Nice clean place. They were very accommodating when I called. Took me in last minute. Got the callous remover pedicure for $38. Spent almost an hour on me. Multiple massages, including hot stone! Very happy. Glad I stopped in on my vacation.

We were in town for a wedding and they got us all in last minute and even called in help so we could get out on time. I had the best calf massage of my entire life. They were so accommodating and polite. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Had a great pedicure here! So thorough, I dont think I have any calluses left on my feet! Went for the slightly more expensive pedicure, the Rose treatment. My feet are smooth and soft! Thanks again!

Very unprofessional: I had a scheduled appt for 1:30, they barely acknowledged me coming in then after waiting for 20 min in an almost empty salon a nail technician came to ask me to go to their Clinton location!!! When I declined they ask me to wait a little more to try to sort out their staff issues ( only 2 girls working). After another 15 min I just walked out and went to a different salon.

I recently started going here regularly for a gel manicure. I used to go to the other nails places on Main Street but my manicures would never last more than 2 weeks. After going to Fashion One I will never go to another nail place again. They are fantastic! No chips or peeling up at all and I’m going on 4 weeks! I am extremely happy with the service and they are very accommodating. 5 stars and I will continue to recommend to them!

This place is perfect! I love it. The staff are the kindest people Ive ever met. Also I cant believe how neat,tidy and spotless this place is. So by far best salon Ive ever been to. I totally give it 5/5 star review!👍🏻

I love coming here for manicures. My one complaint is how short handed it can be. I went there on Saturday (2/2/19) for a mani/pedi with my mom. There were two people working on two people. We were told to come back in half an hour. So we did. It actually was nearly an hour! When my mom and I were trying to leave one of the employees CHASED us asking us to come back. So we went to another nail salon down the street and got in no problem.

Ive been to too many nail salons, this one is by far the cleanest, most efficient & pleasant salon by far. Price is average for a decent pedi but the quality is above average! Totally worth it!

They all do a great job on nails AND massages. Have been going for years. VERY clean always. BEST IN THE AREA and reasonable.👌👌👌👌💓💓💓💓

Made an appointment 3 days prior for 3 of us, on phone didn’t even ask for name for appt had to ask her if she needed it she said ya ya. Showed up at appt time and they were all busy, asked what I needed said I had an appt. said pick out nail color. Then they all proceeded to work on the customers who had just got there before me from the looks of it, sat there and nothing, I got up and left went to a nail place right around the corner with no appointment and they got all of us in no problem.

Horrible!Decided to get a pedicure this past weekend and I have to say ... it was the worst experience I have ever had. The nail technician cut my nails crooked and way too short ! As she was filing my them, they started to hurt and I I couldnt understand why until I looked down ... the smallest nail is split in half and the biggest one on each foot is razor sharp and super uneven. She didnt even apologize and didnt understand what the problem was. Anyway, its been 3 days and I got an infection in one of my toes . never going there again !

Coming from New York, where there are a dozen nail salons on every block, I have had many many mani and pedis. I commute back and forth now from New York to Old Saybrook and I decided to give Fashion 1 Nail Spa a try. Well, my expectations were high since I had many comparisons. Fashion 1 Nail Spa, exceeded my expectations completely!!!! I have been there 4 times now....and they have been the only ones Ive been to in Old Saybrook and I have no intentions on trying anyone else!! They are amazing!!! I started with a rose spa pedicure and a gel manicure. They were both AMAZING!!!! So great, that Ive been getting them each time I go. My gel manicure seriously lasts for a month!!! Not a chip or a break ever!!! My nails are growing like they never have before and look just beautiful!!! The owner is so efficient and on top of everyone to make sure all her customers are getting the best treatment. Each pedicure and manicure ends with a parrafin wax treatment and my feet and hands are sooooo soft!!. Their pricing is unbelievably great!! Way better than in New York and the service alone makes them so much more valuable!!! I am a devoted and extremely happy customer and will never step into another nail salon again.....and believe me, Ive tried many, but this one is the BEST!!!!
