This business missed the mark. We had to have our kitty cremated. This place was recommended by our vet. After paying all the vet bills, we could only afford a communal cremation with no special urn. She came back in a cute tin, but other businesses have given us paw prints, or a sympathy card or a little remembrance token. We only got the bare minimum here. We have a 19 year old kitty with cancer. When her time comes, we will take her somewhere else. Not looking for something for nothing, but $100 for a communal cremation seems high for a no frills package and no real gesture of sincere sympathy. Yes, business is business, but an extra little something could have made the process less painful and prompted me to recommend to others who lost a pet or loved one.

I want to thank them for everything 🙏 they did. In my life I have never seen a funeral home do the things for you that they did. My heart was broken. They helped me make it through this sad moment in my life. God bless 🙏 all of the them were my angels 😇 when I needed them . Thank you charles hill

We attended a funeral at the OB location and were very impressed. Ms. Diane was so helpful throughout the entire process of picking flowers, urn, music that we chose and provided, and all the details. We did not feel pressured by sales tactics that other funeral homes use. The coffee area was relaxing to sit and talk with guests and family during a difficult time. We will definitely be using Coleman in the future as the need arises.

I cant say enough good things about Ashley & the staff at Coleman Funeral Home. I had 2 deaths in my family within 4 months and the care my family received from Ashley and the others were phenomenal. He made making arrangements for my brother and mother so easy during such a hard time. I will always be grateful for the kindness expressed to me & my family.Lisa Ghettie

Absolutely awful. You only have one funeral, and they ruined my mother’s. Playing hip-hop music that was never chosen, repeating songs that we did choose, major mic feedback, and no reach out at all for reimbursement or apologies. If you care about your loved one, do not bring them here. As usually understanding people, this is an embarrassment.

Disorganized and disrespectful are the words I would use to sum up my experiences on ~6pm 4/24/2021. If your sole business model is funerals then I would expect at the very least a decent experience. The amount of flaws that went wrong, went wrong that night.First, the sound system was poorly optimized to put it nicely. If you sat in the back, which I did, you could not hear the speaker. The majority of the evening, was met with mic feedback. I did not sign up for ear damage.Secondly, disorganization was blatant. The workers were oblivious in reading the room. I have never been to a funeral that plays Hip-Hop during the mourning part of the funeral. This further ruined the mood. Went from anger to straight up embarrassing.You would think somebody would test their equipment(sound and playlist) beforehand, but sadly no. Would not recommend for anyone to give your money to them.

Mourning a loved one is already hard and on top of that planning a funeral is almost impossible. This funeral home not only made the day terrible but never owned up to any mistakes they made and Never offered reimbursement. Do not go here if you want a beautiful easy going caring funeral. They are unprofessional and do not have it together.

Highly recommend this funeral home. Personnel was very professional and treated family with care like it was their own family who had suffered a loss. The funeral home was very beautiful and clean!

I just want to thank Coleman funeral home for everything they have done during my time especially Miss Diane for continue checking on me and making sure everything was OK And we’re doing a wonderful job on my wife

Truthfully, I had high hopes for this funeral home. I attended a service recently that was completed damaged. There was no double check of the playlist which then played some RnB/Hip-Hop 2018 song you hear at prom. The microphone feedback was horrendous and they could not even make sure the songs would not be repeated. By the end of it, they did not try to apologize to the family and friends in front of the crowd nor private. They decided after two bad reviews that they would finally call to apologize for ruining the one funeral you get for a loved one. It is ridiculous how you could not apologize to the mourning family immediately and not own up to the mistakes. I wish for the family to get the extreme empathic apology AND reimbursement for ruining the most emotional day we went through. Unprofessional work and no empathy for the family and friends.

They were so professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this funeral home in Olive Branch !!!

Extremely unprofessional. Major issues during the ceremony and played music that was not picked out by the mourning family. Do not plan a funeral here.

Very professional staff who answered all of our questions and helped with this difficult process. They made us feel welcomed and had a beautiful service for my mother.

The funeral on the 24th was ruined by the disorganization by the staff. The staff were almost entirety absent and handle the procession in the worse manner possible. Would not recommend their services whatsoever.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Attended a service recently and they made several mistakes and did not say sorry to the family. There was wrong music playing, microphone feedback, and overall damaging mistakes that ruined the mood of the service. A celebration of life should not be handled in such a manner.

Wow....what an amazing staff! Funeral Director Ashley took really good care of our family during our loss. Funeral home is beautiful with a new, rustic feel and look. Flowers ordered through them were amazing and all the planning and arrangements were flawless. Highly recommended.

I worked with Mr. Owens he is amazing. Very patient and listened to what was needed. I would recommend Colemans time and time again.

Ashley made the difficult process very manageable. I highly recommend their services.
