Unprofessional does not begin to cover the service offered here. They made multiple mistakes on my taxes and mishandled the situation. We have called since last year regarding these errors, which Alexandra, the accountant, pushed aside. She laughed when I told her that I was frustrated with the process and continued to defend that they had done nothing wrong (although now I have to modify my taxes due to her mistake). I understand the mistakes, but the way they handled this situation was rude and disappointing to say the least. Negligent service and worst customer service.
