Some other reviews are a bit harsh. Yes, they have a new computer system this year, and it took a while to get everyone trained. And it is true that they have eliminated the receptionist and you check in on a terminal. Lines can be a bit long, especially if you arrive at a peak timeThe important thing to me is that they have good technicians who give a good stick when drawing blood. And they do! And the techs do a good job of staying pleasant when the changes that annoy us momentarily must drive them insane daily.

Under staffed last time I went. LONG wait time. Previously before they cut staff it was a quick in and out. I hope they add back more staff! The staff does a good job.

My doctor sent me to Pac Lab of Olympia for routine blood draw. For me it was very fast. Had no appointment and was in and out in five minutes tops. Parking can be a challenge. Its located in the old Memorial Clinic Building. Seems like a clean place. Other medical offices reside in this location. The do have a coffee bar. Was expensive $6.00 for a speciality coffee. Small selection of food. Handicapped accessible.

I just want to say that I found the lab tech that helped us to be a friendly person. However, when I mentioned that my son was nervous and had even asked if he should miss PE after his blood draw we chuckled and joked that perhaps he just wanted to get out of the class. The tech then went on to say how she hated PE and especially the showering. At that point she explained that her teacher had them show her that they were wet and she said I think she was a DYKE.This comment was very offensive and completely inappropriate.She did not know me, she did not know whether I was gay or straight, she dis not know the people in my life I care about, or my political views. The lack of professionalism and tact needs to be addressed. Perhaps policies need to be put into place and made very clear.

Easy & fast!! The nurses are very nice & know their job well. No poking you 10 times to find a vein!!

I come here frequently. I never have to wait too long, the technicians are friendly, it always helps to be friendly first. Ive gotten only one painful draw so thats a win in my book.

I followed my doctors orders for collecting samples, came in with them, and in a very rude manner the technician told me that I had done it all wrong and sent me away. Every time Ive been here Ive heard the staff gossiping in the back as well. Not a friendly place.

Technician was very snooty and may have needed a Snickers bar

Staff is incompetent.
