Alissa in service is amazing. My f150 broke down on i5. I called on a whim at 6:30 and a salesman found her still working in the service department. She told me to have the truck towed in and even though they were booking 3 weeks out she would do her best to get my rig in and at least looked at. The very next day she message me to let me know my truck was in the shop. I was ecstatic. She was able to have her transmission tech diagnose and repair my vehicle between other jobs and ended up having my truck done in 3 days. I will absolutely only be bringing my truck to Mullinax and I will ask for Alissa every time. I live in Chehalis, 5 minutes from Awesome Ford, I will make the drive to Mullinax every time I need work done. That is how impressed I am with the service I received. Absolutely top notch.

Eddie in parts is the best! This weekend I was in a hurry and backed our truck into the boat trailer breaking out my tail light. I headed straight to Mullinax to at least put together my plan for when I had to explain to the bf what I had done. Lucky me they had one in stock! Eddie even came out and installed it himself. Really great experience with the service department. I have a 15 year old fusion that needed to go in for two recalls. I also needed to replace the door opening mechanism (it is a 15 year old car and parts wear out.). I avoid dealerships because I had heard they were more costly and I didnt to have to talk about buying a new car when there was nothing really wrong with mine.I walked away paying minimal for the door repair, got the brake recall and the airbag recall addressed all within a day, saving me from having to fix the door myself.I will take my car back here for other repairs and services now.

Initial contact with the sales guy Jon was good. I bought a used truck from Mullinax Ford and wanted the tires changed before taking it home.This is wee the customer service began to falter, apparently no one communicated to finance department that I had a tight schedule and needed to be out of there ASAP. My family and I waited 7 hours I missed my appointment.Jon had to hand me off to another sales guy Casper. Who assured me that my I would be taken care of. They had my truck for 4 days, when I came back to pick it up Jon wasnt working but Casper was there. I got my truck with new tires but the truck was dirty, water spots and the new tires wasnt even shinned up. They are true to there word As Is is how it looked 4 days ago not even a wash.Mullinax Ford FAILS in customer service and you dont get treated with care till the end of the transaction. I would warn others to try another place before you buy here. Try Toyota of Olympia and then compare them both and youll see the difference.Concerned,Buyer

Appointment was scheduled for 10:00, the vehicle was not taken back till almost 12:00. Was there waiting for over 5 hrs. A horn was the only thing that needed replacing from a 2016 Explorer. Was then charged 420.00. When we voiced our complaint, they told us that they gave us a “complimentary” car wash. After looking at the paperwork, it states to taking off front tires, bumper, and grill to get to the horn… Horrible service! Will not be taking our vehicle back there.

What an amazing dealership. The sales reps where so kind with all my questions. i was really torn between a Ford and a Chevy SUV. They where understanding and didnt say anything bad about the other dealerships vehicle trying to get me to purchase from them. They let me test drive any vehicle and helped me understand all the tech in each one. I can be very difficult with a lot of questions and doing side by side comparisons. This is my 10 year car and i worked hard to get a vehicle that i wanted to fit all my needs and whats. They understood and helped me over a few days to get to what i needed. Inventory was low at a lot of dealerships and we have traveled up and down the I-5 corridor trying to find the perfect vehicle and one thing that i noticed that the sales people where never interested in helping us if they where not going to get a quick sale. Or they just assumed we couldnt afford it.... Not with Mullinax they did not care that we were not ready to purchase yet and still treated us with so much respect. I made a few trips to the dealership with questions to make sure this was the right vehicle. There was no pressure on me to buy right away they showed me all my buying options and left me to make the decision without pressure. They also showed me the extended warranty and did not push me into purchasing it right away just gave me the information and let me look into it in my own time. I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum edition and i could not be happier. Two days later i had a list of questions about the warranty and the sales rep took the time to respectfully answer every question with detail.And to add this is my second vehicle that we have purchase from them. in 2018 we purchased a 2018 ford f-150 xlt and they where just as amazing with that purchase as well, and next year when my daughter is ready for her car we will be back.

I went there two months ago with my brother to purchase a car with him the lady that works in financing is a snake she took my brothers $5,000 down payment that was supposed to be put down on the car and talked him into getting a useless warranty that covers almost nothing. Now two months later the car is breaking down falling apart and when he goes to speak with the lady at financing the sales representative wont allow him to and they tell him that basically hes burnt. The snakes made him believe that the warranty was an extra coverage for free when in reality he paid every penny of $3,500 for nothing but a piece of paper and an additional $1,500 for nothing but a piece of paper.

I have worked with Ben twice on purchasing vehicles here. My latest one being a 2010 Nissan Frontier. He was very helpful in the process and gave me the best deal. He made the deal even better by delivering me the truck after it was serviced and went through detailing. I would recommend working with Ben given the opportunity.

Beware if you are co-signing. Apparently they dont understand the difference between a co-signer and a primary borrower. I agreed to co-sign for my daughters purchase but ended up being the primary instead, even after I was assured I was not the primary borrower (my fault for blindly signing the contract). This is typical used car lot dishonesty that I thought Mullinax Ford was above. I was wrong. Matt, you can forget about the F150 I inquired about. I wont be coming back.

Most people, not all, but most will say they despise buying cars because you just don’t think they care and they are on a turn and burn sales mode. Well yes that’s what they do they sell cars and when you’re done nothing, but what if when you’re done you get a call from the General Manager? A call asking you to tell you about your experience and how did it go? Well this happened. I was called and we talked. We shared stories about service, cars, ideas, and more. Zack is a General Manger who really cares about not just the company or the brand, but more importantly his customers. Zack is creating a whole new culture of car buying experience and this is amazing.
