This has been my go to place for years. All of the stylists are very competent, but Melanie is my favorite. Always a perfect cut and great service. I actually look forward to getting my hair cut here!

I called two days before to ask if there was someone who could cut African American natural hair. I was told all. I was able to get in to get the haircut on but the person that did definitely did not know how to cut African American natural hair to the point the cut was 5 minutes to say the least. Also didn’t know how to even comb it. Please do not say yes to something u can do especially on someone’s hair. Glad I can braid and hide the botched cut.

Kat cut my hair today perfectly! They fit me in as a walkin with a 30 minute notice. The whole appointment took maybe 15 minutes and I was out in no time. Definitely coming back.

If you need a quick trim and dont really care about styling, this might be fine. However, when checking in, verify they will be completing all you booked for your appointment.I wanted a wash and haircut. They sure charged me for it but didnt do it. It was a $2 difference and I was already frustrated so I just paid so I could leave.I had been trying to get an appointment with my normal stylist but I just kept having schedule conflicts. Next time, Ill just learn to be patient and go with them so I dont feel like I need to wear a hat for the next 3 months.

Stopped in for a brow wax. They did excellent job! Decided for a cut as well and I love it! I am never happy with my brows or haircut but this time I was. That is saying a lot!

Booked an appointment online, same day, with Ashleigh. Arrived several minutes early, was taken right away. All I needed was a couple inches cut off my dead ends. I was nervous to trust someone else with this task, but she made sure to show me EXACTLY what she was going to be taking off before proceeding. I am very happy with this cut and will be returning to see Ashleigh again.

Im a big fan for this place..i always take my 3 kids there when they need a hair cut.. the workers there are very nice and professional.. once I asked one of them if they can give me a hair cut and because Im a Muslim and wearing a hijab I asked if she can do it in a private room. She went and asked one of the worker if they can do it ..she said nicely we can do it in a wax room, then I asked do I have to take an appointment, she said no ..you just come in and ask for this ... today I went I asked if I can do it today, the worker went and asked the manager but she refused in a mean and racist way .. She hurt my feeling.. after this we will never go back to this place

Katt is the best. I trust her so much I sit down in her chair and Ill say do whatever you want. It always comes out perfect because she knows me she knows what I like because she pays attention. Missy is great as well. If I cant get Katt Ill go to her if I need it done then. All of the other ladies they cut my little boys hair and they do a wonderful job. I just wish they would set appointments thats the only problem I have with this place you cant call and schedule an appointment for a color.

After waiting almost 45 minutes, the woman with the blonde hair with blue streaks could barely be heard when she was calling out names. We were next in line and when we asked what name she called she completely ignored us and went on to the next name. Completely rude and disrespectful. We took our business elsewhere.

I am disabled and cant get around with out my wheelchair and they managed to wash and cut my hair while I was in my chair. This is the third time Ive been there and I intend to keep going back.

Place was understaffed with a really long wait. The employee who didn’t introduce herself with the purple colored hair sped through my cut and trimmed off more then I asked. Once home, I noticed she missed hairs on the side and the cut was uneven. I will never go back to this place. Very disappointed.

If you want anyone you care about treated like trash then this place is for you.I took my 90 year old mother to have her hair layered and cut into a bob. The woman cutting it said your hair is so dirty I can smell it. It was clean because I wash it! She did an OK cut in about four minutes and was going to send her out without even drying it. I had to tell her to finish styling and drying it and when she walked us to the register she threw away the brush and comb in the trash can. If you want anyone you care about treated like trash then this place is for you.

They are horribly lazy! Who refuses to do a few highlights because youre closing IN THREE HOURS? They have lost my business for myself and my children and I will make sure I spread this horrible review to everyone I know. My complaint to corporate has not even gotten a response. Obviously, its a company wide problem with laziness.

Every time I go in they act like Im interrupting them and they have no interest in doing a color... always telling me that Ill have to come in later, usually an hour or more. This has happened way too many times and Im done!
