I claimed via People’s Trust Insurance. I was assigned with Adam Silva. He was so responsible and professional. He would respond on a timely matter. He would answer all questions that I have. The roofing was completed and all looks fine. I am happy with Rapid Response Team.

Peoples Trust Insurance company works with this contractor in Tampa which I dont recommend to anybody to do your roof. There were so many delays, they dont keep their promises, things get change without notification, very unprofessional, they dont follow up, Peoples Trust hires Rapid Response but they can tell you different stories and etc... Im still waiting on two small checks from Rapid Response regarding the interior and siding repairs because I know People Trust already paid to them, but they do not want to release the checks. They normally should have paid to me before the roof is completed, but we havent heard anything yet from them after roof job is completed 2 weeks. !!!

What a great company. They cleaned up our house from a water damage ASAP.
