Selling our house and of course, it had to be inspected for termites. Tech was named Joe Gibson, while he was very nice and quick about the inspection, he falsely claimed that we had termite damage in 1 windowsill in our master bedroom. Turns out, its water damage, not termites. Also, they wanted to charge $1000 to treat. Action Pest Control are crooks. Use Germantown Pest Control instead.

I have been VERY pleased with services from Action Pest and highly recommend calling Blake when you need something! As a realtor, I need someone I can depend on to meet with my buyers or sellers and be honest about the services they need, not just try to sell them something to make a buck. I have to trust them. When I call Blake he is on it asap to do a termite inspection for my sellers and if he cant he will get someone else there. I have APC treat our home quarterly for insects as well, they did our Termite treatment for our newer home and now treat seasonally for mosquitoes. Prior to the mosquito treatment we could not use our patio outside at all, the mosquito situation was horrible. We tried other things but nothing worked. Blake suggested we just let them come treat 1x for the mosquitoes and see if we saw a difference, no commitment because I was very skeptical. It was amazing, no mosquitoes and affordable! I hate to leave a negative review for anyone, however I do feel it’s warranted in this case. First let me say these two guys are SUPER nice and well meaning...I used this company for years with no problems. However in the last year I had a terrible time getting my technician to show up to spray outside. I had asked him to come weekly due to the mosquitos problem we had and I have small children who like to play outside often. All I asked is that he come any time during the week that worked for him before Friday, and just trusted he’d do it. I would repeatedly have to call on Friday afternoons because he had not yet shown up. The most frustrating experience I had last summer was when I had an outdoor party for my kids (during the peak mosquito season). Once again I had to call Friday afternoon. His response to me was that he was not going to make it because he was the only outdoor tech, he was across town, and it was 4:30 and they closed at 5. ??...but he promised he would come at 7am Saturday. He did not come. The two guys, I believe they are brothers, were so nice, respectful, and well meaning. I really wanted to keep using them which is why I tried for so long to make it work! I even spoke with manager on two occasions to try and get this corrected. Unfortunately, at the end of the day I needed to have someone more reliable and changed companies when I moved.

They took care of my home since 2014. Kept termites away and check every year to make sure. They also helped with wasps once too.

Had them do a termite inspection of a 100 year old house my wife and I are buying in Memphis. Joe was very knowledgable of the history of the area, architecture of the house, and what that meant for pest inspection and behavior. I would recommend their services as he was very friendly too.
