This is by far the worst experience using a repair service I have ever experience in 42 years in this earth. They came to my home on December 7 and replace a warranty covered compressor and it didn’t last a month. I called back and requested an appointment and they have yet to show. I have taken off of work three days to be here and the technician takes it upon himself each time to tell me I should contact choice home warranty. The repair wasn’t done through choice and it’s covered under the service agreement with Sears parts and labor. I have now made my 4th scheduled repair to fix the compressor the already replaced once again. I see why the company is going bankrupt. Outsourcing your call center to India also makes it impossible to convey information. This company used to be the beat around but I see a lot has changed.

Well, I just called to get a possible estimate. I called this particular location because it shows a local number and the location is near my home. I called and a person from another country answers. I have to spell everything out and in the end after HAVING to provide all my personal contact info before they could answer any questions, they were not able to answer anything anyway! Dont try and pass off as a local business if you are not one! So irritating.

I was unable to contact anyone who could help me. So I never got my repair done. Very frustrating to be sent from one place to another and not receive the help you need.

Had an appointment with them from 1-5pm. The technician never even showed up. Called and they gave me a hard time when I tried to cancel the service.
