Been searching for quotes for a major job on my 2008 Subaru. I was impressed by the review online about Bill and his shop, also it was a few minutes down the road. Although, He is a very busy mechanic, he, took the time to research the issue, look at my vehicle, and propose an inexpensive repair that is $$$$$ less. Hopefully, the inexpensive fix is the solution. But, he earned my trust with that first visit.

I highly recommend using sound auto and truck- Bill was the answer to my mechanic dreams! He spent so much time explaining things to me and had a very insightful answer to each of my questions. Hes also the type of good person that i would be proud to call a friend. He is genuine and honest, and that is something you dont see everyday at an auto shop. Thanks Bill- you are more appreciated than i can even say.

I started my car, heard and felt a thump, then a loud squealing started, semi figured it was something with the belt. I called my ususal mechanic and they couldnt see me till Aug, the next place I called couldnt get me in till the 19th of July, finally I called Sound Auto and Truck. They were willing to look at it today and not only that instead of having to call a tow truck the mechanic actually came to my house and picked up the car. He picked it up around noon and called me to pick it up a little after 3. I am so impressed with this business and Bill the mechanic that i think its going to be my auto shop from now on and it doesnt hurt that its only a few blocks from my house. Great service! Down to earth people with hands on years of experience!

We bought promotional coupons for services here, and it was well worth it. I worked mostly with two technicians,who were extremely knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain in detail and SHOW ME, what was going on with my car. I didnt feel pressured to make decisions or feel inadequate by questions.Very reasonable pricing, we will be back when we can for repairs.

I got a Groupon for this company but when Ive tried to call and schedule an appointment, I literally got a farting noise answer then hang up.(I admit was a little surprising and funny) .Update: I was able to get a hold of someone and make my appointment. He was friendly and helpful.
