This place is a huge disappointment. The office is highly inefficient and never seems to have the right vehicles in place. I just watched several people with reservations be informed that their desired vehicle was not available. The people behind the desk are doing the best they can, but this service is overall disappointing.

I reserved a compact car, but when I got there, supposedly no cars are available (Why even offer a compact car on the website at this location when its not available?!?!?!?). I end up with a pickup truck that was dirty and smelled like smoke. To make matters worse, the gas was on 1/4 tank, which wasnt noted during the walk thru. Thankfully, I took a picture of the dashboard when I first got the truck. When I turned in the truck, the lady was very apologetic - the only reason they get two stars instead of one. She, however, noted a dint one the driver door that I am quite certain was there before I rented the truck. In light of my horrible experience, she decided not to challenge my assertion. Needless, I will try NOT to use this Enterprise ever again!

I’ve been using enterprise for the past 12 years. After today I will not be renting from them again. I had a reservation for 10 am this morning. Of course when I get there no cars are available. I was asked to be patient because they were getting my car from another location and it would be cleaned and ready when it arrived. The car comes an hour later. I pick it up and made it back home. Look in the back seat and the carpets haven’t been vacuumed, it smelled like pure kush, there was dried up white spots all over the back seat. I call and let them know the car isn’t cleaned and was asked to bring it back. Brought it back and they cleaned it in 3.5 minutes. ( It wasn’t clean). This is the absolute worst experience ever!!! Enterprise do better!!!

Best car rental service and location I’ve ever used. Always quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Past rental smelled a lot like cigarette smoke. I told them this when I returned the car just so I didn’t get charged because I do not smoke. Unexpectedly, without me asking, they refunded me an entire day. So no complaints here.

I use Enterprise because you offer to come and pick me up. When I ask for a ride for this trip I was surprised. The Enterprise person I spoke with ask me if I had another way to get the office? They were very busy and did not know if they would be able to pick me up. When I told him that I did not have a way to get there, it appeared that he was put out, he said we will get to you when we have time.????I also paid for a nicer car ( a sports car) and it was not very clean when I picked it up. The windshields on the cars when I pick them up from this location are always dirty and I have to take them home and clean the windshield before I leave on my trip.

NEVER have I received average customer service. Every time they are professional, fast, friendly and go the extra mile. Looking forward to many more rentals.

I had the chance of picking up a rental that I’d booked a week in advance for a small SUV. I called the day before and the rep there said my 8:30 am reservation not be ready until an hour after . I told her that I understood so I came at 9:10 am. Upon arrival I was told that because I came at a later than my reserved time that I would have to wait on the vehicle. I explained to them that I was told to come at the set time and and I thought it was very unprofessional for them not to keep their word or at least be honest for what time the rental would be ready so that I could adjust my schedule. I didn’t leave until Noon by the way and did not get the car class I reserved . I would like to be contacted.

I have rented cars from the Olive Branch location many many times but this last rental was not up to my standards, the vehicle was not full on gas, it was not cleaned and windows dirty. I literally had to wash it off myself before I got on the road to travel. It seems that if you pick up a rental in the evening you get the bottom of the barrel. But I will give it another try.

It is always extremely busy with a wait time. However, they were very accommodating and communicated frequently. Maya was very helpful as she gave us a free upgrade and a took a day off. I was racial profiled by the store manager Ryan. The location is on Ashley Drive on Goodman Rd. The mAnager before him was so professional and I loved doing business there. He is a liar and make sure anyone goes there please listen to his conversation if he has to deal with your insurance company. He basically refused me to return a vehicle due to the oil light was on. I wanted to upgrade and pay the different he basically made it impossible. I stay in the store for 3 hours and still left with the vehicle with the oil light on. After letting my son drive the vehicle who is on my insurance back to the location to listen to engine upon my request since I felt unsafe in that vehicle, he used him driving the vehicle for an excuse to determinate my rental agreement. Call the police on my son because he defended his mother with words. He call the police and made false statement and he then called and put me on a do not rent list list and my insurance company only use their service. He locked me in the store and wouldn’t let me out and I didn’t have no altercation with him. When he said he was going to terminate my rental agreement, I said that’s find and sat in the chair. He would take me home but tell me I can get the police to take me home. This manager never need to work with the public, he shouldn’t be working with the public at all because if you are another race other than his, he will try to put you in the worst thing on the lot. All I will say is this will be taken care of if I have to contact Mr. ENTERPRISE!!

The only reason I will give this place 5stars is because of the young ladies class and ability to work under pressure. My question is why make reservations and then there are no cars available. I had a reservation for 9a and just getting a car at 11:33a. Does not make much sense. The young ladies are doing great being here by themselves to deal with upset customers.

The Ford Edge I was given had low mileage and was very clean inside and out. I had no issues with the vehicle for the two weeks I drove it.

Terrible terrible service, looks like the employees at this branch are trying to do everything possible not to rent cars. Enterprise shut down many locations and the location close to me was one of them, the only open Enterprise location was this one. They refused to deliver the car as Enterprise promises and proud of that service, refused to give any help, just that thay not doing it right now, then that they close at 5 instead of 6 and they canthelp if I wont make it to the branch by 5. I had no car, thats why I needed to rent one, and with this virus going on around, I try to avoid as much as possible shared rides, and I dont understand why they would insist on me going into the branch when everyone else trying to avoid crowds indoors. As I said, terrible service!

Rented a car to take my family to a wedding in Louisiana. The car was great and so was the staff at the Olive Branch, MS Location. Very helpful and friendly. When I returned the car I watch an agent be super patient with a very difficult customer. I was impressed with this young man as the lady continued to talk down to him and berate him, he simply answered each question and remained calm and polite. If I had a job opening I would have gladly offered him a job in front of her because his professionalism and character were incredible. She could have used a time out. I will definitely be back to this Enterprise for my next car rental need.

My fiance got into a car accident and this was the only location within 50 miles with vehicles available. When we came to pick up the vehicle (almost an hour after the accident) they hadnt viewed any information about our car and told us completely different information from what insurance told us.I would think that people inside the building would be a priority over phone calls, but we waited for about 20 minutes while he answered several phone calls.Were already going through enough and this place just made it worse. Avoid this location at least. Have rented there twice recently and bad experiences both times. First time, the temporary tags expired while we had the vehicle and my wife was pulled over by law enforcement. The tag clearly said expired and gave a date 1-2 weeks before we rented. The local Enterprise manager said it did not expire until the end of the month. Not being a legal expert I tried to give Enterprise the benefit of the doubt. Rented again yesterday for one day. My wife drive the vehicle at the most 4-5 miles (very generous measurement) and then I drove to the store 2 miles away last night. The gas guage registered between 1/2 & 3/4 full. My wife drove several places today and when we returned the vehicle we had put approx 120 miles on it. We filled up across the street before returning, and I quit pumping gas at 8 gallons. Lets see s new Nissan Frontier pick-up getting less than 15 miles per gallon. When I asked about it, the manager said there was nothing he could (I suspect more like would) do about it. the manager said he could not credit me back for the gas, but when I asked if it was low enough they had to put gas in it would I be charged, he said of course. Seems this manager at least does not believe what is good for the goose should also be good for the gander.

This place has absolutely no consistency. I rent from them every single month, but everytime I go there they ask for something different or dont ask for it all. In this case they ask for a utility with zero balance, and I have never had to provide that. Not only that they never seem to have the vehicle I reserve. Now if I reserve a F-150, I dont want a Dodge ( and its one on the lot). Now I have no problem with following order if this is the case, but try asking for it every single, and just dont pick and choose who you are going to give a hard time that particular day. Well this has only been happening since the old manager relocated. Its all my fault for going back. I will not go to that location again.Although, this has only happened to me a few times. Overall my experience had been quite pleasant, but people have very busy lives, therefore consistency matters. The inconvenience cost me time and money, because I was dropped off by uber, and had to return to my place of business by uber, and left with nothing. Didnt have the time to go to the house and retrieve what they wanted THIS TIME. Anyway just had to share.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but 1 Star it is. This is a late review only because it’s time to rent another car & my husband reminded me NOT to get it from this location. My husband came here a few months ago due to the insurance company sending us there for a rental after an accident. While the employees were really helpful the manager was extremely rude. Not helpful at all & very condescending. My husband ended up having to call the Insurance company while he was there to get things straightened out. Matter of fact when my husband told the manager that he was going to call the insurance company to increase the daily rate the manager told him β€œtheir not going to do anything about it. There’s nothing they can do about it.” He was about as helpful as a rock on the side of the road. They should really send him to a customer service seminar, and get him some type of managerial training because a customer should never leave a place of business unsatisfied, and unlikely to return. Again kudos to the other employees but the manager SUCKED!

When I first walked in no one spoke to you I was so surprised because I always was taught when you work in the public it is a common practice to speak (Good customer service). It took me asking if they could see me standing here, after standing there for 30 minutes . So after I registered in the SUV I received had a long crack in the window, and the only reason i took it was I was leaving out at 6am that next day. I have rented from Enterprise for over 14 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any rental company. Car was suppose to be ready by 11 a.m. to start my vacation. Car was sent to get an oil change and agent asked if I could come back in about 3 hours. I told him I was assured my car would be ready around 11 a.m. not 3 hours later. He did offer a F150 but it did not fit our traveling needs. I ended coming back in about an 11/2 my car was ready, no one even called me to tell that, no telling how long it had been there. Could have already been on the road. The car they gave me was a Nissan Sentra. Apparently this particular car has some kind of a system that changes the way it shifts, without knowing this car had this system, you would think it was going to blow up. It revved higher than normal when shifting, so it made us very uncomfortable in fear of it leaving us stranded. We were traveling from North Mississippi to Atlanta, Ga. We made it to Georgia and the next morning we went to 3 different Enterprises trying to switch out vehicles. No cars available and no one at these Enterprises even mentioned anything about this system on this vehicle, they wanted me to take it somewhere else to have someone look at it. The second Enterprise that I had gone to, they put me in touch with roadside assistance/customer service. I explained our situation, they even set us up, to change cars at another Enterprise (10 miles away), game us a confirmation number and everything. Drove all the way over there, to find out that they didnt have any cars, and they never checked their email that was sent to them confirming our confirmation, very rude as well. None of the Enterprise personnel seem to care or have knowledge of the operation of this vehicle. If we knew about it on the front end, our ride would have been a lot less stressful. From Atlanta we went to Fayetteville, North Carolina. I went to another 3 Enterprises in an effort to swap out cars, got the same treatment from them. One employee even told me that there have been complaints about this car cutting off in the middle of intersections. I couldnt believe it. I collected business cards from all the Enterprises. I cant believe Enterprise would even accept liability for the operation of this vehicle. I couldnt imagine the concerns an elderly would have if they rented a car and got this vehicle. Very disappointed in the knowledge and concerns of all 7 Enterprises we went to. Lost several vacation hours during this mess. We did make it back to Mississippi. After explaining everything to the Manager, he told me and verify by the mechanic that was there that this particular car has that transmission system in it that it does shift higher and is suppose to more fuel efficient, which didnt make since to me and that there has been a lot of complaints about this car. Would have been nice to know about this before we took the car. Just a note: the Manager did compensate us for our car being late.

My last two visits to the Olive Branch location has not been pleasant. I cancelling one reservation after waiting over an hour for a car to arrive. After greeting everyone, the girl white and tall black guy, Im guessing managers, did not speak nor were they approachable.However, the three stars are for the two younger black guys who are always pleasant.I am a long time returning customer who saw the hesitation with the manager who upgraded my car and seem to care less that I was late for work. I had to tell them no I will not wait for a car this time because you did me like this last weekend.I love renting from enterprise. I am a long time consistent customer and have referred many. But managers with cocky attitudes and especially a black manager with perceptions of other blacks (Not the short black and Not the tall one with facial hair) are not good business for your business.

Horrible experience with this Enterprise. Booked a four door maxima and the staff were horrible including the MANAGER! Appalling that anyone uses this business. Couldn’t get the maxima even though that’s what we paid for. Instead they gave us a mid sized truck. Upon turning truck (not Car!) we were charged for the truck bc it’s more expensive than what we had requested and was assured there was one. Horrible customer service!!!! Second experience with this Enterprise location. Not impressed. They frequently tell you over the phone that they have cars available to get you through the door, and once you get there, they say nothing is available. Back in May I waited for a car for a total of five hours before one became available and was late to my husbands graduation ceremony in Atlanta. Today I called ahead to check availability and was assured my reservation was still good. After driving 35 minutes from another city to pick up my rental, they told me they had nothing available but that I was welcome to wait. How do you operate a car rental service withou any available cars? Terrible business model, we will not be trying Enterprise again.

I liked nothing about this place . It was a horrible experience I went to rent a vehicle for vacation with a quote around $280.00 they scared me into purchasing additional insurance . I told them I had full coverage they continued to pressure me so bad I had chest pains . I did what they wanted out of fear and they charged me $500.00 after purchasing their insurance. A little busy then I like I thought they should have an express line for people with reservations and also third time this has happened in the last year this Vechile I was given suffers from an affliction there is a funny feeling vibration on the right side of Vechile and also like a hesitation when you hit gas pedal will remedy and also will adjust post if taken care of properly I also thought there was washer solvent in car when in fact it was watered down and was froozen.

The staff was very friendly and nice. My problem was with the wait. Terrible and should be unacceptable. They are short staff and can definitely use the help. Other than waiting an hr to pick up and return i will return to the location for future rentals.

Reserved a full SUV and it was not available due to the fact the vehicle had been in an accident with prior renter. Changed out with a Premium Car and still made the business trip possible. Check out was LENGTHY and time consuming, but it was friday afternoon. Return was much smoother.
