My water pump needed to be replaced. In addition, I needed the A service. These folks really took care of me this last time as well as each prior visit. I was in Mississippi visiting and was told about them. Couldn’t get any shop to get my car into the shop and just run a test for the engine light being on. They got me in as fast as possible and found the problem. They didn’t pull my leg like the dealership usually do. I was quoted a price that I was actually happy to hear. They offered a wash after the service as well. I do recommend them if you want honesty and great customer service.

Took my 1r to them for idle surge when at a stop.was told that it was eccentric shaft sensor,1700 dollars.also had a belt tensioner replaced,and air filters.total of 2400 dollars.this did not correct the issue.first off,there was no check engine light on.then when I asked about the coil packs and plugs the girl at the desk said oh,those are good.the car has 99000 on.its due plugs and coil packs. the treatment I received at this shop is a shame.no one talked to me at all about the car.all I got was,your good,its fixed.thanks for the 2500 dollars.very very unprofessional,uncourteous. wont be takeing my car there again.oh yeah the car still runs the same and surges when at a stop.this shop may be good for tire rotation or a brake job,but just a little advice,wouldnt want them opening the hood of a bmw they obviously lack the equipment, experience to properly diagnose a common issue on these cars.

Great Service and people!I called to have my my brakes replaced and was able to get in quickly. They gave me an out the door estimate which I loved because I had and idea of what the cost was going to be based on the info I gave them. I also like the fact that they let you know what work you might need in the future, but without any pressure. I found them to be very honest and and appreciated the extra mile they go to for their customers, like washing and drying my car, filling my tires etc. If you truly love your car I highly recommend!!! This will be my go to shop from here on out.

They arranged same day battery service when my car battery died. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable always answering any questions about my vehicle. One important thing that I appreciate is the care that the technicians take to keep the interior clean and free from dirt and grease. Reached out for a quote for rod bearing replacement on a BMW M6, they told me theyd call me back, and I never received a call or got that quote. Its been over a week now. Not to mention, I couldnt speak to someone with direct knowledge of what I was needing done. The lady I spoke with was a go between, and had to keep putting me on hold to go ask questions. I asked if I could speak to that person directly and I was denied that opportunity. Which lead to them taking my info and saying that theyd call me back with a quote.

BB’s Euromotor’s is awesome. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very honest about what needs to be done to my Mini Cooper. I once only used the local BMW dealership for service, but that will never be the case again as long as I have BB’s Euromotor’s.

Im a regular customer and have had my BMW service here 3 times. Each time servicing and or repairs were done in a timely manner and done correctly. Service Manager keeps me updated on when car will be completed. They only do whats needed and are reasonable on their prices.

I took my car in for the valve cover gasket leak. When the car was return to me, it was misfiring, idling, and trembling. I went back inside ask what’s wrong. She said you should be fine and it’s probably the fuel injectors or coils/ spark plug!So I wasn’t able to drive my car for the next two weeks because this problem! I changed the sparks plugs and coils but still have that problems. My uncle, dad and me discover with a code reader that the 2 fuel injectors gas line were undone! Now my car is perfectly fine.Meaning they left them undone making me spend more money. Because a valve cover gasket you do not have to unplug the fuel lines.Please be care with this business

The folks at BB’s are very professional and trustworthy! I called BB’s after receiving a referral from a friend because I needed to get a second opinion about the repairs that were needed to my car. They could have easily quoted me for and just went with the original misdiagnosis that I received from another repair shop (which would have been a costly unneeded and unnecessary repair) but they didn’t! They gave me the correct diagnosis and repaired my car at a very fair price.And I can’t leave a review without mentioning Terri! She’s just a joy to work with. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. She made the process of dropping my car off and picking it up seamless! Oh yes, they also coordinate transportation via Uber or Lyft for you if needed. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

I have taken my vehicle to this shop three times. Everytime, the service and work has been outstanding. My recent visit was due to a coolant leak on my 2011 528i. I spoke with Terri over the phone and she gave me an idea of the problem. Once I arrived, the problem was quickly diagnosed and the price very reasonable for a BMW repair. The vehicle was ready, with the ordered part, a few hours later. The price stayed the same and the car is running well! They are helping me take care of my 2003 BMW 330Ci! I took my car in to have repairs made to the left side of the convertible top. They noticed that the right side that had been repaired recently also needed to be repaired again, but it was under warranty. They were able to get me in and back on the road in no time. Plus, they detailed my car after the repairs were complete. Terri at the front desk is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. They pay attention to details and are reliable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the best!

This is the place to take your BMW. I had recently purchased a 2013 X1 and the brake service light came on. I saw the great reviews that BBs EuroMotors had and called for an appointment. They got me in the next day and had my problem fixed in short order.While looking over my car to ensure everything was working as it should, they found a recall that needed to be done by BMW and let me know that I was close to exceeding the mileage to get it done without any cost to me. They even contacted the local BMW dealership about it and gave me the name and number of the person I needed to contact for an appointment.Overall this was a great experience. BBs EuroMotors really epitomizes what customer service means.

What an amazing shop to bring your BMW for any type of service needed. I called in and spoke with Terry and she set everything up with no hassle. She also arranged an Uber to drop me off and pick me up when the car was ready.I brought in my BMW 328i xdrive to replace all four tires and to get the wheels aligned. My tires had extreme improper tire wear due to my coil overs (installed at a different shop a few years ago, also set at its lowest setting)After talking with Bryan and letting him know what i wanted which was to get rid of the tire tuck but i still did not want any tire to fender gap. Bryan personally worked on my car and made sure all four corners were properly aligned and weight balanced. He not only set up my coil overs perfectly but adjusted the negative camber as well. Its been over three weeks now and the car ride handles perfectly. My BMW from now on will always go to BBs Euromotors.

This was my first time going to BBs Euromotors. This is also my first BMW, so I would highly recommend this place because they are certified. On my way back from West, MS, I ended up getting stranded in Batesville, MS and had to have the car towed because my radiator hose burst. My cousin and church member recommended that I have it towed to BBs Euromotors and it was the best decision I ever made. Terri and Bryan provided me with excellent customer service from the time my car was towed to the establishment to the time I picked it up. Although my vehicle ended up needing additional repairs: (the upper and lower radiator hose, water pump, thermostat, and radiator), they were extremely patient with me regarding my situation and made me feel very welcome. The cost of labor and repairs were two and a half times cheaper than the dealership cost. Although I live in Memphis, I will definitely be coming back to BBs Euromotors and highly recommend them to anyone who has an European vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, etc.). My car runs waaaayyyy better than it did before. They even washed my car. They are the best!!!!!
