My schedule at work made it difficult for me to offer extra assistance in a thorough home cleaning before our in-laws arrived for Christmas (my wife, who also works full time, is amazing!) We called Maidpro the day before they came and they not only fit us in their schedule the next day, but also worked around our children’s school schedule. The owner, Jill, called to personally confirm our appointment. Kayla and Lilly did a fantastic job! Our home smelled great, looked great, and they were extremely friendly and professional. The service is a little expensive the first time, but the rates drop after the initial visit. Makes sense! I would definitely recommend this company, and will request Kayla and Lilly for our next cleaning. Thank you!

I learned about Maidpro on the Nextdoor App. I tend to trust those recommendations because the people giving them are not paid in any way. From the beginning, I was impressed with this company. I received a call from them by a pleasant representative to talk about my cleaning needs and expectations. The price quoted on the phone was very reasonable and competitive. I set up my initial cleaning and the company did send e-mails with my cost quoted and reminders. Everything so far was pleasant, not pushy and very professional.My initial cleaning was yesterday and I can honestly say that the two ladies who did the work, Caitlyn and Lola, exceeded my hopes and expectations by far! I have a dog who sheds excessively and my showers and toilets needed a lot of work! My kitchen has not been this clean for quite some time. It seems no spot was left untouched! Baseboards, cupboards, stovetop, inside microwave... everything scrubbed and wiped and sparkling clean! There was even a third “quality control” lady who stopped by and double checked everything.I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am tickled pink with their work!
