Love working out here! My trainer Wesley (Big Wes) is the BEST! he takes his job seriously, very professional and still very understanding !!πͺ the equipments are up-to-date, they even have some that are original and you wonβt find anywhere else. If your a pro or a beginner, powerhouse is perfect. Youβll find anyone from βThe Hulkβ to the rookie!!!
The gym is over 27,000 square feet with a basketball court and a spin room and a group exercise room. And you dont pay extra for them. Including saunas in both locker rooms with clean showers. We have so many different machines and racks free weights leg presses its crazy.I was a member and one day I had a conversation with the manager Andrea.Since then I began to work there. Now I am a personal trainer. I see how hard she works to keep the gym afloat. I am proud to work here and its my second home.We are not the perfect gym but we all work hard to keep Powerhouse Gym the best we can. Stop by and give use try.
TLDR: Long contracts, always busy, wasted space with a basketball court, HIGH fees, not worth the money, unprofessional, Great and nice staffOut of all the gyms Ive been too, this is arguably one of the worst. My contract was signed in 2016 and 3years was the only term of time. Its 2021 and Im still paying for it.... When I signed up I made sure to get in writing and affirmation that if I move away for school I could cancel it. The guy who signed my contract has since been fired due to a multiple number of reasons. I had to delay payments and freeze them because the fraudulent employee lied to me and I couldnt afford to pay $30 a month while 376 miles away at school on top of everything else. The membership prices are crazy considering they charge a Bi-annual maintenance fee for equipment, etc and yet there was a solid 6 months where equipment was broken, missing, or under repair so remind me why I am paying for my membership fees and extras if that place isnt a well oiled machine. Why am I still here? Aside from my contract, there really arent any other gyms aside from Planet fitness and you take what you can get. I train full time at Jersey Shore Fitness Shop in Bradley Beach while I live in S. Amboy. Powerhouse is strictly for cardio. No slight on the employees but its definitely evident that this gym was kinda of like well figure it out as we go type of deal.
Well planned out layout for all types of exercises
Great gym to workout at with an awesome staff, however there are a few concerns I wanted to share. First of all, the Air Conditioning has not worked in the gym for a few months now, except for in the front lobby, and it is very uncomfortable to workout after an hour or so. The bathroom also has no working ventilation or air conditioning and feels muggy and stinky at all times. I pay a $70 maintenance fee every year that clearly isnt being used to fix critical issues, so this is unacceptable. I am under contract for 1 more year and paying $28/month for a poor experience. I will highly consider switching gyms if these concerns are not addressed.*Update: AC is not fixed but they installed large wall fans by the weights and it is tolerable now.
I needed a guest pass for a couple of weeks and Amel (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was incredibly accommodating and did not price gauge me. She made it reasonable and accessible to get the workouts I needed. The gym itself is amazing, with every piece of equipment imaginable. Going to this gym is also an exercise in humility and motivation because the other members are in incredible shape. Yet, I never once felt out of place or unwelcome. This is certainly an awesome gym with awesome members and awesome staff. Thank you!
Good to place to workout. But membership is on a little bit pricier side
Best Gym in new jesrsey! For so many reasons! Big Wes and the rest of the staff are not just friendly, but knowledgable and kind!! Makes me feel like Im part of a family training here! The gyms clean, the equipment is top of the line and Im a member of powerhouse old bridge for life!
Ive never heard of a gym with a 3-year contract. Every time I tell someone, theyre in disbelief. When I first signed up, they sold this to me as the ONLY option. I was naive and did it. I moved to a different town, and Im 30 minutes away, and I cant cancel. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful I guess.
EDITED REVIEW:There was a massive misunderstanding which I personally take accountability for. Times are tough, and even though the General Manager, Andrea, was not available to speak to on the phone or in person due to the circumstances of their post-Covid reopening, she was very professional, reasonable and empathetic in her reply to my email to address my billing concerns surprisingly within hours of me emailing to reach out to her. This gym was always good to me when I was active pre-Covid, the vibe, amenities, service and culture was always amazing and lets be honest, those are the reasons many of us go to work out in public rather than our basements to begin with. When I feel safe to return to a public gym, Powerhouse in Old Bridge will be the only gym experience ill be looking forward to.Thank you Andrea!
Great staff, clean and friendly atmosphere. Awesome place to work out.
Clean not crowded as much
Very nice and clean gym. A lot of equipment and the machines work very well. The people are nice and I would recommend going.
This place has no sympathy or heart.. I tried to cancel my contract which I only had 4 months left and they refused. Even after i explained that i lost my job and longer feel safe to go because of covid-19. But here is the icing on the cake because of Covid-19 and them being shut down for 4 months. I am responsible for those 4 missed payments, She explained that they are extending my contract. This lady proceeds to tell me that the contract says 24 payments and not 24 months. So beware of this gym, they are sneaky with their contracts. Also the gym is not so clean, alot of equipment is broken and alot of juice heads go there.
It is nice and clean. Re-opening starts tomorrow, 9/1/20! My 17 year old son signed up! And hes very excited!
Been taking the monthly dues since COVID-19 and the state closing all gyms.Trying to cancel contract since I moved out of state. No reply to a Return Receipt letter, no one at the gym, no answer to phone calls.Main office says they cant do anything about local branches as they are individually owned and operated.Next step Better Business Bureau.
Gym contract for 15 years good luck.
Clean gym, been going for over 2 years. Never any issues, lots of equipment. Never feels overcrowded.
They do not enforce mask wearing nor seem to care once your scan your gym card. I have called the front desk to complain on every visit and nothing is ever done and/or announcements made reminding grown adults to mask up and sanitize their equipment after use.
Trying to charge customer after cancelling over 2 years ago; highly unprofessional and overcharged
Nice gym, great people
Most of my experience is with the Chiropractic centerThe Chiropractic center is opened up again This is what I enjoy the relaxation and stress reduction that comes with the staff, working to maintain a healthy lifestyle in this current environmentI am very grateful for their services.
I love this place so much I work here!
I like the gym but i really didnt have a good experience there with some of the employees or the clean up crew for lack of better term. One of the employees were extremely rude to me, and presented himself with having an attitude. I truly believe he was angry because he didnt want to do his job, and that he had some insecurity issues. I suggest taking some time in hiring better employees, or at least provide some customer service training once in awhile
Awesome workout environment... as u enter u wana just blast it :-)
Numerous of exercise machines to get a full body workout.
Great gym. I take the boxing., spinning and extreme body shed classes regularly. John is amazing. I will definitely give him five stars. After taking his classes I feel I am getting more stronger have more energy. He will push you to your limits. I just love all his classes.
Very nice gym
This particular powerhouse gym is a scam im a powerhouse member who has been to multiple powerhouse locations and was never ask to pay a cover charge. This powerhouse location is definitely out to get in people pockets. Staff was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.
This is an more than adequate gym perfect for lifting plenty of different type of machines everything you need 3 flat benches 3 squat rack 3 smith machine and so many different leg machines. The reason why I give them a 4 and not 5 star is that some times the locker room are not that clean and also its a 3 year contract kinda long but if you live within 15 mins of the area its worth it better than planet fitness or la fitness for 20 a month .
Great gym with awesome hours (24/7 m-f). It is always pretty pristine in there and i always see the staff cleaning. Staff is pretty friendly when you enter and leave and you are usually greeted with a smile. Some of the machines have been broken for quite some time - hoping this year they get someone in to replace and fix what needs to get done. Otherwise, this is a really great gym at a great price.
I had an AMAZING experience with Andrea (general manager) at Power House. I moved away (60 miles+) and brought my new leasing agreement and my new electric billing that was mailed to my new address and she was able to cancel my membership. She was super professional and easy to work with. I was having anxiety reading the comments about people not being able to cancel their memberships but Andrea made it super easy. When / if I ever move back to this area, I will definitely join back!
I absolutely love this gym! I was able to come here with a friend as a guest and I really enjoy the setup. Brad (manager) and Mike (sales counselor) are super nice and very helpful. They gave me a tour of the facility and explained that the gym is open 24 hours Monday thru Friday. Sat is 6a - 7p & Sun 6p - 7p. I found this gym to be well lit and very neat. Their workout equipment is top notch and the staff welcomes you with smiles. They have a basketball court, cycling room, as well as various group classes. Their personal trainers are also excellent as they will help you achieve your fitness goals! Have you ever seen a personal trainer who just doesnt look the part? Not these guys! They will push you and motivate you. I am so pleased to be a member. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!
The best gym
Iβve been training at this gym for the last 3 years and love coming here! Great equipment, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is well maintained. Their GM Andrea is awesome and always looking out for memebersβ best interests. Definitely recommend signing up!
I come to Powerhouse regularly to take boxing, extreme shred, and spinning classes with John. His classes are amazing because he really pushes you to your limit. I have improved so much since starting to take his classes. I have also lost weight with his dietary tips and intense workouts. He is great!
I worked there last yr,and plan on going back,as far as customer service, were all trained to treat all clients with respect and help out however we can, as far as gyms go?this is the last of a dying breed,so much equipment and plenty of room and most of all cant beat the price,Ive been in this field over 33yrs.i wouldnt be going back to work if I didnt think it was one of the best.and couldnt ask for a better boss, and mgr is great..looking forward to start again..
My home gym .Family is all I have to say. Great place to train plenty of equipment n always updating new equipment. 24 hours is definitely a plus . Staff they Rock . And the food, No reason not to eat healthy on ur way grab a meal or 2. Or just come in and grab a meal.
Read the fine print. The manager at the time I signed up said my membership was transferable and I could cancel by paying a cancellation fee. I made the mistake of not reading the tiny print toward the bottom of the 2nd page. Apparently Iβm locked in for 3 years. Beware!!!
John Michael - Mayfield deserves five stars.I have been talking different exercise classes with John three times a week, for a little over a month.. I am achieving a level of fitness and wellness at my age, due to his attention, and professionalism given to all of us in his class.John is very encouraging and have a vast knowledge of his profession. My aim is to continue to train and accomplish the highest level of fitness with Johns help for a long time to come.
Love the classes at Old Bridge Powerhouse, especially Johnβs! His Boxing, Extreme Shed, & Boxing/Spin classes are awesome! He is extremely motivating, makes the workout fun, & changes it up every time. One of the best trainers Iβve ever had.
Was thinking about signing up at this gym, called in before to see if I could go with a friend of mine who has a membership and they were enthusiastic about it. I get there, and theyre trying to charge me 15$ for a day pass lol. Ill take that day pass and go sign up at Jersey Strong for 1.5 months with that money. Thanks guys!
Amazing gym! Especially front desk staff! Everyone should go there, you are safe in their hands!!
I was a member with a friend for over 3 years and finished my contract. I called in June to cancel both accounts and I was told Ill need to pay one more bill in July due policy. I was ok with that even though it was a waste of more money. Well, I get billed in August!! I call and get transferred to the billing manager who was not helpful and swear her employees would not do that. I asked to have August bill waived and she says she can do one but not the other. She seemed annoyed that I would even ask and claims she did me favor. She did not do me a favor because the staff there messed up. She then says ok I waived one and hangs up, no bye or anything. Extremely rude and not helped. I will be disputing my credit card. Im also a local business owner and will make sure to let locals know about their poor customer service.
Great gym. Equipment is great. Everyone knows what they are doing and its a sleuth of powerlifters. Great for the money. Dont go for group classes not a great selection but if you want to lift this is the place to be.
The management is very bad. they rob money and personal training sucks. I had to move away and they refused to cancel my contract. the personal trainer never talks about your diet. they dont suggest any changes for lifestyle. they are not consumer friendly but want us to be gym friendly. this gym forces me to pay 300$ just for nothing. its worst.. if u have specific goals dont go here. there are much better places with professional trainers.
Great gym....my biggest problem is that there is never any close or reasonable close parking. I have gone at different times and days and the parking lot is packed, but the kicker is that the gym is empty lol I think its the people catching NJ Transit buses!
Ive been a member since the grand opening staff is always friendly and the gym kept neat and orderly. If you want a accepting and friendly gym experience this is the gym for you
They said the basket ball gym was going to be opened in a week but it been 3 months. The club promised that it would become a 24 hour gym 3 months ago, but that never happened. Then they have the nerve to charge an extra 30 dollars annual fee for enhancements when there has been none.Edit: this was awhile ago and they have improved their customer service
Worst gym to begin with, the management never gets back to you when you need to talk to someone. Never even go to workout in this gym or even think of pursuing your membership here. I regret bring a member of this gym.
My Honest Advice, Please do not get into any contractual agreement with Powerhouse Gym, there is no way, you will get out till you complete the contracts, they suck your money.... No professional courtesy. This is third rated gym I have ever to come across... for me a good lesson learned. please read the contract very carefully, the sales guy will talk so sweet, that you will forget to read the contract obligations, and the very next day that sales guy will disappear, and you are forced at the mercy of Manager, and the Manager will take you for a ride. The entire organization is into money extortion business, Please opt for month on month and cash payment only without signing any contract.
This place is awful. Its a tiny gym that is constantly packed to the brim with people. Its impossible to maneuver in the free weights section at nearly any part of the day.BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP. I WAS LIED TO ABOUT MY CONTRACT AND LOCKED INTO A 3 YEAR CONTRACT.It was never mentioned in the promotion I used to sign up. It was never shown to me on the digital screen that I signed. I hate being lied to and swindled. How are you going to look me in the face and tell me I can quit no strings attached and no questions asked. If you are looking for a gym, keep looking. You will regret spending your money at this dump.
Incompetent and nasty manager. High turn over rate. Unprofessional atmosphere. Money centered. Large facility with lots of equipment. Staff is not trained properly and are made up of young giggly girls and boys. Members are treated disrespectfully. Members do not often clean the machines after using them. After my membership is over Im out of here. There are too many other gyms in the area to put up with this crap.
When I got membership they agree that I can quit if there is change in address .now when I have moved 15 minutes drive from the gym they say it has to be at least 25 miles. Also they said there is no annual fee and they are charging 30 bucks extra every year.they should tell us whatever is written in the contract instead of lying just to get the member.seriously who reads long fine print contracts when the representative explained you(or lied to you) everything..NEVER EVER TRUST THEM.
Clean and not crowded. Oh, and they have daycare too!
Had a great relationship with the manager and staff, but everyone I signed up with is gone. I was confused as to why the owners son Kevin would quit unexpectedly, he was awesome at running the gym. I ended up switching to metro down the road and signed up all my friends and family, plus we didnt have to sign a 3 year contract!
Very poor management, untrustworthy. Powerhouse blocked their in house training company, Top Notch Training from the gym. Customers with TNT contracts (like me) still have to pay but cant get training.
Decent gym equipment, but they didnt think through the basketball court. Its too small and the ceiling isnt high enough. Most of staff and management need training on customer service too.
Like a gym candy land. Excelent staff. Good equipment and great classes. Reasonably priced too.
WORST GYM TO EVER GET YOUR MEMBERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. MY ADVICE NEVER BECOME A MEMBER AT THIS GYM. THE MANAGER KATIE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.There are other very good gyms in Old Bridge please consider those gyms. I strongly advice not to take admission at this gym at all.
The management is awful. I wanted to cancel membership since I moved and now they are reluctant to cancel it. awful management. the personal trainers are not professional. they dont have sufficient experince. the front desk teenagers dont have appropriate manners. they dont greet courteously. they hook u into contracts and rob money. someone has to sue this gym.
Do not recommend this gym, there are a lot of better options out there. They are leveraging their location to make people gym experience miserable. Do not become a member of this gym.
Itβs an excellent gym and there staff is also excellent, and hardworking
The management is very disrespectful, never gets back to you. The managers are never at the gym. They dont fix their equipment when its broken. Highly recommended not to join this gym.
I wish I had a no star option for this gym. Unprofessional people. Or to put it into better words I should say a bunch of thieves working here.
Open 24hours and they have great childcare hours. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
An amazing gym. Very large. Nice machines. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for?
Great Gym! Id Give It Five Stars If They Only Played Better Music!! Still #BunkaApproved!!!
Terrible terrible customer service. Locked into a 3 year contract that I was NEVER aware of. The guy who signed me up doesnt even work there anymore, so that doesnt help. The fact that the same thing happened to my friend is unreal. Still trying to cancel my membership because there is no point of paying for a gym that Im not even going to anymore. All they care about is the money theyre getting. They dont even let you read the fine print when youre signing up. They told me I could cancel whenever I wanted. well thats a lie.... its a nice gym but it gets WAYY too packed. Right now, the staff is very unhelpful. And to add on to it, they charged me 200$ to sign up and when I tried to cancel within 4-5 days they wouldnt let me. They tried to say thats the price every gym charges you, when that is complete bullsh*t. Enrollment should never cost that much. All I want is to stop being charged.
Just like every gym.. cancelling is a nightmare and a scam. I was paying $32.64 a month for a year contract. When I tried to cancel after my contract ended they charged me $42.64 after I had already cancelled. When I signed up I expressed that itβs ridiculous for my dues to go up $10 even though I had been a member for a year and the owner told me he could honor my old due of $32.64 and not to worry. Shame on me for thinking he would keep his word. When I called the manager told me to βthink of it as a cancellation feeβ which is garbage because I shouldnβt have a fee, I fulfilled my contract. Iβm glad I cancelled.
Love this gym most complete gym in the area
I wanted to try this gym when I lived in the area and it took them weeks to try out the gym. And the day after I signed up, I cancel the membership and some girl lost the paperwork. I do not know how you lose paperwork. They are very unorganized. And they charged my account a day after I cancel, and I am still disputing the charges against them. Based on their price, I am HAPPY I went to Retro. Go somewhere else! Stay away from the place because the same thing happened to other people. For this price, I rather go with NYSC than this gym.
So far the experience has been good. For affordable price you get a good collection of new equipment plus free classes everyday. Atleast two to start with everyday and looks they have plans to increase it to 40 per week. Thats yet to be seen but so far I am good with it.
You canβt test the gym out unless you pay for a $10 day pass. No thanks...
I like this gym its 24 hours and Saturday & Sunday 6am to 6pm they have all varieties machines dare care, dance Γ‘rea
Positive energy while working out!! Plenty of machines and workout equipment!!
The worst gym. The girls on the front desk are having no experience. They sits with lots of makeup, like they are working in some salon. AC is not working, too much humidity is inside. They even dont open back door for ventilation. They promised to open 24x7, but only open for 4 days. Search another option.
Management is very disrespectful and liars and the front desk is rude. Ive found needles in the parking lot when walking into the gym and the locker room. According to two people I worked out with there, they saw one of their personal trainers selling steroids to members in the parking lot. The gym is dirty and they dont keep up with their equipment. For example, the preacher curl machine had no pad on it for two days and it was replaced with a boxing striking pad for about a month before they got around to fixing it. The locker rooms smell like sewers. They care about revenue and not you as a member. There are other gyms in the area that are cleaner, the staff actually acknowledges your existence and cares about your exercise goals. Would only recommend this if youre into getting staph infections or ringworm from laying on their benches.
Awesome gym very friendly staff, extremely wonderfully babysitting services, clean place, machines are well kept ππΌbut beware of the training sessions not worth the money do not take you will not get what you get promised and to cancel Is such a hassle only thru certified mail and 30 days before so easy to join sooo hard to get out, besides not getting what they sell you.
Donβt go to this gym there a bunch of thieves. I canceled my account with them over 3-1/2 month ago because of me moving away and they were still charging my bank account for the membership which I was not using. I tried calling them a few times and there excuse when I want to speak to manager was she wasnβt in today and I will take a message she will call me back that call never came. If you do decide to cancel your membership make sure you keep your paperwork for the cancellation. Iβm not the 1st person to report them.
Gym is good at the given price. Please avoid personal trainer membership. It is from different agency. There office is located in nowhere.
Absolute worse experience ever. the manager Katie was rude and dismissive. I was deployed with the military and called to cancel my membership which I was assured would be done. They continued to charge me and I had to file a fraud case and issue a stop payment. I still am waiting on a call back from Katie which I doubt will ever come.
Friendly staff. Clean gym. Great environment!
This has been the absolute worst gym experience I have ever had. Where do I begin...The facility is maybe two years old. Tell me how the equipment has duct tape on it? Or why do some of the treadmills have cardboard under them for stability? I have a yearly maintenance fee of $70, would love to know where that money is going! My next issue with this facility...Watch out with the contracts! They are absolutely ridiculous. They snuck me into a 3 year auto renew contract. The state of new jersey mandates that every gym has a 3 day cancelation policy on their contracts. when I signed up for the facility the salesman didnt even go over the contract with me (sign here, initial here, sign here bullshit). My third and final issue...A few months back (from last using the facility), I noticed myself getting a rash on my body. Not thinking anything of it I continued to use the facility as is, one day I woke up in EXTREME pain on my lower half. I thought I had an ingrown hair on myself but went to the doctor to get it checked out anyways. It turns out that I had MRSA. How can a facility possibly be running when someone had MRSA from it... I hope this review was helpful to some of you...please stay away from this mess.
I enjoy the gym and its members, but management is absolutely awful.
I heard Powerhouse was reopening on September 1, 2020. Oh great, I thought, now I have no excuse not to work out, lol. But seriously, since March 16, Ive had no real desire to exercise and always wondered if I WOULD go back to the gym, and I had been exercising faithfully 6 days a week for 2 plus years. I checked it out on Friday, Sept 4. Heres the deal: 1, you must read and sign a waiver about COVID-19. 2, facemasks must be worn in gym. 3, check-in and check-out required to monitor amount of people in gym, (25% of 500 max capacity is 125 people allowed in gym). 4, your temperature is taken upon arrival. 5, machines are spaced apart and some have signs on them stating that they are not to be used in order to maintain social distancing. 6, members are to sanitize equipment before and after use. Sanitizer and disinfectant are available. 7, lockers are socially distanced and showers are out of use. 8, no food is to be consumed on gym premises. It went smoother than I expected. Its the same, good quality gym its always been.Everyone I saw was in compliance to the new rules.I saw a Spin class being held outside.I used weights while there, Saturday morning at 6:00 AM, and despite the mask being a bit cumbersome to breathing, especially towards the end of my workout, it wasnt so bad. Im glad I went and will continue to go regularly. I feel its a small sacrifice to make for being healthy and fit and to be safe and keep others safe.Be safe, You can do this!
This gym is the best in the area which says a lot when you have great gyms all over NJ. I have to wonder about some of the posts that have been written If they were written about the old Powerhouse in Morganville bc that is not the same gym. Some of the staff mentioned and things mentioned do not add up. The gym is far from small, its very large, bright, clean and has so many amentities. NYSC is a gym in the area that is small and dark and the weights were missing or machines were broken for extended periods of time.I have never experienced that here.Ive never had any issues with the staff. Its open 24 hours most days and great for those who need flexible gym hours. Even on holiday weekends they do not close early unless it is an actually holiday to which they are still open longer than most gyms. Free Daycare to Members / Tanning facility / Classes offered basketball court, saunasPLENTY of Cardio Equipment so NO WAITING for cardio machines and there are 4 StepMills as well as cardio equipment that isnt offered at other gyms. I normally dont post reviews but I had to correct some of the complete innaccuracy of some of these posts as they may have been written about a different gym that no longer exists and was actually located in a town a few minutes away, not Old Bridge.
Great place to workout...lots of equipment to pick from
I avoid going during the busy times of the day, so i havent had a problem here yet. One of the better gyms ive been too.
Cancelled membership day after I joined last November. After many heated discussions with manager and billing manager still have not received a refund. Discovered both people are no longer there. Had to file complaint with Consumer Affairs and BBB. Hope to get resolved soon. Dont join if you plan on cancelling.
Money Extortionist Managers, Just dont commit for annual, Chose Month on Month without any obligation of terminating anytime you want, but before signing the papers make sure you read it very carefully that no contracts mentioned and no early terminating fees.
Horrible gym, rude staff and billing is a tremendous hassle .
Affordable, spacious, clean. Best gym in the area.
They charge my card without my permission 2 time200 each when i try to get my money back then they not listenWorst gymPlzz look u r bank statement all the time
Its a good nice gym thats it done
Sales representative verbally omitted that contract being signed is 3 year contract, contract was signed electronically with no way to read what it actually said until after its signed and printed, manager defended this with you have 3 days to cancel. What kind of contract makes you sign before you know whats in it and then makes you opt out on a very limited time-frame? Sleaziest thing Ive ever heard. Godawful business
Good gym, but a lot of false promises. I joined in January, they said the basketball court should be open soon and they will be a 24/7 gym. It has been 6 months. No basketball court, they are not 24/7 yet.
I go here and love the atmosphere
Best gym in the area by far.
So it took 3 transfers and 5 minutes on the phone just to answer my question is there a pool or steam room. How unprofessional, you would think it was an fbi facility how secretive they are
