My ceiling collapsed from an AC leak. They came within a few hours of calling. They cleaned up the mess and left a dehumidifier to dry out all the wet wood. They were so efficient and friendly. Everyone I talked to was compassionate and reassuring. They are the best. I plan on using them in the future for the other services they provide.

Run from these guys!! They are frauds and con artists. I have reported them for insurance fraud to the state. I will also report them to the BBB. They focus on taking advantage of people in their time of need. You can do much better than these clowns. I will do anything I can to ensure they don’t take advantage of anyone ever again. Read the other reviews. Easy to tell which ones their “friends” wrote and which are actual customers.

Great company and great people

My wife and I recently had a slight water leak and mold growth in our kitchen of which Chris and his team at Ally were amazing throughout the entire remediation and restoration process. They were swiftly responsive and thorough, while their follow up was fantastic to the end. Ally helped us at a time where we needed help with an issue that we had no passed experience with as a consumer. They literally held our hands throughout the entire process, as we were grateful to have them on our team. Chris knew all of the questions to ask our insurance carrier, was able to provide reasonable expectations with his experience and foresight, while assuring us that we were making the best possible decisions throughout this entire anxious process. Awesome Company - Ive had 3 major/semi major leaks (yes, Im that lucky :/ ) I cant say enough good things about Ally. I have used them twice on two different homes. It is never an easy thing to go through when you have a major water leak in your home but these guys are the best. It didnt always go smoothly and it wasnt always easy but they did make sure it was always right and that I was happy with the work.The first time I had a major leak I used another company and they were a total scam, and they hired temp employees who ended up stealing some of my items. Would NEVER use them again.Reputable company that does good work!

On May 20 Kelsey came to measure for a rather small patio to be poured. Today is June 29 and I have still NOT received an estimate for the patio and some woodwork. There were several excuses why he could not give me the estimate. Therefore I contacted another company and within 9 working days I had an estimate, a contract and a patio poured.
