent- courteous and helpful.

We live in Lakewood WA, but went far to buy the truck (bought Nissan Frontier in June 2019) here!!! We learned that your dealer worked very fast, very honestly, very clear about information (not show info of this and sell another type, wrong consultation like another Nissan dealer). The gentle sale person was patient, and well-experience to reply all our questions so that we decided to get vehicle quickly. Also your dealer offered the special service when purchasing the vehicle . Post-service have been so nice too.

I was shopping for a new used car online and found the make and model I wanted for a great price. Worked with James and Mike both guys helped me get into my new car with no hassel. The whole experience at Olympia Nissan was great! I cant thank you enough for helping me into my new car I love it!!
My car was in for a recall service & would be in the shop all day. I got a ride home but I had discussed with the service writer that I would like a shuttle back when the car was finished. He stated the car would be done at 3 & would call when it was done & I could get a shuttle. I did not hear from them so I called at 4:30. I was told by another service writer that she didn’t know if my vehicle was ready & would check & let me know. I didn’t find out until after 5 that it was ready. She stated the original service writer had stated he called me but he absolutely did not. When I asked about the shuttle she said it stopped running at 5 and they weren’t running the next day because it was a weekend. She later let me know that maybe a lot attendant could pick me up the next day. I had somewhere to be in the morning & had been counting on having my vehicle back that afternoon. Someone thankfully drove 45 minutes to give me a ride. I was made to feel like it was insignificant to them, I found that to be very unprofessional.
