My house was a wasp magnetic before I started using Cooks. They took care of the problem and the quarterly followup keeps it that way. They also, treated around the perimeter for ants, spiders and cockroaches which is a plus. They are always super friendly. Blake was super great.

Ive had service from this Cooks Pest Control office for years now, and its always been excellent. Antonio is amazing, even though I hardly ever see him in person. He always lets me know the night before he comes to treat my house. Hes hilarious, too. As far as the actual pest control goes, I might see a couple (literally maybe two or three) spiders outside before re-treatment, but never inside. The ant bait stations are great too, and I rarely see ants indoors unless my daughter has dropped a tasty bit of food on the ground that Ive missed cleaning up. The one time I had an issue with moths in my pantry, they came out between normal treatment times and got rid of the moths, with no extra charge. Thanks, Cooks and Antonio. Yall are awesome!

Technician is friendly and knowledgeable about the pest and how to control them, and they stay in contact with you to make sure everything thing is fine in between treatments.

Ive used this company for termite inspection for years. I have found them to be reasonably priced. Ive also used them for an ant problem. The technicians have been courteous, prompt, and professional. I am pleased with Cooks Pest Controls service.

I filled out a survey early last week, rating the likelihood that Id recommend Cooks Pest Control at a 5 (out of 10). At the time, we were having earwigs invade our house at a high rate...sometimes within days of our pest control service. We didnt feel that Cooks was doing enough to control the issue. After I submitted the survey, we received a phone call from Cooks that same day to set up a service. We were impressed by that. Our regular Cooks guy and a supervisor came out that same week and went above and beyond to correct our pest problem. Its been 3 days and we have yet to see any earwigs in our house. We have a follow-up appointment scheduled in two weeks. I am confident that Cooks can handle our pest control problem and will do whatever it takes to do so. Based on that and their quick response to our issue...Id definitely recommend them! Thanks guys...we really appreciate you.

So happy with Cooks Pest Control and their personal service. We use Cooks for Termite, monthly general pest treatment and their flea and tick yard spray. Now we can enjoy our property without being bothered by wasps, fleas, ticks and worst of all chiggers. Thank you Cooks.

Im disappointed Cooks Pest Control, Inc. They missed the last appointment and I have it automatically drafted... I did the automatic draft hoping I wouldnt have to call or do anything extra just to ensure quality service...I texted the technician and he has yet to respond and its been over a week. Hes usually good about texting the night before service. But this time money was drafted without services being rendered.Lookie Lookie Lookie... here comes Cookie????... its been over a week and no one has come... I do not like that

This company does not seem to care about their customers. I never know when the tech is coming until the night before. I needed to reschedule because I want the tech to come inside to spray but I was told he couldnt and he only was required to call the night before. I do not feel valued as a customer with this company. What I want and need apparently does not matter.

We have been using cooks pest control for about the past year or so. We use them for our church and business location. They showed us to have an unpaid balance on one of our accounts and we proved to them with our paper work signed by their own technician that the bill was in fact paid. They told us to our face the account was zeroed out and then we began receiving letters from some sort of collections. I ended up paying them for the services we never received. But, we have canceled all of our accounts with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive had service with Cooks for about a year now. I can confidently say that their treatments 100% resolved any and all pest control issues we had been having at our house. I would highly recommend Cooks to anyone.
