These guys were very friendly. I bought my first riding mower from them and Jeff was able to answer all my questions and tell me everything I needed to know about the mower. They also delivered the mower to my house, over 30 minutes away, for free. I was happy to support a small local business and I plan to return in the future to purchase attachments for my mower. Great folks, great service, highly recommend.

Order a spindle for z150 and at 99 dollars. 120 after taxes I go to put it on and the bolt holes on it are not even threaded. This is a weekend and I have clients blowing my phone up.

Purchased mower Fed 2019 and upon delivery the person (Gary) said call in 12 mos and they would pickup, perform a full service and return.Started by calling several times a day early feb and there was no answer. One day the phone ask 4 a restore or reset code and promptly hang up. Still doing this on 20 Mar. Finally used web site to contact dealer, which schedule service mid March. Drive said he could pick up following week after I was discharged from the hospital. No call this week, so contacted again. Does not answer phone. So emailed and again now end of may 4 pickup.Terrible service, rude people and zero customer service skills.

These guys are super helpful with parts and walking you through your dyi project. They even show you what your going to do on machines that they are working on. I will buy all my cub cadet parts here, customer service like this is getting rare.

Spoke to parts guy at 10:40am 8/5/2016 and I provided him with a few part numbers and he seemed peeved that I even called him. He was more willing to give me a phone number to another company then helping me. He probably had what I needed but didnt want Needless to say I wont be calling this company for Cub Cadet parts ever again.

Key came apart and mower would not start. tried to resolve by contacting Jeff he advised me that key was broken and Cub cadet would not cover and i would understand when he sent key back to me. after receiving key and comparing to new key it is very obvious that this key was defective and poor design and or workmanship no fault of mine. Jeff also gave me the impression that if i paid for new key he would on pick up and delivery this also did not happen was billed for key and pick up and delivery on my mower when it should have been covered by warranty. i have never posted a review before but tired of being taken advantage of when this was a clear case of warrant-able repair that dealer did not want to take the time to file claim and this would have been fine if they would have waived pick up and delivery charges. fyi i also tried to resolve this by phone several times with to avail. i drove quite a distance to purchase mower from this dealer and feel i was billed due to lack of effort on their part

I had taken my Cub to two different shops who couldnt seem to figure out where the source of its oil leak was. I took it to Olathe Turf and tractor and they figured it out and fixed it. Never taking my Cubs anywhere else.
