This man refused to show common decency while attempting to tow my car. He did not even place my car on his truck or even attach the tow cable on to the back of my car when I arrived to re-park my car. This man is money hungry and threatened to take my car charge me $250 the following day unless I paid $150 on the spot. He rushed me to pay him via zelle and shows lack of professional while waiting and rushing me saying he didnt have all day & pay it now or else this man should change his attitude and show some common curtsey when doing his job or he should think of a career change quick.

Called to get a quote on moving my camper. After just a couple minutes on the phone with the guy he I asked if they had on the road coverage for damage. He got all frustrated and told me “look I don’t wanna movie this thing so you better call somewhere else” needless to say the customer service isn’t great. Don’t expect them to be helpful if they damage your property.
