The customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have had a question or concerns about the treatment its been addressed promptly and professionally. We have had Lawn Doctor handling our weed and past control for approximately 12 years, Their services have help in receiving Yard-0f-the -Month twice in a neighborhood of 467 homes. On the one occasion that we had a concern, the owner came out immediately to visit us and quickly determined that the problem with a spot in our lawn was attributed to the builder burying a refuse pile just below the soil surface (not a Lawn Doctor problem). This is a reputable company with friendly service providers. Highly recommended.

Returned my call about a quote the same day. Professional. Very nice and easy to work with. Thorough. Left a handwritten note detailing service and proving recommendations. Showed up when they said they would.

They used to be good but I recently had to fire them because the weeds were getting out of control and I am finding myself doing all the work behind them- so I am just wasting my money. They would come by and spot spray some but honestly did not do a very good job like they have in the past. I don’t know if they have a lot of new folks that may need some better training but I was satisfied last year but this year absolutely not.

We have been with Lawn Doctor several years and even longer before we moved. They always work with us on times that are convenient for us. If we have questions, they are easy to reach. If we need touch-ups, they are very responsive. I would recommend their services.

Dosent kill weeds 100%. Soon as you pay they will schedule another treatment that doesnt kill all weeds.

Very poor service and communication. Called many times to get a bill resolved for a service that should have already been cancelled. Manager never called back. They reported it to collections for no reason. Also, they were never able to get my weeds under control. Desoto Turf is the way to go

I have been using them for a year now and the weeds have gotten worse because thier technician has been treating the yard for a different type of weed which they said so themselves but they do not want to do anything about it so i wasted a year of my time and money.

We have been using Lawn Doctor for almost 10 years now for our weed control annual program. Ive had one small pricing increase from them in almost ten years, thats it. We prepay them for the full year and they call me the day before they visit to confirm my gate will be unlocked. This company is a great set it and forget it. I never have to call and remind them to come. We are always on their schedule and never been missed. One less thing for me to worry about.A great value for the money. They were recommended by a neighbor when we moved in, and we are very pleased with them.

Greatly annoying that they blast you with junk mail and the mailers always have a huge plastic window. Please quit loading my mailbox with your plastic-wrapped junk mail.

For years I spent tons of money and time on my yard and could only half-way make it look good. The chemicals and fertilizer they use worked far better than what I could buy. Their pre-emergent they use may take time, but year 2 the yard was 99% weed free. Right now you could put every weed I have in a shoe box.

We used Lawn Doctor on our previous house for several years and they did an incredible job! My yard went from normal with weeds and ended up being one of the prettiest in the neighborhood with a lot of their help. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

Been using them for about 3 years or so. Still have the same weeds in the same area. Last time they were at my house the technician was so fast he forgot to spray for the weeds. Good thing I looked at my cameras after he had left. After talking to my neighbor who uses them also he wonders if he has been short changed also. May be the last season with them.I would like to update...{The technician Ben that came to my house on 9/1/20 did A outstanding job. He spent more time and was very thorough inspecting my yard. }

We have been using this company for a few years. It seemed to be fine initially. Then I would see an invoice but no proof that anyone treated my yard. They seemed to be out of the blue dye a few times. Then, I got a notice that the job was completed before it started. I also saw from my cameras that a complete job was not always done. Maybe they guy thought no one was there or would notice. Another guy came and said that guy was let go and he would make sure my yard was properly treated from then on. Well, it was ok briefly and now I have weeds a few burnt places with grass missing. We have tried to do what we could to treat it ourselves. This is awful and if it cant be done correctly, please DONT COME BACK!!!

I’ve had 2 applications done on my yard so far this year and it seems to be working. My weeds are slowly dying and my yard is starting to look like it did 6 years ago. I’ve had 2 other companies in the last 6 years and by far Lawn Doctor is doing a much better job. I can’t wait until I have that dark green grass that I like.

Lawn Doctor always calls me a day in advance to let me know that they will be servicing my lawn the following day. My previous lawn service was unable to do this. My lawn is green and growing like crazy right now. The price is much better than my previous lawn service.

They don’t care about the employees or the customers. If you are a call ahead good luck on getting a call and if your gate is locked some of the Tech will jump your gate to unlock cause Lawn Doctor care more about money then the laws of trespassing. It could be raining or snowing and they’re still going to do your yard cause they want their money. They could care less if employees are sick with respiratory infections from the illegal chemicals and they don’t offer a mask when spraying.Don’t uses this company they don’t care about you or your lawn.Uses LOONEY LAWNS Kevin will treat you like family!

Busted by epa for spraying illegal chemicals in all customers lawns. And over charge some customers so that others can have discounts. If u are brave enough to do business with them make sure u request your yard be remeasured every year, and ask your neighbor to see there invoice because he or she probably has the same size yard and willing to bet there is a price difference.

I will not use this company any longer. Their customer service is subpar. They had no willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy regarding their service. I had better luck using Scotts that I bought at Home Depot. I am willing to give a company the benefit of the doubt regarding my yard when the weather in the Spring and in the Summer is not ideal but I was continually talked to like I was a novice regarding my yard.

I called them up to tell them to stop doing my lawn because it started looking worse than before. One of the staff members told me to give them another chance and they would make it right. Nobody came to service my lawn but they sent me a bill and kept calling me asking for payment for a service they never did. Please stay away from this cheats.

If I owned a home, I would use their services. Theyve serviced my mothers home in Olive Branch for the last 4 years, and her yard looks the best on her street. Weve never had any problems with the service. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and I can tell they take great pride in their work. She rarely has weeds between her treatments, but they stand by their guarantee if you ever have a problem with weeds or other issues. Also, the ladies in the office are always so sweet and helpful. I would never allow her to use another lawn service provider.

These guys have taken great care of my yard in Oxford for over a year. I had the greenest lawn in my neighborhood. Just moved and will continue services with them.

I used lawn doctor on mine and my mothers lawn for about a year just because I paid up front for a year and they would not give me a refund on their crappy service. Our grass look worse and worse and even my neighbors were asking what was going on. embarrassed and pissed off, once my year was up. I called around and got a better deal with a much much better lawn care company. will not ever use lawn docs again and will never refer anyone to them

My lawn looks like hell! I will stay with you for the remainder of the year but, if I dont see improvement soon, I will have to engage another service next year. Oh, by the way, how do you plan to make for the service(s) missed due to the virus issue? I did pay in advance for the year, you know.

Great servicel

We had sowed our backyard from our RV pad all around to the right side of our patio to the fence. We had asked Lawn Doctor to fertilize our front yard as well as only that part of our backyard. Well our grass has died and turned to dirt. Plus my Golden Retriver we had would dig and eat the dirt. He began to get sick last Oct. 2017. He died 3/2018 at age 5 with stomach cancer. I feel they over fertilized my backyard which killed it plus killed my beloved pet. The Manager came outunanouned. In front of my husband, in so many words, said I was a liar. He said I called him to come out to the house that morning. Which was not true. I was in the bed a sleep at 8:am. My family knows that to be true. Lawn Doctor called and woke me up. I had called them once at 5pm the day before complaining about my lawn. I told them to give me a days notice before coming out. They did not. When the Manager came out he was very rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to no one. He was not smyphathic about the lost of my dog nor the effort that has been put into our lawn as well as the cost we have lost.

There customer service is terrible. They did not help my yard at all. The staff has a dont care attitude. They are not knowledgeable about anything. They come out and spray in spots and bill you for the whole yard price. I asked them to redo my yard because I was not satisfied and supervisor response was, we are not going to waste chemicals by coming to redo your yard. Terrible company.

The service was ok until I booked a lawn mowing through their sister company LD Cuts. On their first trip out, these guys broke off half of once of my fence posts and damaged my gate so that it wouldnt close correctly. Since there was no contractual obligation, I called and left voicemails with both Lawn Doctor and LD Cuts saying to not show back up at my house to mow my grass. So I come home today to find another bill waiting on me for a second mowing. Stay away from these cons.
