I had a minor issue/complaint with employees of greenscape. When I called the office and expressed my issue, I was placed on hold. When the female came back to the phone, she stated, Nothing we can do about that. then she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and got no answer. I called back a 4th time, a female answered in Spanish. When I replied in Spanish, she hung up on me. SURPRISE!!! I speak Spanish as well as English. The customer service is atroshish!!! Such a bad experience over such a minor issue. I do not recommend this company for anyone unless you want to be treated rudely and get very poor, unacceptable customer service.
