I used to live in old saybrook and used this car wash all the time and after I moved I still and will only use this car wash I will drive all the way down from where I live to go here it’s the best one period they are best and friendliest:)

I just used the vacuums they work very well very strong and they take dollar bills and credit cards

I was impressed that most of the splattered bugs were removed+

I tried to use the automatic lane of this car wash, and it was a bad, incomplete experience. The facility looked very shabby and very grimy, which was an immediate turn-off. There is a kiosk where you pay before you get your car washed, and when I tried to put my money in the slot, the machine kept spitting it out for some reason. I only had a $20 on me at the time, and no credit card, so I was out of luck, because it appears that this businesss moronic machine only takes exact payments; it wont give change.After much frustration and no actual car wash, I ended up leaving the place, and I went down the street to Carisma Car Wash. I would suggest that you instead give your business to Carisma; I had a much better experience there.The one-star is mostly for its convenient location. Only went here because I had a coupon from my local dealership that was burning a hole in my pocket.

Best touchless carwash in Old Saybrook. Attentive staff. Newly refitted equipment. Colorful lighting added which was amusing as we went through...all that was missing was some disco music! Each visit ges a punch on your carwash card. Free one courtesy of owner - no time limits...

Excellent job on my BMW 428, wheels came out very clean. I got the top level car wash and they hand dried it.

Decent wash. $22 for gold and they hand dry. Go later in the day so the cloths are nice and wet and all water and soap is flowing well

This place wasn’t cool in 1985 and it still isn’t cool today. Everything is out off date, nothing works and everything is dirty. I honestly can’t believe the place is still open.

Its a good car wash, they offer a touchless or classic automatic option and they have a manual wash bay as well. They may want to service their shampoo machines for the interior, I had an issue with it operating correctly.

Three choices to wash your car. Manually or 2 automatic selections. Good service.

Worst touchless car wash I have EVER been through! Basically trickled water & soap on car, weak pressure, car looked the exact same as it did going in.. go a few miles down road to other wash in old saybrook or go to Branford ( worth the trip) if you want a good Quality wash. Very disappointed & waste of $13! Never Again!

They close way to early and there have been multiple times nobody is even at the register and will leave the place for long periods of time unattended. Very poorly managed
