Would still use h&r block just not this tax preparer. Not confident he did it right.

We had a 35+year professional help us with our taxes because we got married and wanted to make sure all was right. We did our taxes mid February. All documents were in front of the rep. We originally were going to get about a $900 refund. We get a letter back from the IRS saying we were missing a few documents. I take my paper work back and I end up owing about $2000. Because the rep messed up big time. Even veterans of the tax business mess up, but this is a big screw up came of course at the worst possible time It is now beginning of April. I will never do my taxes with their reps again. Take this review with what you want. Yes I am posting in anger. They should of caught this when we first did our taxes, Because the rep had all the documentation!!!

I met with Joe Ogilvie, who was a nice guy but he messed up my taxes. He shorted my wife and I out of $4,000. Then it took another tax pro at that same location over two weeks to correct it. I will never go back to H&R Block again.

The H&R Block team for the last 15 years has never done I or my husband wrong. They have found things we missed. Even though we never gotten anything back sense getting married 20 years ago H&R Block has saved us thousands of money that we thought we would owe. We thank the team for this.

Use a different H&R Block. My tax specialist didn’t bother to show up for my appointment and there was no one to help me contact him at the front desk. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend them.

First off I did my taxes with you all last year and when we started to do my taxes this year we found out that last years got rejected by your company and he didnt catch it tell this year then he couldnt figure out how to fix it this year so he wants me to send it in myself in a paper copy after I have paid for him to do it last year electronically not happy.
