Is there anyone working in this location? I have a watch there for the last 4 months! I have been to the store 10000 times at all times of the day and days of the week. I was told Owner is ill and thats understandable. However.. Someone should be their to face customers and give back their items. A note on the door ! Something! anything ! but right now I really dont know what else to do to get my watch back!

Dropped off several pieces back in September of 2020 to have repaired, went back so many times I quit counting only to be told we have to look for the pieces but well find them. Phone communication is zero and just not going to happen. I finally left a note in the door on 3/5/201 yes thats SIX MONTHS LATER and actually got a text to come pick up my items the next day. I went over immediately to pick up my pieces and the young lady behind the counter stated they now have help coming in and would I like to leave them again? Of course I said NO as its already been six months and now the owners wife (Im assuming ) Stated as she passed by that the owner has been ill sense July 2020.....WOW that was more information Ive received sense November and she was quite rude about it and how is this my problem? Not to mention its the first Im hearing of it. After 30 years in retail I know for a fact COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY not mention an apology for the inconvenience. Im definitely looking for a new repair shop!

Great service. I will come back next time I need a battery or service for my watch

Came to the store in the middle of the day to find the door locked and no one there.

Not sure what the bad reviewers expected, but Hugh is a great guy and very fair. Had a great experience and will always recommend this place

Have to bring my watch back had battery replaced and the second hand fell off after it got serviced literally right after I left there needed to go back but haven’t had the time to do so otherwise great service great prices and will rate higher and finish review after the rest is repaired

Brought a watch in to be repaired 4 months later all I get is waiting on parts

I wish I would have read the reviews first. Owner was rude after I picked up my jewelry and no apology for the inconvenience. Calls kept going to voicemail and once contact was made. No call back. Was lied to about jewelry being worked on. Hadn’t started after having 12 days. Extremely slow. I’m a very understanding person but, communication is keen. The lack there of with this establishment is a understatement.

Beautiful repair work .. he has banded my rings together.. fixed bracelets to my watch...prices are great..good people.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with this store. The owners were very friendly and eager to fix an issue I was having with my watch. I would definitely recommend them for any jewelry or watch service. Thanks for your help.

Watch & Jewelry Clinic is located next to the Olive Branch Kroger on Goodman Road. Friendly gentleman, knows what he is doing. Very good service at reasonable prices. Couple of times he did not even charge me for some minor work. Service is very fast - if its just battery replacement or strap adjustment they get it done while I am waiting. I highly recommend!

Have been waiting over a month for 2 necklaces to be fixed for my bday and still am they even said it would take 2 weeks but its not

Owner is rude. Did not get all of my jewelry back. Then he has the nerve to be smart about the whole situation. I do no recommend this repair company. Extremely slow service.

Brought ten watches for batteries and they were done when promised.

Owner & workers are absolutely very helpful & the prices are great. Would not take my watches or jewelry asnywhere.

I dropped my necklace off to be repaired 04/27/18. Today 05/24/18 my necklace still hasnt been looked at. I went by over 5 times to check on it but the repair guy and the lady kept saying it will be ready the next time I arrived. Im a patient person but that was rediculous service.

Went several times to pick up watch which was not ready. Called number goes to another number telling you mailbox is full. Very unprofessional!!!!!
