At first I was hesitant as there weren’t that many reviews. One day, I saw the van drove past on the highway, I thought it seemed legit so I booked a return trip. I am so glad I did, the car was spacious, clean, fresh air, comfortable and on top of that the drivers’ were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the company. Why drive to and from the airport and park at a short/long term parking when you can get Capital Aeroporto service to drive you. After a long flight I definitely don’t want to deal with driving home! I liked how they kept in touch to inform and confirm the details. I really appreciate that and gives peace of mind especially our flight got delayed. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the shuttle service. The men that answered the phone on all my calls trying to arrange transportation and the driver were all very friendly. We used it from the Home2suites in DuPont to the airport. They were on time and the van was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I have been using Capital Aeroporter for over a year now, and my experiences with their customer service representatives and drivers have been consistently positive. I also greatly appreciate the safety measures they are taking to ensure the health and safety of the passengers and drivers. Would strongly recommend!

We have used the Capital Aeroporter about a dozen times over the last few years. We usually use the direct service. They have always been on time, which obviously is a top priority. The vans are clean and the drivers are competent. Air travel is a big enough hassle as it is, and the Aeroporter takes away the aggravation of traffic and parking. The only gripe I have (which isnt actually their fault) is that SeaTac relocated the outbound pickup location from the baggage claim area to an open-air (but covered) area next to the parking lots. It is freezing in cold weather. Supposedly the airport was going to install heaters but they havent done it in a year so I doubt thats coming. Keep your coat handy if its cold!

Capital Airporter was the company that started it all for our 8 day family reunion in Florida. We ordered the private van and you cannot beat the price to get 16 to the airport on time and back home again safely. Both drivers were very nice and COURTEOUS. Dave set us up initially and made the experience great. I would recommend Capital aeroporter to any family group or individual trying to get to the airport on time.

My wife and I traveled with Capital Aeroporter and it is was the best shared ride experience we encountered so far. We were traveling with our two year old child and safety was their number one concerning asking us if we need a child seat, what size, rear or front facing. The shuttle arrived on time and we arrived to the airport on schedule.I would recommend this service to everyone. Traffic was heavy and in the HOV lane we sailed right past traffic. No stress for us driving.

Quick service to Seatac airport, reasonable fare, friendly professional drivers! Clean, safe and well maintained Mercedes Benz Vans! They offer services from airport shuttle to special event transport, and even transportation to the cruise ship terminal in seattle! The owners are great people, who care deeply about their customers!

Capital Aeroporter is amazing. I was in one of the planes scheduled to land at Sea Tac during the recent airport closure. My flight was diverted to Portland and finally at SeaTac three hours late. At 2 in the morning they had a driver waiting for me because they knew why I didnt show up. I call that top notch customer service.

Amazing service.

The worst. Picked up my wife in Olympia at 7:00 AM it is now 8:50 AM and the shuttle is still picking people up in Lacey. That about 2 hours of driving around Olympia. Making total travel time to the airport of about 3 & 1/2 hours. Do not use the service it is horrendous. She may miss her plane.

So Pleased With CapAirs Service! I was a little skeptical about using them for transportation to and from the Olympia area after reading a few not-so-positive reviews. Our flights were both early morning and if they didnt show up or had some other issue, we would miss our flights. Four of us, next door neighbors, arranged for a private van with driver. The cost for their private door-to-door service was $450, plus we tipped each driver. I received texts the day before plus hours before our flights to confirm our trips. Each driver was on-time--to our individual homes for pick-up plus waiting for us at SeaTac for the return trip--were excellent and safe drivers, pleasant and helpful--we just couldnt ask for more. They met and exceeded my expectations. The vans have wifi and that was a plus too. We highly recommend and will definitely use CapAir in the future. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

VERY Disappointed- on the night of August 4th, 2016, we traveled from Shelton to Lacey, Washington to catch a shuttle. This was considered a Walk-on and subject to availability. The voice mail for Capitol Aeroporter indicated the shuttle would leave at 10:15 PM. We arrived at 9:50 and per the instructions, we checked in at the desk of the hotel. We were then informed that the shuttle had already left. I contacted Dan through the shuttle services emergency contact number. The schedule had been changed, but the voicemail instructions hadnt been changed since June 11th! This necessitated my wife drive me all the way to Seattle. She was already dog tired and I was greatly concerned for her safety. She eventually arrived home after 2:00 in the morning. For what many call a great service, it seems like they could get off the butts and update their schedules more than two months later.
