This was by far the best experience shopping anywhere! You can’t beat this even! I was skeptical at first when I purchased a gas stove I hadn’t worked with Rodney before. But he was nothing short of professional and accommodating. The stove we got was gas however the pipe inside the house was stripped he made multiple trips to take care of the issue and ended up swapping out the stove for electric. This type of service is not normal and he’s truly one of a kind! I will be recommend him to everyone and continue finding ways to frequent his business. Thanks so much Rodney!

I needed my dryer repaired. So I decided to fix it on my own. I seen videos on YouTube. I can do this. I unscrewed a couple of screws and the whole thing fell apart. We were looking into buying one from Bluff city. I was going to trade my newly broken dryer in for an upgrade. The owner came to my house and looked at it and fixed for me. He could have said, I cant fix it, just for a sale. But he had INTEGRITY and fixed my dryer for little of nothing. I will do business with Bluff city. Thank you

Called the store and answered first ring, drove up to the store, took about 5 minutes to buy a washer and dryer with delivery and a warranty... on top of that it was delivered SAME DAY! Big shoutout and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and amazing service!

Ordered item then sent email to cancel. Changed mind and emailed for them to send item. They charged my credit card. I called and was told they would look into it and call me back. Received no call back and received text that item was shipped. Didnt receive item in a week so I emailed back to ask where it was. Received text that said refunded. They didnt refund for shipping although they charged for it!!! Very disgusted!! Dishonest business in my opinion!
