These people are the best. Clean cabs, professional and capable drivers, on time, and friendly. If they’re going to be late, they call. Super helpful too. Prices are a little higher but well worth it.

This is the number one service I use to get my base player to and from 67 with a cane not for pimping but dishing out peace and love to everyone he comes into contact with these guys go above and beyond to make him comfortable to and from. Theyre always the first I call cant say no good things!

A driver named Jacob took me to Kaiser on Lilly Road on August 5. He was very thoughtful and got me to Urgent Care in a wheelchair. I appreciated his help since I was in pain and couldnt walk well. Thank you, Jacob.

Called Redicab, last minute as my daughters ride to work was not able to show up! The gentleman answered and was not able to get her till after her start time but, did come up with a last minute plan. Not even 5 minutes later got a call from Nico, who was able to pick her up within minutes, cannot express the relief I felt! These guys deserve alot of credit for sure! They truly helped us without hesitation! 5+ star rating in my books!!

I took a redicab and the driver was awesome. His name was Nick, super friendly and when I forgot my nice flashlight in his car he brought it back to me. Very professional five stars.

The 2 stars are for arriving when stated but no stars for my last trip. I am a senior on a fixed income and I was dismayed and frustrated that my last trip was not by shortest route but rather a scenic route.Luckily they arent the only taxis in town so I wont have to use them again.

Realized upon arrival that Id left my wallet at the pick up location, and he took my back in without charging me for the extra trips. I dont secretly work here. Sometimes when I read reviews I wonder if some folks might. Im just a regular human.

ALMOST RAN ME OVER because he was speeding while I was crossing the street. He swerved around me and continued as fast as before. And when I called about it, I got the driver involved and HE ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT.No ownership of his careless, illegal behavior, no apology. So if you like cab companies who try to hit disabled people with their cars, call them quick!

Theyre honest and awesome. Theyll make sure youre safe. Theyre great for service industry workers. If I have clients ask for cabs I always call them first.

Took this cab because it’s being paid for by my company, cleared the desired destination with the owner of the cab company as acceptable. When the cab showed up they insisted that it would cost $10 out of pocket on top of being paid by my company. Then at the end of the trip the driver changed it up to $20! Total bait and switch, they got paid twice. This should be illegal. Don’t believe what they tell you up front, they will straight up lie to you and then charge you more money. When I confronted the owner about his employee’s conduct, he said to just take the bus next time!

The service was everything I would expect from a cab. Both times i have called, they showed up on time, was courteous and got me to where I needed to be. These guys are awsome. Will call again.

The drivers are super friendly and make the trip much more pleasant. I prefer redicab over other cab services who have on a few occasions never showed after I called for a cab. Redicab is the way to go for a pleasant cab experience.

The driver was the nicest person ever!! And the new cab was Soo nice, apparently they just upgraded their entire fleet!!!

Terrible experience. We got picked up from the bar by this company and the driver was speeding and driving recklessly. He said he was from Louisiana. Half way through the trip he pulls his cell phone out to take a phone call and was texting. My boyfriend told him that was illegal in the state of WA and the guy started to lie that he wasn’t on the phone. Maybe he thought we were too drunk due to our friend in the front seat but we were coherent and knew exactly what was going on. Then he threatened to kick us out and drop us off on the side of the road, we were a mile from the house. After we said we wouldn’t pay him if he did that he stopped talking and continued to drive us all the way home. Needless to say I’ll never use this company again and I’ve never experienced this when using an Uber.

Dont ever lose anything in their cab because they will charge you to get it back. I got a cab with them and I left my phone accidentally in the backseat and and when I called it the cab driver answered it so I asked me if I get it back and he proceeded to say yeah for $10. And I said so its going to cost me to get it he said yeah because Im using my time to bring it to you. So dont lose or leave anything in there cabs because itll cost you more than the ride to get it back.

RediCab always shows up so quick after I call them, and theyre super friendly, I very rarely feel like conversation is awkward or forced. Theyre my go-to every time I need to be somewhere.

Horrible. The guy came earlier than he said. Was a jerk and said he would call police if i didnt give him 8 bucks as i was closing up the house. Never again...
