I CAN TELL YOU FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH JACKIE AND TERRY, THAT THEY DO TELL YOU TO CHECK OTHER PLACES TO SELL YOUR JEWELRY OR SCRAP ITEMS. THEY ARE VERY UP FRONT ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE THE BEST PRICE. AS FOR ME, I LOVE THESE PEOPLE. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, I KNEW THAT THIS WAS WHERE I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS. EVERY PERSON THAT WORKS AT MASTER JEWELERS IS WARM AND KIND AND CARING. I have to respond to a post I read about Pandora costing less on Amazon and other places compared to Master Jewelers. What that gentleman didnt know is that PANDORA sets the price for their product. If it is found cheaper on Amazon, its either used or a knock-off. Or, its an out-of-season product. There are Pandora outlets that sell their out of season items at a cheaper price but you wont find those items in a regular Pandora store. I had the privilege to work for Master Jewelers. They are outstanding in all that they do. They bend over backwards for their customers and would never, ever do anything underhanded. Theyre an awesome group of people and I hold them in the highest regard. The only reason Im not with them now is that I retired.

Paid $25 for an estimate on a repair. The estimate took a month to get. Wanted almost $400 to repair the watch. Way over priced. The watch physically worked fine before they got a hold of it, now it wont keep time. We only wanted the crystal and hands fixed. No that we have taken it else where. It is now 4 months later we found out the watch was in fact did NOT need the repairs they claimed. They loosened a screw to make it seem that way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATCH HERE. Shady company. Filing complaint with the BBB.
Resized my engagement ring a few months ago. I know nothing about resizing rings so I put my trust in them and they did not disappoint! They even checked to make sure the ring was made from sterling silver as the creator claimed (it was handmade locally.) Very friendly and true masters of their craft. I realize now the two other rings I always wear probably arent my size because they always slip around when im cold. 😂
Justin did a great job on making my ring I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great people and great service. Now I can carry my nanny with me everywhere I go.

I went in yesterday to sell a diamond that I knew was a diamond because I have already had an appraisal done on it by accent jewelry estimated value of 8000. He told me it wasnt a diamond and offered 35- 50 dollars for it so I took the diamond back to accent jewelry and sold it for 3500. Thats how they do Business
I went to have 2 ring sized, went back to get them they didnt fit correctly, I was told the ring sizes we use are thicker then your rings so sometimes thats a problem,or maybe its from the weather change?? Or maybe i had to much salt that day really????? Well they are the jewelers and they should know all this, I was really disappointed when they were going to charge me again to resize when clearly it was there mess up, I will have to go to another jeweler and get them done right!! Just not how you do business!!!!!!
I am apprehensive to write this review based on the pretty snarky replies they post in response to the reviews that are negative. But anyway, I came in to look around- one of the staff members (I think name was Sherry or Carry) wasnt very approachable or nice. Products are way overpriced. Inquired about some of the services (appraisals and custom work) and priced them elsewhere in town where the exact same service was offered at half the price and or way cheaper. Stay away from this place, there are more fair prices and nicer people elsewhere. The way they talk to customers based on their defensive and aggressive replies to the bad reviews probably should have been my first clue to shop elsewhere for my grandmothers birthday present.In reference to jackies reply- I rest my case. Her reply proved exactly what I was referring to. Snarky and defensive. You say t would not be good for a business to post replies that come off as snarky, denfensive and aggressive, but in my personal opinion, that is exactly what they are. Your reply to me is unfortunately no different. I would not not feel comfortable going back in there, especially after your reply. I am surprised you would think an individual would feel comfortable approaching you after your reply which challenged my personal opinions and views, and invited me to continue to be challenged and relive a negative experience in store. In reference to the rude associate- that was my review and personal opinion based on my experience. I need not point her out as I asked her name.Additionally, your detailed review of your extensive hiring process and the various qualifications of your employees does not negate he fact that sherry was rude and unpleasant towards me. I do not feel the need to go and discuss my poor experience with you so that you can argue with me based on my personal experience with her. It does not matter that you pointed out you only have three negative reviews- this does not change my poor experience with the store and subsequent correspondence with yet another unpleasant individual. And yes, your replies come off as snarky and insincere. Obviousy, I will not be coming back in, and I will ensure to share my experience with other potential customers. A review is just that- a review- it is based on a persons particular experience.Jackie- how do you plan on resolving my grievances (being my personal opinions and experiences, which you also unfortunately referred to as misconceptions) other than to personally discuss the actions of the associate? Would this somehow resolve the the issues that I have that already occurred? Whats done is done. Never did you mention an opportunity to help me find a gift or to make things right- you simply challenged my personal views and experience and offered for me to come in and further discuss my issues, and even point out the employee who made me uncomfortable, as though we are in a court of law. What would the purpose of that be for me? What purpose would that discussion serve? Ive already discussed my viewpoints, and youve given me your unfortunately defensive response.I find it interesting that after I called you out on some of your hypocrisies and illogical/pointless offers of resolution by discussing and challenging my problems in store, that you deleted your second reply. Your last response further solidifies exactly what I have been pointing out this entire time. Did your parents also teach you how to respect and value your customers? Apparently not.
I always use Master Jewelers for my repairs and cleaning. They do a great job and the staff is always helpful and friendly!
They fixed my watch band for me for $2 - TWICE! Great service and value.
Do not sell your gold here. I went here first, then went to other places and found pawn shops gave more than these crooks! I found a gold buyer that gave me $50 more than Masters offered. Their jewelry is way over priced. You can get authentic Pandora on eBay and Amazon much less
